We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everyone is so friendly. Loved the small touches - water for example in your room and on the sun-beds, but please do note our footnote/further suggestion on the use of plastic. We loved the entertainment provided, in particular The Tenors. The Club House organised our meals fabulously and also our whale/dolphin excursion. We would like to say how great Danny from the Company you recommended and booked us with was. We were SO lucky … and privileged… to have dolphins and whales enhance our stay here - it was a true highlight of the trip and something we will remember forever. We will definitely be back. It has been wonderful. One recommendation we would offer to further sustain our planet .. and reading about Tenerife we know how seriously you are taking this and using your resources to maximise this aspect - would be look at the opportunity to offer guests reusable bottles with fountains to refill. This would drastically reduce the use of plastic and if you made the bottle “cool” then what a great opportunity for ongoing marketing! Just an idea!

Lovely room with excellent views. Great breakfast. Pools very nice. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Very good location. Nice walk to La Caleta where there are excellent restaurants. Good service.

The quality of the food in the hotel restaurants was not very good and not good value for money. We were required to wear a mask at all times whilst exercising in the gym, making it impossible to use the treadmill or the exercise bike.

No playground for the kids inside and outside. The only option is kids club (4+) but if your kid doesn’t like it that way there are no amenities for children there.

Pleasant beachfront resort with lovely green grounds, excellent food and facilities. Great choice of varied restaurants on site. Beach and local shopping centre just a short stroll away.

The sea view room only had a partial sea view. Access to the spa area (thalasso pool, jacuzzi etc) is not included in the room rate - very disappointing when you’re paying EUR600/night for a five star hotel. Watch out also for half board - it does not work out cheaper as many dishes require a supplement and not all restaurants are included.

Absolutely immaculate and beautiful! Nicest resort I’ve ever been to! And the staff is remarkable- extremely helpful, kind, friendly, professional, accommodating…I cannot say enough about how wonderful everyone and everything was! The dining options are outstanding as well! It was also wonderful that we could easily walk on the beach walk to the Catholic Church (San Sebastian). It was a nice, 10 minute walk. Also, everyone at the resort spoke perfect English, which was helpful as we are Americans.

I loved everything! If I could have one request, it would be to have the pools a little warmer. Our stay was in February, and the pools were pretty chilly! But I am not complaining!

Swimming pools were exceptional - staff were fantastic- breakfast was comprehensive, served in a great location - a wide variety of dining locations gives great choice

Hacienda meal and service was very poor in contrast to every other location.

Loved the versatility of premises, really beautiful garden with lakes and all the fauna… our daughter as well as the other kids loved feeding the ducks :) the service was outstanding, really kind and helpful.

As me and my daughter have allergies on casein and milk proteins we have to stick with dairy-free diet, which was not a problem at the dinner, the staff was always helpful with finding an alternative, but at the breakfast buffet there was only soya milk and one kind of soya yogurt. I would appreciate selection of almond/ oat/ coconut milk and yogurts/ vegan alternatives of cheese to be considered.

We had an absolutely amazing room with one of the most comfortable bed and pillows i have ever encountered in the hotels. The whole territory of the hotel is so great, full of beautiful plants, cozy and stylish lounge areas. As we travelled with the baby it was very nice to have an opportunity to walk around with the stroller, everything is easily accessible with the stroller, also heated pool was appreciated by us and the baby. The location is great as well, with the direct access to the beautiful beach and a promenade along the shore. All the communication with the staff was super positive, they are professional and at the same time friendly and funny. We mostly were ordering dinners from the room service and it was all very nicely organised: fast, beautifully arranged and quite good quality, i was only missing some sauces to the meat and fish, in the result the dishes seemed a bit dry.

The only thing that did not meet the expectation from such a great place was the breakfast. It was ok and possible to find nice things, but we were missing some salad station with more variety of vegetables, and maybe some local Spanish dishes. Also pastries were so sugary and dry, we did not enjoy them.

The breakfast was good, good selection of food, the room was well equipped & pool areas & gardens very attractive

The breakfast felt a little like a cattle market letting down the hotel. The bed was like a trampoline.
