It was quiet, best nights sleep I've had in a long while, the black out blinds were fantastic. The gym was unreal for a hotel, I was in there everyday before breakfast, sometimes twice a day. The breakfast was just right, the cakes were dangerously delicious. It was only 30minutes walk to the city centre. The food places nearby were phenomenal, proper traditional.

The only thing that was slightly annoying was the amount of building work going on across the road, kind of ruined the zen that the hotel would otherwise have. Nothing a good set of headphones cant fix though

From our first entry, Joao was really helpful and informative. He clearly loves Porto. All the staff were friendly, smiling, and great with English conversations. Special mentions to the breakfast lady and Emilianna for the massage. Vinyl LPs to play in the lounge - when the new stylus arrives. The boutique interior design was well thought out. Great pool and leisure facilities. We also chose BFresh because of value. It is 3km from main town attractions but we saved €000s, if you could find a nearer, comparable hotel. The Uber service is comprehensive and cheap. With each trip (average €5.5) we were dropped exactly where we needed to be. This was a very good holiday.

Where to begin: 1. Friendly and attentive staff who showed us the amenities in the hotel, made restaurant recommendations, which were fab!, and spent so much time showing us where to go and how to get around Porto. Top staff. 2. Impeccable cleanliness and freshness throughout. Fresh linen multiple times and room cleaned thoroughly every day. 3. Lots of places to relax - lounge area with tv and redord player, cafe, and outside patio with sunbeds and a super relaxing pool. 4. Gym was amazing - was better than the gym I attebd jn the UK. 6. Complimentary pastries and cakes every afternoon. 7. Location makes it easy to get around Porto.

The staff were friendly and all the facilities were great. Considering the weather wasn't the best when we went we still had fun using the Paddle Court and Gym. Even though we didn't use it the lounge area seemed to be a quiet place where you could get some work done. The gym was great and I'm sure the Pilates classes and massages are also worth while.

My only real issue was that anytime we went to reception we had to wait a while for a receptionist to come. There wasn't one there when we left and also when enquiring about the paddle court I waited around 10 minutes for someone to be available. I would also say that the location is a bit out of the way if you were planning to walk it. Ubers are 10 minutes to the city centre and the beach and only cost 5 euros but if you were planning on walking it's around an hour.

Liked being able to leave the car in a secure carpark and explore Porto by metro, bus and on foot. Staff gave very good advice about metro and bus routes and about restaurants both locally and in the city centre. Room was excellent and very well equipped and the bed was very comfortable. Throughout the hotel everything was spotless and the security was very good. Staff were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. The pool looked lovely though we didn't use it as we were out and about so much. The spa and fitness facilities were good and I had a very good massage. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of fresh fruit and yogurt and an abundance of different breads and pastries.

Only one comment about breakfast - it was lovely but a bit of variety in the cheese and cooked meats would have been nice. Otherwise everything exceeded our expectations.

Exceptional staff attitude. My wife and I flew to Portugal to celebrate her birthday and thanks to the staff of this hotel we have only the best experience of this wonderful country. They helped with ordering flowers and gave me a bottle of sparkling wine and a massage on my birthday. I also liked that there was water, tea and snacks freely available. Coffee capsules are provided in the amount of 4 pieces for free, additional ones must be purchased, but the price is democratic. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are cleaned every day. I want to thank the hotel staff for their care.

In my opinion, the breakfasts could have been more varied, but this did not affect my assessment of this excellent hotel.

We had a wonderful stay here! The staff were incredibly helpful, and the facilities exceeded our expectations in every way. Everything was spotlessly clean and had a lovely fresh scent throughout, making it very comfortable not only in our room but also in the communal areas. This hotel was a fantastic value for money—truly a bargain for what we received. Though it’s a bit further out from town, it was a great location for us as it had convenient parking and an amazing grill house nearby where we enjoyed a tasty takeaway.

The only minor issue was the balcony door, which was a bit stiff and difficult to open, but this was a small inconvenience in an otherwise perfect stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service!

The room was very nice, everything in excellent condition and super well decorated. I loved the lounge area, it was the perfect place to work, and I was not the only person, which was quite nice, plus the decoration and brightness of the space I loved. The whole hotel is decorated with illustrations by a Portuguese artist, the paintings were so beautiful that I looked him up on the internet to find out more about him. The quality breakfast, with delicious homemade bread and coffee made at the time with different options of milk, fresh orange juice and a supplement if you want eggs. The gym facilities are very complete, many machines and weights of different types. Something that I found wonderful was the staff, very friendly and attentive, it was something remarkable. An experience to repeat, despite having been there for work.

I would have liked eggs to be included in the breakfast, I feel that even a few boiled eggs would have given a plus to the breakfast without actually costing a lot to the hotel.

Very modern and clearly meant for a more active person which we liked very much. Very decent gym which we used everyday, beautiful pool area and opportunity to play padel (although with an extra cost for 15 eur per hour). The hotel is also small, only for adults and more personal (for example the receptionist did a personal tour of the facilities for us) which is also a big bonus. Good common areas for working or lounging and you could get water or coffee and pastries if you like. Also big closet in the room and lots of places/hooks to store things.

Unfortunately the bed was a bit small. Also we really appreciated the idea of not wasting anything from the breakfast selection and thus they serve the breakfast on a tray to your room or in the common area but as this is more of a active person hotel we would have appreciated more protein on the menu (boiled or scrambled eggs) and more greens (tomato, cucumber). It would be a good idea to let the guests select the breakfast options a day before on a sheet of paper as for example we got orange juice every morning although we did not want it and felt a little bad. The hotel is a bit far from the center (about 35-45 min walk depending on what is your destination) but we liked it as we like to walk.

We arrived very early due to our flight time and had hoped to just drop our bag off and sit by the pool for a bit before exploring Porto, however on arrival we were kindly offered breakfast which was much appreciated, then given towels etc. for the pool. Our room was ready early which was also great! The staff were lovely, really attentive, gave good recommendations. The hotel itself was lovely, clean, modern, relaxed. We loved the pool area. There is some construction going on nearby which you could hear but I wouldn't mark Breakfast was a breads and pastries (lots!), yogurts and fresh fruit. I also loved the freshly squeezed orange juice! The room was comfy, lots of storage and all required extras. Self controlled air con (we have been to other hotels in Portugal where they set the temp centrally and it was awful!). Only thing we thought was slightly odd was the proportions, a huge shower room but relatively small shower cubicle, and the bedroom was quite cramped. Though we were in an economic double room so we weren't expecting anything massive, just an observation!

We knew when we booked that the location wasn't central, but we thought (and still do!) it was worth it to stay in such a nice hotel with a pool and outdoor space, so I wouldn't let you put that off booking! Just be prepared to use taxis (we found Bolt to be the cheapest and super easy to book).
