I feel it was a bit soulless no where that was good to eat in hotel food / snacks average for quality of hotel no atmosphere in bar although staff were lovely we tried across the road which was livelier but full of children not really what I would call an eating place more a snack bar location awkward quite a walk up hill from the resort not great of you had mobility issues no offer of complementary taxi up and down and perhaps a welcome with a cool drink would have gone down well pools could have been a little warmer, luxury price for v good but not excellent service We have been before and feel that it's gone of the boil a bit there are other hotels in the area that have the edge for service and facilities

The room in general was absolutely fantastic. We stayed in the Divinity Bliss 1 bedroom sea view room and could not fault it. The room was cleaned daily, the bedding was changed daily and we got fresh towels daily. This room had a very nice balcony looking out to the sea. The cleaners were exceptional, the staff were exceptional and overall exceptional hotel. I want to say a massive thank you to Jimmy who shown us our room at the very start and made us aware of how everything worked. The staff could not do enough for you. We had room service a couple of times and the guys bringing our things were exceptional. I could not fault this hotel! We did not want to leave.

The location of the hotel is far from the main strip although we rented a car out there so it wasn’t a problem so I would recommend people to do this. Although there is many modes of transport to get to and from the hotel and it’s easy accessible.

Beautiful, spacious suite (serenity mar with hot tub and pool) with a very private outdoor area. The staff were exceptional from start to finish. All 3 options for breakfast were great (in room, buffet and al a carte) Room service during the day and evening was promptly delivered and reasonably priced. Not to mention, very tasty! we only used the main pool once but the beds were large and comfortable and food and drink service excellent. Fantastic from start to finish! we’re visiting again in July:)

The apartment was lovely all the facilities massive balcony although slightly overpriced by location . Breakfast was fabulous to your room or dining

bar price very expensive 2 cocktails 50 euros We did not have lights in jacuzzi send they would send up maintenance we also did not have working canopy where to problem with electrics

Just the most amazing place! Beautiful decor, beautiful rooms. Fabulous location away from the crazy hustle and bustle. Fantastic people. Loved it. It was just perfect for our family of seven. So many people made our stay wonderful and I tried to remember as many names as possible! All the reception staff were incredibly helpful. Our cleaning lady was so lovely and did a wonderful job of making the suite look brand new everyday! And the staff at the Fuel Restobar were amazing : Freddy, Elisabeth, Pedro, Pedro R, Diego, Jesson and others I have forgotten but all of these lovely people looked after us so well. Thank you to The Baobab Suites team. We will be back!

Small thing. Almost doesn't seem appropriate to mention! But our private pool was just too cold for anyone to enjoy. We made use of the communal pool which is heated but it meant we always had to leave our lovely suite to oversee the kids. Small thing and it didn't stop us enjoying this amazing place. Everything was just perfect.

The Views from the room, food and service., friendly staff

Air conditioning wasn’t operating properly came to check not sure if issue was resolved as no message left. That evening seemed to work but for one day only lights to pool didn’t work in evening but let staff know and got a voucher for drink to apologise as understood would take too long to fix during our stay.

My kids found big cockroaches in our apartment,twice. The telephones in the room weren't working. I wanted to book room service twice, but the process was just long and annoying.

It’s always a great place to visit, lovely setting, the kids’ club is brilliant. The food is amazing, lovely clean pools. Taxi’s arrived almost instantaneously and great parking if you hire a car.

The change to the breakfasts didn’t work for us, the breakfast box was very bread heavy and the restaurant didn’t start serving breakfast until 8am, not great when little ones are up at 6/6.30am, also having to book in advance is something I’d rather not do on holiday. cleaning of the room was also sporadic and often we had to ask for the room to be cleaned.

The pool area is lovely with an incredible view of the mountains behind and the sea in front. The sports club is the best hotel gym I have experienced - a lively fun place to hang out with a great "beach bar" vibe and welcoming staff. I used the gym a few times and we played padel tennis and had a few lunches there. The view and the sports club are enough to make we want to go back. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Room service was quick and the food was good. Although not on the beach front the location is actually perfect especially if you have hired a car - as there is plenty of parking. The suite was lovely and well equipped - the best part being the terrace with lots of seating and a great view of the sun coming up in the morning over the mountain.....very Zen!

Honestly, I would have liked more choice at breakfast - the advice at check in was to get the breakfast boxes unless you book the restaurants well in advance. While there was a choice of 4 boxes they really were all pretty much the same and after day 3 I had got a little bored and so we had a late brunch at the sports club after the hotel breakfast hours as we hadn't booked and so paid extra. Part of the experience of staying in a 5 star hotel is the breakfast and this part was lost on me with the Baobab breakfast boxes which was a shame. I think the hotel could benefit from a small shop of some sort selling drinks and snacks or extend room service hours (closes at 9.30) as there are no shops near by and if you haven't planned you are stuck!

Activity centre food was awful and expensive. Padel court hire was stupidly expensive.
