I liked the room, the bed, the large bathtub separate from the shower cabin and overall luxury atmosphere. Gym was also nicely equipped and open 24hrs. For the club floor, there was a nice lounge and room was spacious.

Wifi in the lobby and room were quite weak for the 5 star global hotel. I also did not like the pool and jacuzzi in the spa - they looked old especially end part of jacuzzi was dark and scary. Our room included spa access, but I would not pay extra fee to enter. Also, for the room cleaning, the glass door between washing place and toilet needs to be better cleaned... it was not pleasant. And tea cups on the study desk were left uncleaned somehow for two days in a row. So little improvement is needed. Finally, the location is not too convenient to the central Porto - it takes about 15 minutes by car and we took Uber every time.

The hotel is located in close to the city center, though there were many roadworks near the hotel. The breakfast was very nice, fresh and varied. The gym is open 24 hours, though the website reflected something different. The room was very nice and the bed very confortable.

The air conditioning in the room, though needed, could not be turn off as it kept starting after a few minutes. In order to get to breakfast there was a long queue, as the hostess needed to take each person to their table and there was only one person really doing this.

Absolutely best service, attentive but not intrusive. Good breakfast, with everything you’d expect in Sheraton, including fruits and local pastries. Great in -room restaurant service (we tried vegetable risotto and soups and can recommend those!). SPA: very good massage, spacious sauna and hammam, big warm pool (children allowed from 1-7PM, and the water is very comfy for long stay in water). Elevators in the building are an amusement of their own - super fast, with views on ocean from the upper floors. Location: it’s in the middle between city center and ocean, about 20 minutes by public transport each direction. And we liked this a lot! Also, big thank you goes to room service - our children went wild and made the room dirty in many ways, but after daily cleaning it seemed was as nothing happened.

The room was good but out of time! The facilities are old and not at all at the level on 2021. The bathroom was poor, no magnifing glass for make up!

I didn't know that now Sheraton is part of Maerriott group and not very happy! I have been inn the hotel whzen it was the real Sheraton and services were much better. I was extremely disapointed that there was no atttention to the fact that It was was my birthday !!!!! I don't think that the hotel does not have a little sweet or a flower to offfer in such occasions ( which was the case when it was The real Sheraton). The breakfast was prety ordinary and the products offered pretty poor. Not at all for a 5 stars hotel!!!!

The staff was always polite, professional and helpful. Installations are good and well maintained. The location is very good if you want to stay outside of the noisy and busy center but still a few minutes away by car/taxi and it has a manageable walking distance. The hotel has a totally normal, safe and good parking - a rarity in Portugal - and we were given 3 days free of charge.

The restroom in the rooms are affected by the "architect saving money" syndrome and it has glass walls that give light and space but diminish privacy. If you turn on the light in the restroom you will also light up the bedroom.

Excellent facilities and very comfortable. All staff were extremely kind and helpful. The staff went out of their way to organise anything we requested. The assistance from the front desk was great and the floor staff went out of their way in assisting our transport requirements

Location was a bit isolated

clean and spacious. The rooms are huge and so is the bathroom. staff are engaging and friendly and the breakfast was amazing. clean bedrooms also.

the pillows were too soft. although I booked for work reasons the hotel is abit far away from Porto centre, so you will need an Uber which will take 5-10mins.

Location and comfortable bed..I love the shower and the Breakfast Buffet was excellent.

The carpet on the room floors really need to be replaced .

SPA

One of the jet in the vitality pool didn't work but otherwise it was perfect. Also there should be a coffee and tea bar with nut and dried fruits and snacks available not just green apples. Overall though amazing spa and friendly staff.

Staff very helpful and friendly, amenities more than adequate, room spacious and had all we needed from a hotel. Good parking on site and helpful staff with suitcases.

Smaller electric blind gave a bit of trouble and needed maintenance; we pointed this out but repairs were not quite sufficient. Because we only stayed 3 nights we did not make this an issue.
