Great location, nice to have a balcony. I liked the Manchester themed decor.

The bed was too firm. Having to pay a £250 deposit for a 1 night stay. When I asked the receptionist when this would be refunded I was told the evening after departure. It’s now 2 days later and I’ve not received the refund or any communication around this. So far what was advertised at under £200 has cost me nearly £500. To me this either should be clearer or quicker to refund.

Fantastic view of Manchester, the 19th floor was brilliant. Enormous space for living, dining and cooking. Almost too big. It was clean, spacious and homely. The bathroom was clean, bright and again almost too big.

The bedroom was too small and the position of the tv behind the door was insane. You had to close the door in a small bedroom to see the TV. Blinds at the window would be better than curtains so you can filter the sunlight instead of completely blocking it out by drawing the curtains. The gym equipment is dated, needs a refresh.

Great central location, near loads of transportation, shops, restaurants etc. Our apartment had an incredible view over the skyline (it was on the 17th floor). Nice and spacious, well equipped, beds very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. The Nespresso was a nice bonus.

There were no hangers or areas to hang or put towels/clothes etc in the bathroom. The doors to the aptments slam (we could not close ours without slamming) and so you can hear the neighbours coming in and out at all hours. It is an area of night life and partying groups. We did not hear noise at our apartment but the sound of the tram passing buy could be heard (not too loud).

Hotel located very centrally, close to the main shopping centre, and within easy walking distance of main attractions, restaurants, theatres etc.. Hotel very secure, requiring a keycard to get through the main door, and further into the hotel. Apartment very spacious (I was upgraded, on arrival, to an executive suite), kitchenette had everything I needed. Great views across the city (from 11th floor - the hotel has 19!), although currently a lot of regeneration and building going on, so hopefully views will get even better. Staff were great, very helpful (I saw quite a variety over my stay, but all very friendly). Would definitely recommend.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable Aparthotel right in the heart of Ancoats. Staff were super friendly, especially the incredibly patient chap who directed us to the car park when we got a bit lost on the back roads! The location really could not be better. The hotel is right in the heart of Ancoats, so a mere stagger back after enjoying the Manchester night life. About a 15/20 minute walk from the Canal Street area, too. Being able to park securely at the hotel is a real bonus, and help is offered if you struggle with the small spaces.

Whilst the rooms were immaculately clean, there are some minor issues with the fit and finish. The TV mounts were a little wonky, and the door to the balcony was hard to close properly. Though the door didn't noticeably let in a lot of cold and, unless Spiderman ever goes rogue, doesn't cause a security issue. Car park is a touch expensive, but slightly cheaper than the nearest NCP. They did allow us to overstay for a few hours, though. Which was greatly appreciated!

Was very warm im the lobby, it smelt nice and the staff were welcoming and nice. It's secure in the building and the rooms are spacious and clean. I found no issues. Heating is good, the fridge had water and milk in and there's coffee (personally not a fan of coffee). Overall enjoyable and nice also in the heart of manny and close to the bus station so it's easy to explore and has lots of close places by (food, entertainment, shopping)

In one of the rooms the boiler i think it was, was making a high pitched constant buzzing noise which was quite annoying but we slept in the other so it was ok but just mentioning

couch and rug and curtains are certainly showing their age and look pretty shabby. my mum didn’t feel comfortable sitting in the couch because it looked worn and grubby. 1 lift wasn’t working which meant at times having to wait a very long time (10mins+) It wasn’t possible to go down the stairs as we were in the 14th floor, I gave a bad hip and mum is 86 so would rather take the lift. it was repaired on the 3rd day. it is still very dark in the en-suite bedroom especially when trying to put things in / out of the wardrobe - maybe a ‘push light’ would be an added bonus and would help.

The apartment was superb, loved the decor, the facilities, the location and, thd huge balcony with views to die for! We were lucky enough to be on the 14th floor and had views of central Manchester....The apartment was perfect for our family, 2 couples, and we definitely loved our stay. The reception staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful, the checking in and out proceedures were faultless, the apartment was clean and tidy with all the facilities you would need. The location couldn't have been better, 1 minute walk to the arndale, 5 minutes to the printworks, 3 minutes to picadilly gardens. Would be my go-to hotel if I stayed in Manchester again.

Nothing, without feeling the need to be picky, maybe a clothes hanger on the back of the door in the bedroom as i had nowhere to hang my clothes at night...

It’s my first time staying at an apartment hotel and I am sold. My apartment was very spacious, had an amazing view of Manchester and the kitchen was equipped everything I needed . Felt very homely. The location was perfect walking distance to all the tourist spots I wanted to visit and also the Piccadilly station.

There was a very offensive odour from the kitchen. Not sure where it was coming from. I would have loved to not have to pay for extra housekeeping during my stay. The apartment itself was spacious but the room was very tiny but it was okay.

Cleanliness of everything in the appartment; Everything you could possibly want or need in the kitchen; Proximity to shopping centre and eateries; Politeness and helpfulness of staff… Balcony with chairs and table

No window in 1 bedroom; Patio door in 2nd bedroom didnt open so quite claustrophobic in both rooms especially when it was so hot. We usually book a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom but I mistakenly booked a 2 bed / 1 bath so there was no accessible shower. Staff tried their best to accommodate a change of room but not possible this time. Balcony overlooked other apartments with views into peoples bedrooms.
