It was clean, quiet (the odd plane overhead of course with being close to the airport but I expected that and had white noise on my phone so it was not a problem for me), and really comfortable. I didn’t try the breakfast but the coffee in the morning was really good. The bed and pillows were excellent. The bathroom mirror had this really cool non-fog area which I loved for getting ready. It also had some buttons? I wasn’t sure how the mirror buttons worked, but I’m assuming you could connect your phone somehow and play music. Anyway, the staff were really friendly and helpful too and I would definitely stay here again!

The staff was nice. The staff lets you know about the local area restaurants and their hotel restaurant and bar. The room was clean and well taken care of. The bed is comfortable. They are riggt next to the very super quiet (zero noise) blue line of the light rail which takes you to the Mall of America, the Airport, and down town Minneapolis, you can then connect to the green lime to St Paul if you want to. This is the second time we have stayed here. I can say with confidence we will stay again and recommend this hotel 100%.

The floors in the hotel are hardwood, which makes them cold when you get out of bed, but you know they are way cleaner than carpet, so it is a toss-up. I like clean so maybe not so bad. Just be expected of it, maybe bring slippers if you have cold feet.

Friendly staff! Great shuttle

I like how the property was family oriented there were multiple families that stayed in the hotel. It was very spacious for a family of 5. Staff were very welcoming, the bar was a nice get away from the kids lol. We didn’t make it to the pool but from the looks of it that was the common area for families with kids to relax. The location was perfect as it was less than 2 minutes from mall of America.

Everything. The room was spacious and clean. The general manager was extremely nice and accommodating. The pool wasn’t crowded. Parking was very accesible. Location was quiet. Everything was great.

The only thing would be that the pool had a VERY strong smell of chlorine. My son loved playing in the pool but after 30 minutes we had to leave because of the strong smell as it was too strong for him and my newborn baby as well. Had it not been so strong he could’ve enjoyed the pool much more. Also, breakfast I feel should’ve been included in stay.

Everything! It was quiet, clean, comfy-everything we could want. We also ate our evening meal there and the soup was “to die for”! So, so yummy with lots of chicken chunks, veggies, dumplings, and the spices were magnificent plus served with a warm crusty roll! Mmmmmmm! Also had a quesadilla that was loaded with flavor and goodness!! The gal at the front desk was so sweet, too😍

Not a thing!

Location, comfort, cleanliness, the reliable airport shuttle and friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and very well equipped.

I wish there were more places to hang the towels in the bathroom. The reception area could be decorated better (feels like an open cafeteria than nice eating areas in a hotel). Otherwise the chairs were so comfy, though they could do with a bit of cleaning.

The hotel was located in a convenient location. The room was a good size and was clean. The staff was friendly while answering our questions. The shuttle was quick and convenient.

There was no information in the room about the hotel and its services or the surrounding area. There wasn’t even a channel guide for the tv.

It's close to the airport. A short walk to Mall of America. It was very quiet at night, until flights began to leave around 6am. The room was comfortable. Fitness center well equipped.

Breakfast wasn't worth it (only eggs, bacon, sausage and pancakes). But there is coffeemaker, refrigerator, and microwave in the room. The décor is kind of random.

This is the second time we stayed in this hotel for about 6 hours. We always drive here and arrive late. Also, we used the free airport shuttle at 4 am, So we did not use more than the shower, the beds, and the free coffee. But so far, the rooms have been very clean and ready for guests. I will always prefer the Choice Hotels if the location is close enough.

I didn't like that we didn't have time to enjoy the pool and the rest of the amenities. Also, the parking lot is full every time. We left our car at a long-term parking lot close to the airport because this was planned but I don't know about the availability of the parking spots at this hotel. I'm sure they can accommodate everyone.
