Modern hotel with western Europe standards. Comparing to other hotels in Portugal it is excelent. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom with hot water all the time. Very clean. The smell in the room is also good. The room has ventilation, so, you do not need to open a window. The blanket was fully covered so your bed is perfetly clean. Very big room, you have enough space to keep your things. The breakfast was also good (tastey food, fresh fruits, normal coffee - not nescafe). Location is perfect for those who travel by car.

Soundproofing from outside needs improving. You can hear the cars passing through even with closed window.

The bed, linens and shower were very nice. The room was spotless and large.

No view. The location perhaps? Unfortunately my stay was on Sunday for appointments on Monday elsewhere so this was a mid-way stop. There was nowhere to eat even though one restaurant 25 min away said it was open, to walk there and find it wasn't. Lucky the bus took me back to the hotel and I drove to a grocery store to buy cooked food. The tea machine in the hotel was out of service and there was none in the room. There was not even a chair at the desk in the room. There was a lot of broken glass outside and around town, that was disconcerting. The air conditioner was very loud but the room was very warm so needed it on. The hotel looked like it was still unfinished.

The excellent reception staff and warm welcome, Joanna recommended us the best river beaches in Porto, at the exit we left the room 20 minutes late because the childrens they didn't want to wake up, the house keeping It was very tender and told us to take my time, Thanks to Nadia who was of saying goodbye to us,

Little variety at breakfast and expensive

Private parking. Spacious rooms. Great air con. Very clean. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast.

Quite a long way from the centre, 40 minutes by bus, but bus stop is just round the corner. If you have a car, it is much easier to get the bus than trying to negotiate the busy roads in the centre of Porto.

The room was comfy and spacious. The bed was comfortable. There was a window with a great view of the city. There was a table for me to work and be on my laptop.

I needed to do a bit of remote work during my stay and the wifi was good but not as good as it is advertised. I had some problems from time to time.

Love the fact that they use a key anymore and every room has their own code . And its located near to a very nice restaurant

Is in the middle of abandon buildings and it gets very dark at night in the street for a walk . But that’s only a detail

Value for money budget hotel with all facilities available , helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was efficient organised and tasteful with enough choices

All OK but a little 'clean' set-up

Quiet spot in Valongo. Nice and tidy room. Soap/shampoo available was amazing. Had a lovely night sleep.

Unfortunately there was a fly in our bedroom and we could get rid of it.

Good selection of food. Local specialities . There is the excellent restaurant in nearby the hotel - 200m. Fantastic experience and memories.
