Freshly renovated, very stylish rooms, amazing staff, very nicely located (8 minutes by foot from the city center and a very beautiful route where I took lots of pictures). Breakfast was nice and served at a lovely cafeteria with a beautiful view. We will stay again when come back to Sintra. For those who travel by public transport - the hotel is very close to the station. For those by car - there is a nice parking lot near the station as well. We loved it at Bliss Hotel!

Room was quite small for 2 suitcases and 2 people

We stayed here for two nights! Breakfast was great, it was western type and coffee was exceptional. Location was really convenient, it is near Sintra station and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel to Cabo da Roca(403). Staffs were very helpful and supportive! Room was clean, quite and bed was really comfortable! It even has a little balcony. 24/7 front desk was really helpful as we arrived late night.

Bathroom has a sliding door with a hole and had no privacy to use the toilet... and smelled a bit. All good except that!

Hotel staff were extremely friendly and constructive when asked for guidance in and around Sintra. We believe we visited all the prime, quality sites, which was due to detailed staff advice. Similarly, we capitalised on the excellent local food due to staff input. In addition, the hotel is exceptionally clean and well maintained. The included breakfast is excellent. As the Sunday Times stated in June 2023, "the Sintra Bliss Hotel is a breath of fresh air to the hotel scene".

There was nothing the hotel provided which did not match or exceed expectations, for a hotel of a 3 (4) star rating.

- Our room was new, clean, big enough, with a spacious bathroom and a nice view of the Moorish castle which was a pleasant surprise. - The reception staff were really helpful and friendly. - Location was great. We were right next to the train station and there were quite a few restaurants and shops close by. We even walked to Quinta da Regaleira.

Nothing really. We could hear noises from the street even with windows closed but it wasn't too problematic as the area is quite peaceful.

My opinion is objective, I am a confirmed guest recently and I am going to share my experience. I really love these hotel. The breakfast was great! The staff was very very nice, kind, efficient. We arrive at hotel early morning and we got back to the hotel in the afternoon and our baggage were ready in the room. We didn't need to ask them! The room was very stylish, clean, the mattress was very very comfortable and the bedsheets were too soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. CONGRATULATIONS SINTRA BLISS HOTEL.! In conclusion, my family and I will go back to this hotel as soon as we can.

I picked this location to get on the bus at the Sintra station in the morning. The staff was very nice and supportive. And having a buffet breakfast helped me not to waste time but beat the crowd to visit all the monuments. And these worked perfectly for me.

I didn't like my bed was two twin beds put together without the central connectors, so I felt the slit on my back. The room was fine. Yet, noises from the hallway were pretty constant at night.

The location was fantastic but I think the best part was the front office staff. Teresa is amazing. She helped make our stay easy and fun. She recommended ways to get to the places we wanted to go to and booked the tickets for us. She also recommended fabulous and cheap restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was amazing as well. I was surprised, actually.

The room has a bump out piece in the ceiling so we had to be careful not to bump our heads.

Everything was just perfect! A lovely welcome gift in our room for our honeymoon. The receptionist was really friendly and he gave us lots of information and tips for our visit plans. The breakfast was excellent! There were lots of good choices that put us in difficulty with what to choose. The location is perfect! Close to the train station.

Nice and clean rooms, helpful staff, very good breakfast, excellent location. Very cozy garden.

Lack of soundproof, you can hear every noice from the neighbour rooms and public areas. Although I booked two triple rooms, I received a triple and a small double (with extra bed), but the double was changed after the first night, because I asked this at the reception. I would have appreciated if the receptionist would have said something about the difference between what I booked and paid for, and what I received. The rooms that face to the street are noisy, while the ones looking to the back of the hotel are quite.
