The pools are nice and heated. The rooms are huge with comfortable beds. The staff are friendly and attentive.

Breakfast is the same everyday with no change at all. The cleaners never cleaned the floor and never changed the bed sheets.

Overall the hotel was really nice, especially the pool and spa looked great. Reception was very professional. Housekeeping was amazing, very good service from them! It was a really enjoyable holiday and the views are indeed amazing. I would recommend for families or elderly people going, not couples or young people.

Some of the workers there didn’t think I spoke Spanish and I was surprised to see them being rude in Spanish in front of me or even talk about me while I was in front of them, especially the workers at the pool. Also, the food is not the most amazing for pool, room service or breakfast. Location is not amazing if you want to do stuff, we had to take a cab everywhere.

STAYED IN A SOLARIUM VILLA. PLENTY OF SPACE IN ROOM WITH SEPERATE WALK IN WARDROBE, AND A BATHROOM WITH SHOWER BATH & TOILET. A BALCONY WITH A TABLE AND CHAIRS & UP THE OUTSIDE STAIRS A SUN DECK WITH LOUNGERS & A WHIRLPOOL BATH. SPEND ALL DAY APART FROM MEALS IN YOUR OWN PEACE & QUIET,IF IT SUITS YOU. FOOD WAS FINE WITH PLENTY OF CHOICE. STAFF ALL VERY FRIENDLY & HELPFUL.THE VIEWS FROM THE HOTEL ARE LOVELY AND THERE ARE PLENTY OF SUN BEDS & THE VARIOUS POOLS ARE NOT BUSY.

YOU ARE WARNED THE HILL TO THE BEACH IS STEEP BUT THEY HAVE A COURTESY BUS SO BOOK THAT IF NEEDED. THERE ARE QUITE A LOT OF STEPS AS THE HOTEL IS ON DIFFERENT LEVELS BUT THERE ARE SOME LIFTS SO CHECK THEM OUT IF NEEDS BE.

Amazing view of the mountains and the ocean from our room, nevertheless morning hours or night; most probably one of the best views of the island. Beautiful 😍. The pool area is top notch as well 🤩. Great food variety - quality and well organized considering the large diversity of the clientele. Friendly staff and good service even do some were newly hired, however good attendance and service overall. Cozy ambient. Special thanks to Luz, Milena, Sofia ... and all staff who is doing a woderful job there. We just love it !

We should have stayed more days ... ☺ Definately we liked everything and enjoyed our vacation. As a suggestion, can have a daily bottled water, considering it is a 5* ... but again, only positive thoughts.

The service from all the staff was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast was fine (actually I've tasted better, but it was completely missed). The hotel is high up with a great view, which means there are slopes in every direction you want to go.

There could have been more choice for lunch, such as sandwiches with ham and cheese, club sandwiches, pizzas and light food. Lunch was quite expensive for the quality, and it's a long walk for lunch, no restaurant near the hotel. The furniture and curtains in the room could be changed, but the rooms are very large, with a great shower and a great bed. But the furniture and curtains are a child of their time.

Nice view from the balcony. Great staff. A lot of parking space. A decent selection of food + dinners are not fixed so you can try multiple cuisines.

The design and equipment of the rooms are a bit outdated, a tiny 30-ish inch TV that is 10 years old is a great example.

The Staff and the food were excellent. Also the courtesy around the pools - no blocking beds allowed.

A slight overdependence on the app. I made a query at the spa about massages - I have some injuries and so wanted to check things - and was immediately directed to the app. There were two mimers of staff there - both very friendly but I felt that as they were there, they could have answered the query themselves. I like technology but feel it should supplement, not replace humans in a hospitality situation. Also, given the heat, replacing water in the rooms would have been nice.

The hotel is beautiful... so many pools, and they are heated as well...rooms are huge and luxurious, very pleased to stay at such a beautiful place.The staff is very nice and helpful. Also, the food is excellent, and the selection for breakfast is breathtaking.Definitely will be back soon

Our last night was disrupted by a couple who arrived evening before we checked out. Their room was beyond ours. They were really loud until 4 am. Other than that, everything was a perfection

The combination of luxury, comfort, and genuinely caring staff made this one of the best hotels I've ever visited. After you take the first step into this hotel, you start to feel relaxed. The staff is super friendly, active, but is never stressed. The building is not too big and is beautifully furnished. Normally I don’t like buffets, but here it is spectacular. The italian a la carte restaurant is average, but not really needed. The pool and garden area is fantastic! My son never wanted to go into the kids club, but here from the first minute on, he loved it. Other guest were nice, polite and friendly. Big recommendation!

Sea view from the balcony: When looking at the sea you first see a street and some larger buildings. Bath room could be renovated. Tipping only possible with cash.
