If you want to wake up with a view over Plaza de España, then this is the hotel for you..! We had a Level Premium room, which was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The set up of wardrobe access from both the bathroom and hallway was pretty smart. The level lounge was quite good as well and offered us everything we needed as we were in town working, and valued a quiet space to do so. Special thanks to Borja and Estrella for making our stay extra special.

The only drawback we found was the spa. Though there is a spa facility in the same building, it’s an entirely separate entity and a pretty pricey one with no discount or recognition for being a guest at the hotel. Worse, the price didn’t even include any towels; you have to rent them from the spa or bring your own.

What a wonderful hotel! We had upgraded to the "Level" floor and I highly recommend that! You have a completely separate area to check in as they serve you a glass of cava while taking care of the details. The room was quite large with a great bathroom and view of the Plaza de Espana! Breakfast was AMAZING! You could order whatever egg dish you wanted and it was cooked right then to order! Wonderful selection of fruits and pastries and fresh orange juice! The staff was so warm and accommodating in every way! And the hotel is just a short walk from the Plaza de Espana and easy access to the tram for rides to the rest of the city!

The pool area was great and the views really do look like the pictures! The lounge area was lovely, it was nice to relax in on an evening after dinner. Especially with there being a few sporting events on during our stay, which they had on in the lounge. There are some great (and cheap) restaurants nearby too! The staff were very friendly.

The beds were not comfortable, quite hard and the pillows were not supportive. Additionally, I personally felt everywhere in the hotel had a modern feel apart from the rooms which were quite dated. It is quite a way out of the centre, which I think would be perfect in the cooler months so you could take a stroll into the centre. However in 38 degree heat, in the peak of summer, the walk to the centre can feel relentless (although there is a tram shelter nearby, which we should have researched into more)

Modern stylish hotel in a good location. Here for our 30th wedding anniversary. Staff very welcoming. We had a LEVEL room which was nice and a terrace with our own sun beds. Pool area good and very welcome after a hot day exploring. Nice selection at breakfast and nice to be able to grab a drink whenever we wanted. Snacks available through day as well. We only ate once in the hotel a small menu bar menu but was very tasty. On whole a good room had a massive bed. Bathroom layout we particularly liked. Clean a fresh.

Having stayed at other Melia hotels with LEVEL we were a little disappointed with the LEVEL lounge quite corporate and a bit canteen like. Would be nice to have some more comfy seating areas. Hot breakfast you order such as eggs, service a little slow when busier but eggs very good. Our room was good but an oddly placed cabinet made getting onto our terrace a bit difficult but that would be our only complaint.

Everything We were in Seville for the half marathon, and they were so accommodating for this, laying on fruits and nuts in the morning that you could quickly grab on reception area. We upgraded to the level and it was so worth it, the room was amazing, along with the facilities and the level area is so lovely, especially the tapas hour. A lovely extra treat. The staff were very accommodating and wonderful service from them.

There was an issue with the mini bar, We stated what we had and payment made. Then another payment taken later for stuff we hadn’t had. The problem was rectified and money reimbursed and it was dealt with very well, just let me down that it happened in the first place.

The experience was great. The location is really good to access the city and have a nice walk in the park at the end of afternoon with amazing light on the Plaza de Espagna. The hotel has a nice view and a swimming pool with view on the monument. We have been upgraded via random selection apparently (lucky us) as per our arrival and got access to the level lounge where food and drinks were great which made our experience even better. The staff was very welcoming and available during the whole duration of the stay.

Reception was friendly and efficient. We were given a room on the 10th floor with a lovely view of Plaza de Espana. Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed access to the restaurant which provided free drinks and light refreshments all day. The hotel location is perfect for exploring historic Sevilla. Btw, I’m from Australia, not Hongkong. Booking.com seem incapable of correcting this error.

The bathroom was quite congested with too many small areas enclosed by glass doors. The room would have been more open and user friendly without the bath which was hard to access and useless.

I feel I have to write this review reference our stay in your Melia Hotel , Seville. We stayed for 5 nights and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. We had opted for the Level package and again it was absolutely superb, the team couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful throughout the duration of our stay. I must say in particular one member of the Level team who absolutely excelled was a young lady called Beatriz, from the outset she was brilliant , helpful and friendly and went out of her way to ensure we were happy. Apart from the first class service in the hotel Seville was amazing, a really beautiful city. I feel it is somewhere we will visit again!

Everything was clean and up-to-date. The staff members were kind and communicate well. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was terrific. We were able to check in early as the room was ready, and this was a big help and much appreciated!

While I imagine this is temporary, one elevator was not working, which made wait times longer for the working elevators (which are small, so already there is a limit on the number of people and luggage each elevator could accommodate). Our room was quite far from the elevators - like, in a different building. The distance was surprising. Not the end of the world, but just surprising.

We recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a great experience overall. The breakfast was definitely a highlight — a wide variety of options and everything was well-prepared and delicious, perfect for starting the day. The bed was incredibly comfortable. After a long day of exploring, it was the perfect place to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The room itself was clean and cozy. The location is another major plus. It's conveniently situated near key attractions, getting around the city was easy thanks to the nearby public transport options.
