Breakfast was overall great. I didn't like the layout of the dual dining rooms. Basically, you have to climb a flight of stairs if you want better selection of food. I'm semi-disabled, so I was not impressed with that aspect. If the dining room was all one level, the breakfast would be 9.5/10 in terms of selection and quality of food and drinks. Many large shopping malls within a short grab ride of this hotel. Some are walking distance, if you are fully able.

Seem to have a staff shortage, particularly in housekeeping? Had to ask for room to be cleaned 3 days in a row. Was somewhat surprised when it was cleaned on the 3rd request. To be more specific. Room has switch/light to request cleaning. Three days in a row. Turned on housekeeping needed light. Left room. Stopped by front desk to request room cleaning. Watched front desk personnel call (apparently) housekeeping. Left for meal / movie /shopping. Come back 4-5 hours later to find room not touched, housekeeping green light stil on.

We stayed at this hotel twice during our trip, and both times were simply wonderful. The staff was absolutely fantastic – friendly, professional, and genuinely attentive. One of the team members even remembered us from our first stay and made a point of greeting us personally the second time, which made us feel really welcome. The hotel itself is beautifully presented, with modern, comfortable furniture and a stylish, clean design throughout. Our room had an incredible view, which made waking up each morning a real treat. Everything about our stay was pleasant and easy. We wouldn’t hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The breakfast could be better – while it had a few nice options, it didn’t quite match the overall quality of the hotel. We also noticed that some dirty plates had been placed among the clean ones, probably by mistake from other guests. Still, it might be something the team could keep a closer eye on to ensure everything stays up to standard.

The staff at the front desk, the entrance, the restaurant and housekeeping are quite exceptional and they made us feel very welcome. The gym and swimming pool are very nice amenities, as is your solid Wi-Fi service. Your location is close to everything and I would not hesitate to stay at Somerset Central property again.

We enjoyed breakfast everyday. Then we went to another hotel and theirs was even better, I have to say, as they had a tremendous variety of different foods. The automated espresso machine didn't always work, but when it did my Americano coffee drink was delicious.

The pool area and gym are standout features, offering a perfect mix of relaxation and fitness options. Both facilities are well-maintained and provide a great way to unwind or stay active during your stay. The staff truly elevated our experience. They were always friendly, accommodating, and quick to assist whenever needed. The location is another highlight. Situated in a convenient yet relatively quiet part of Makati, it’s easy to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and malls. The balance between accessibility and tranquility is rare in a bustling city like Makati.

While the breakfast buffet was decent, it offered a standard selection of food. It could be improved with a bit more variety, but it still provided a satisfactory start to the day.

Location is great, but what impressed me the most is how much the staff communicate and constantly informed guest of any impact or disruption of service during their stay. I have stayed in locations from all over the world from hilton (hilton honors member) to marriott and that was a first for me. Also the room has washer/dryer with laundry detergent packets for you. The gym is rather nice and the staff all over are very attentive.

I think the only improvement would be the basement parking. Going down to lower floor, the car will scrape on the bottom for a normal size toyota vios sedan. As it's a rental it is stock and not lowered.

I booked my parents a room for their appointment. Amazing location! The building was a 2-min walk from the hotel. Check-in was smooth and easy. No hassles like asking for my ID or CC info as I paid for their stay. I requested an early check-in as my elderly parents are coming from an early flight. They said it's subject to room availability, so what a pleasant surprise they were able to accommodate my parents when they came in for an early check-in. Thanks to the friendly staff, they assisted my parents giving them clear directions on where to go. My parents loved the room, breakfast, and everything else. Dad loved the place so much he toured me around the room during video call. The room was clean and furnished as the pictures show. What I love the most is how I could easily book the room for family while I'm in another part of the world. Easy communication and fast response too! They also had a luggage area and offered to keep my parents' bags after check-out. Would recommend and will visit again!

Location is accessible and nearby many restaurants in Salcedo, Makati. We booked the 3 bedroom suite and the size and facilities of the room were excellent! My family enjoyed their stay in the property. Dining area and kitchen were spacious and well equipped to prepare and share meals. We had a decent view of the fireworks across the city during new year's eve.

I hope they would consider giving more parking passes for those who book the bigger rooms. Even though we booked a 3 bedroom suite for 6 persons, only 1 complimentary parking slot was provided.

Staff were all nice and accommodating Room was clean and smelled sooo nice Quiet area

Parking procedure was bad. There was no valet parking attendant, so we had to drove several hundreds of meters away just to go the parking area. Aside from that, we even waited a couple of minutes outside the entrance of the parking while the security validating our booking for that day. The parking should be open for all even to visitors, just put a minimum period of time as how long they can stay, instead of causing further inconvenience to your guests by keeping them waiting. Another was the breakfast..there were only few items on the menu, which could have been better.

Room was comfortable and clean. Location was good as it was easy to walk to restaurant, mall and weekend market.

Breakfast wasn’t great as there wasn’t much to my taste, mostly Philippine food - more options such as cereal, granola, yogurt and fruit would have been nice.

I like how friendly and helpful the front desk staff are. The guards are very courteous and they make you feel safe and secure. They check the car that drops you each time you're going back to the hotel to ensure you did not leave any valuables behind. They don't get irate when you ask mundane questions about the area. The rooms are always clean and sanitised. The housekeeping staff respects your privacy. The location is excellent. 2KM walk to Greenbelt (which is fairly quick if you like walking). Oh and the massage service is excellent!

The breakfast buffet is very limited and way too greasy. The TV channels are very limited and there is no Netflix nor Prime. It would be nice to have it available for those guests who have an account.
