Everything was amazing- the attention to detail was wonderful and service was incredible. So helpful and personal. I went with my daughter and we felt safe as the property gated and relaxed. This place is a hidden gem. It was super clean and the breakfast was wonderful and we had the option as to were we would like to have it , in the room free of charge, an outdoor seating area or poolside and we choose this and it was perfect in every way. Soft croissants, fresh bread, cappuccino fruit and yogurt granola and the most wonderful freshly squeezed juice. Honestly book this place you won’t be disappointed nothing was too much trouble for this family run business. We will be back. :-)

The property is so elegant and chic. We enjoyed our stay here so much, although didn’t get a chance to use the pool due to the weather. The location was ideal for us as we had a car and went to Douro valley on one of the days, and driving into the city was less than 10 mins (plenty of affordable parking in the city). Also took an Uber for around €7 each way on some evenings. The bedroom and bathroom are lovely and spotless, comfortable bed, small terrace and lovely breakfast room. Pedro and his family are so welcoming with great recommendations for restaurants and further travel. Parking at the hotel was also very simple.

Spacious room with a spa bath and a private outdoor space. Loved the communal lounge area. Breakfasts were great. While it was away from the centre of the city, with a car it was only 15 mins to get to the centre. It was also easy to make day trips Excellent staff.

Would have been good to have somewhere to put clothes.

Nice spacious room. Good facilities (space) for just sitting and relaxing. Pool area was good if you have sunny days its nice to have a pool for a cold dip. We are travelling portugal by car. We could park on the inclosed terrain. Also easy location to get to. Going into lissabon We got an uber only 7-8 euro's. They have so many ubers and taxi's. Doesnt take longer than 3 to 4 minutes for one to arrive.

There was drilling and construction done on the building. Started early in the morning. Woke us up.

We came only for 1 night and enjoyed every minute! The staff is very friendly, helping in any way, the place itself like an oasis of beauty! Very good breakfast, that you choose from a menu. You also choose the time and the place: in your room, beside the pool... We loved the family feeling that you get from that family in every aspect! Thank you!

What a beautiful hidden Gem. Very well put together in the back roads and beautiful decor. AND individual little rooms personalized with a name. So unique. Loved my stay. Loved finding this. A bit tricky with the GPS. But would highly recommend. For quiet vacations and enjoy their private pool in summer months. YOU WILL LOVE IT TOO.

Really nice small hotel run by a family. Very welcoming and helpful staff. The room was very modern and clean with a nice patio.Delicious breakfest served to the room( with no additional cost) The hotel is located just 10 minutes drive from Porto city center and we found this location very convienient. 20 minutes drive from the airport. Close to shops.

Room was immaculate. The facilities were great, lovely sitting area, bar and pool. Pedro was incredibly helpful.

You do have to get a cab into central Porto but we knew that when we booked it and choose this place as it was calm and spacious. Cabs are easy to get and reasonably priced

Quiet, beautiful decor and rooms, great breakfast delivered to the room, undisturbed but also with great service when needed. Appreciated the help arranging a cab. Lovely bar and terrace. Was too cold to use the pool but benefited from the hot tub!

Pedro and the Villarit hotel team were really great. The hotel is located in the outskirts of Porto in a very quiet neighbourhood, and has a parking lot for guests. Its a small but very pleasant hotel which includes a swimming pool. We were granted a very comfortable room with a jacuzzi that felt great after a long walk through Porto.
