Good location to the airport (Max 10‘ by taxi), clean & cozy, hairdryer , check-in & check out without problems , clean bathroom

2separate beds, hairdryer in the hall of the apartment,not in the bathroom(short cable to get to the bathroom), no bottle of water to drink or to buy //fridge missing

It was a very pleasant experience staying at Thomas Place. The hotel is located in a calm place and very close to the center of Ponta Delgada in a walking distance from cafes/supermarkets and bust stops, which was important for us as we used public transport to travel. It has a common kitchen place with a fridge, tea/coffee maker and fresh water, you can cook food if you want. The room was cleaned and towels changed every day. The staff at the reception is available during the day and is very open to any request. So basically this place even exceeded our expectations.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Their warm hospitality truly stood out. The hotel's location is perfect. The room was lovely ,comfortable, and spotlessly clean. I highly recommend it and will definitely choose it again for my next visit.

Very clean, with a comfortable bed, large tv, easy walking distance to the Municipal Market and the town center/marina. Right across the street from the University. Quiet location. Arrival was easy with the code that they emailed, since it was after reception hours. Staff was also friendly. It was great for the value for a one-night stay.

I know it's more of a self-service location, however if they could even have some tea bags available in the kitchen that would be a nice touch. Parking is free on the street, you just might have to drive around the block a time or two to find a spot.

- good quiet location within 10 minutes walking to downtown - free public parking on the street in front of the hotel (might be more difficult to find a spot during working hours) - good wifi and big smart tv, where you can cast videos from your smart phone - really comfortable self check-in, specially if you arrive later in the evening - well equipped shared kitchen (microwave, stove, oven, fridge, dishes..) with dinning area and small terrace - comfortable bed and enough space to store your stuff

The location to the main downtown area was great. There was free parking on our street, though a bit hard to find parking during the day due to the university being across the street. The front desk attendant was extremely helpful in getting us setup. He took our bags earlier in the day while we were out seeing the island, and brought them up to our room for us before we returned. He also called multiple places to confirm availability when needed. The bed and private bathroom was good. The third floor had all the facilities we need to make food, including individual bins inside the refrigerator for each room to keep their things.

It was hard to coordinate with reception sometimes due to their hours of 10am-6pm. We spent almost all of that time outside of the hotel, adventuring the island, so if we needed anything, we had to come back during only those times. But anything we needed they took care of promptly, their service was great.

Small room, perfect for 2! The bathroom was big enough and the location is great, close to the centre and restaurants. The area is quiet and peaceful ✌️

A bit expensive, as the room was a normal one, nothing exceptional, lloks like thw usual rooms next to the airports 🤣The reception is there only till 6 pm, we never spoke to anyone as in the morning we were going out early to visit the island and do activities and coming back after 6, so no contact at all with them

The room was comfortable and clean in the city center. There was a common area with a kitchen, bathroom, and terrace on the top floor which was nice. Ana at reception was very attentive and helpful. She helped me book a last minute tour and was very kind. The hotel exceeded my expectations.

There was some street noise at night from cars passing by but it wasn't too bad since the hotel is on a relatively quiet street. Overall, it made for a good short stay in Ponta Delgada.

Well situated, comfortable, modern furniture, and clean! Nice receptionist (talks good english). The room was at the rear of the building so it was quiet. They provide an additional towel for the beach. Small lights aside each bed.

Reception only open from 10 am to 6pm. Problems for parking as there were some holidays in the city and we did not know (this information would have been useful). Housemaids talking in front of the rooms early morning.

Very nice, relaxing and peaceful place. Comfy beds and great shower. With walking distance to city centre . Special thanks for receptionist, they make our trip easier and calm!

Only one thing we would to suggest is better cleaning of bathrooms floors. There is a lot of long women hairs and its a not a pleasant feeling.we both with short hair😉
