Great location, comfy beds, lots of space, good bathrooms. We booked here after another place cancelled on us and we had access to the apartment within an hour of booking. Staff were so incredibly helpful and so responsive to requests like a travel cot. Amazing service.

Lack of air flow (windows have stoppers that barely allow them to open) is a major downfall. Fans made it bearable. Kitchen could be stocked with more basics like salad bowl, cutting boards, peeler, good knives, etc. A broom to sweep the floor would be great too.

10/15 min walk to city centre. loads of restaurants and resources within a stones throw. Close to several bus routes. Apartment was well kitted out.

could only fault it on one aspect, the window open was restricted to a few mm which did not allow for any movement of air and there was no air conditioner. we stayed in June and the temp was in the late 20s to early 30s... this made it the equivalent of being in a greenhouse! there was a fan but that didn't help. It was so hot in the apartment during the day we couldn't stay in it and at night we were unable to sleep. Would i stay again... yes for during the winter and a hard no for during the summer!

We loved how spacious the apartment was didn't realise it had 2 bedrooms. Perfect location for the Ovo Hydro, theatre is next door. Great bars, shops and places to eat close by. The bed was very comfortable. Taxi at a press of a button at reception. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Deposit was returned the next day very quickly.

We had to call up reception for key safe code to get our key card for the room, but they were very helpful. The rooms were extremely hot, even though we turned the heating to the lowest setting. It would come on at 27c in the middle of the night. No, plug in the hall beside the mirror to dry your hair with.

The truth is that everything was fine, the apartment was spacious and with all the necessary utensils both in the kitchen and in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, there were two bathrooms and the living room and kitchen was one big room. Very good location, very close to the center. Very happy with the reservation, I would rent it again.

They forgot to put the room card in the safe box and when we arrived we had to wait, but they fixed it quickly and efficiently.

Great apartment which was a 15 minute walk away from Train Station. Me and my friend stayed here as we were attending a concert at the Ovo. The Ovo was within walking distance from the apartment but as we are not very good with directions (🤭) we got an Uber which came within 3 minutes and coat £7. The apartment has everything you could need. Was lovely and warm when we entered. The bed……was amazing! I have never slept so well in a long while. Although it’s pretty central, it was very quiet which was nice as being from a small town sometimes city life can be a bit overwhelming. Will defo return if we visit Glasgow again.

Excellent location, easy to get to and easy to access. So clean and beds were comfortable!

It was so hot, especially being on a higher floor. The windows only open about a 1/4 inch so it’s almost impossible to get any air flow. If it wasn’t for the small fans that are provided, it would have been unbearable.

Clean, spacious, bright and clean apartment.

We arrived at 2.30 after letting them know we'd arrive between 2 and 3. The apartment wasnt ready and nobody there to greet us or tell us what was going on. The telephone number on the app didn't work. Finally got a mobile number and spoke to a staff member who said there was an automatic email the would arrive at 3pm. The email didn't arrive and I called back. The story then changed to she was waiting on a call from housekeeping. Total shambles. There was however a painter/handman on site who was lovely and tried his best to help. Such a shame as the apartment an location were lovely.

Really spacious apartment, well equipped and central to what we wanted to see.

Struggled with door key being on an app. But really lovely cleaning lady who was off duty showed me what to do and took us to our apartment. Above and beyond ,wish I could thank her

Spacious, quiet, really well stocked with everything you need for a stay. Great to have the dishwasher and washing machine. Full size fridge freezer. Comfortable bed. Great views up Bath Street and across to the church. Very nicely presented. Main bathroom excellent. Loads of towels and pillows. Underfloor heating lovely although I was a bit cold in the lounge area, despite following the instructions for the heating.

Awful smell in the ensuite bathroom so didn't use it. Main bedroom television not working and despite logging a call with maintenance, wasn't fixed and would have appreciated a follow up call about this. I was glad to get the apartment at a discounted rate otherwise would have been more unhappy about these two issues.
