The hotel was located right at the river walk which made it very convenient to see this attraction. The room was quiet and clean. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed.

I didn't like the surprise resort parking fee after I booked the room. After booking the room which was non refundable I was told there would be a $40 self parking fee or $51 for valet. Upon arriving I decided to opt for the valet because the parking garage was across the street that was very busy. The attendant said the total valet fee would be $54. When I checked out the fee had risen to $61.70. I thought that was an extremely high fee for one night. I feel hotels must do that so they can make the room cost seem much lower to compete with area hotels.

The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, the room was really nice. Location was perfect for attractions we wanted to visit

The room was petty expensive, but there weren't any special amenities or anything other hotels don't offer. Parking fees were outrageous.

We really love the bed. It was so comfortable! Slept like a baby.

We could hear noises from the other room. Our room was located across from the ice machine and it was loud. It disturbed us a few times.

The location is right on the Riverwalk. You can see it from the hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. There were motion lights under the bed so there was light when you got up during the night. The bathroom also had a dim light so you didn't need to turn on the bright light. There was plenty of storage space. The bartender was very friendly. My husband and I had dessert and a drink at the bar. It was a little pricey but it was worth it. I'd definitely stay here again.

There were too many fees added to the bill. The toilet paper holder was behind you to the right and it was very low. You had to make sure the toilet paper didn't touch the floor. In spite of this, it was a great room.

Organized, professional, friendly. The room design is thoughtful - bed bottom frame has sensor light that turns on when passing through, allowing one to see easily waking up in the dark; electrical outlets abound, including a little stand on the mirror that allows one to park a charging device. The staff remembered to set up the sofa bed before we arrived - which not many hotels, including reputable ones, remember even if reminded before checking in. Live music right outside the Riverwalk door - great atmosphere.

The bathroom space can be designed to be roomier - nothing to be done at this point, though.

The room was lovely and very clean. The drinks in the bar were great and the limited food we had was also very good. All staff we encountered were well trained and very nice.

The room was noisy though we requested a quiet room. Third floor over street and river. Though the view was lovely and we appreciated that. The revving motorcycles during early morning hours made it difficult to sleep. Also storage in the room was EXTREMELY limited. There was one drawer and an open closet with 8 hangers for two of us to share for a three day visit.

Location was great. All attractions are within walking distance.

Parking is expensive.
