This is my go-to hotel I recommend to friends and family visiting the city. I also staycation here sometimes because it’s got a fantastic location and is super clean and comfortable. I’ve never once been disappointed by this hotel! :) Also, in a time when so many other hotel rooms are climate controlled with no actual AC, it’s always great to have controllable AC.

The only thing I don’t like is that the shower has a glass partition that goes halfway instead of a full door, so sometimes the floor gets wet, but it’s a minor gripe compared to how much I like the rest of it.

Mostly friendly staff 5. Lovely touch with the heart-shaped balloon in our room for our anniversary celebration - really appreciate it! Overall, very pleased with our 6d5n stay here. Would definitely stay here again if we revisit Glasgow. :)

Supervisor was a tad stiff and not very approachable. Gave wrong advice with regards to booking Rabbie's tours, but even then, she came across as being generally professional nonetheless.

Location to where I needed to be. Staff were pleasant And most very helpful. Manager Z Raif was most helpful To correct room not being cleaned x2 after 3 day stay And no coffee, tea, milk or tissue’s or toilet paper Necessities! Had it corrected in quick manner, he also remembered name and on shift always made a point to Come in to lounge to check on satisfaction every occasion he saw me, very professional. I did stay checked in and left for two nights to travel to Aberdeen and stayed at the Malmaison on these two nights and after experiencing their hotel executive Suite and menu at a much lesser cost and talking to front house manager with our experience at Maldron I would consider staying next trip at their Glasgow location in same area as Maldron my first stay here and booked to be near friends meeting up with for holiday.

My only concern was housekeeping was very poor and asked. Rain if rooms were not checked by a supervisor As I had never encountered this before at any hotel Ever. It put a real damper on beginning of holiday abc I had to ask to see Manager not one person suggested calling on Senior staff member and then to have it happen x2 again was very disappointing and a bar sandwich complimented does not begin to compensate They work up I in countered especially after being away two nights and still paying for my room to return to no supplies again!i

The hotel was very welcoming from the moment you booked in, very pleasant staff. Breakfast was lovely, great choice of food, pastries and even a gluten free station. The hotel is in a great location for sight seeing in the city a shopping trip or attending a concert.

Very friendly staff and the room was very modern and clean although more compact than I expected for a king room but as I was on my own it wasn't a problem. It was also very quiet. No street noise or from the corridor. The bathroom looked good as new, absolutely spotless. The breakfast is self service and there's everything there you could wish for. The machine coffee wasn't so great but otherwise I was very impressed. Its a fuss free hotel, you pay on arrival so checkout is just a jey drop into a box. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would certainly stay there again.

The type of overhead lighting in the room and bathroom creates a lot of shadow but luckily I took my LED mirror so I could see better for putting on my makeup before heading out.

The hotel and staff were excellent they couldn’t help more and I am a support worker and bring by clients two to three times a your and the staff go above and beyond. The location is perfect for us

I booked rooms at different times and price was different and as I am taking my clients I look for value for money . I was also having terrible trouble with my hip before our trip and called to see if you had any raised portable toilet seats as myself and one of our clients would have benefited from I think it would be a huge benefit if you had these available but that is the only thing

Location, value for money and comfortable beds

I’d booked a twin room on a low floor, first room I was given was on 12th floor! Told the reception at the time and she changed us to the 3rd floor but didn’t tell us it was a double room. Went back downstairs to a different receptionist. Explained my booking and what had happened and she gave us another different room, this time with a double and single bed on the 2nd floor, which was great but after an early flight to get there, could’ve done without all the hassle not to mention stair climbing as there is 2 flights per floor. There was an issue with the lack of hot water but once we told them it was fixed straight away.

I really like the rooms, and have stayed here a few times. The rooms are always nice and clean, and the large beds are Very Comfortable!

I booked a festive meal in the restaurant for 5pm, and had been waiting in the bar having a drink with my husband, until it opened. However, at 5pm there were no staff to approach about it, so I asked a member of the bar staff, who allowed us to go through and pick our own seats. When I booked I told the man at the reception, that I had to leave the hotel around 6.30, as we had a gig to go to. Unfortunately, we were completely ignored in the restaurant for almost half an hour, so we left in disgust. This meant we had to end up buying fast food, which we didn’t really want to eat. The hotel and the bar seemed to be short-staffed.

Hotel was very central for everything we had planned for our stay! 3 minute walk from the bus station. Staff were very welcoming. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bath in the bathroom was a nice surprize. Even though our room was only two floors up, we didn't hear any outside noise or traffic. Breakfast in the morning was lovely. Loads to choose from, and tasted fresh and hot with it being a buffet.

Paid for a room with view but there was no view only the brick work from the theatre across the road! If advertising a room with a view think the room should've been way higher than the second floor!

The staff in every department were all so lovely and genuinely happy, the bed was very comfortable, the location is amazing, the room was very clean, the shower was awesome, and the breakfast options were incredible! I've told all my friends about this hotel, I will definitely be back.

I wasn't a fan of the lack of light in the bedroom, I found it a little bit dark in general, but not a deal breaker. The other thing I found was the room was extremely warm at night. It may have been user error, but I couldn't seem to change the temperature on the air conditioning. I'd change it but then see it go back to the original temperature a few seconds later. Again, not a deal breaker though.
