Location and the staff. Last Thursday night/Friday am about 3.30am our three year old had a very bad ear ache and the gentleman on duty at reception was wonderful, organising a taxi to bring my wife and son to the 24hr pharmacy and wait for them as she can’t speak Spanish. It was really appreciated in such a difficult situation.

Restaurant menu’s English translation could be improved for those with allergies as it’s not clear where nuts are contained like in the soufflé

We booked a Suite and was very good value for money when we stayed. Very spacious rooms with great views from the top floor. Very quiet room which we requested at the end of the corridor. 20 min walk from the city centre. Car park for 11EUR/night is very decent and it is underneath the hotel, very convenient.

The hotel was great nothing to complain about. If I had to mention anything perhaps was the reception staff could have been a bit friendlier, felt very business-like both, at check in and check out (not even asking how was your stay when we paid...). Other than that, the hotel is perfect.

Hotel is well located, with great views over the gardens. Rooms are super spacious and comfortable. Many attractions and restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel was advertised with private parking available. Nowhere was it stated parking was at additional cost. We were informed only upon arrival. Perhaps good to mention this during the booking process.

Extremely comfortable rooms. Very clean with loads of facilities like good coffee machine, water, etc. The breakfast was excellent with staff that could not do enough for you. Absolutely lovely people, very helpful and professional. The restaurant was surprisingly good.

It was a bit warm in the room but it was unseasonably warm in Pamplona.

Mostly very pet-friendly, including providing a bed for our little pooch with food and water bowls. The room was large and well-furnished, as was the bathroom.

Although the hotel is generally pet-friendly, unfortunately they (understandably) don't allow pets in the restaurant. Like many other hotels we have stayed at, we had nevertheless hoped we might be able to have a drink and a bite at the bar - but sadly the bar is INSIDE the restaurant, which made this impossible.

Fantastic staff from the front desk to the restaurant. Just wished a bit more generous with tapas. I had to ask for Olives, in a country with nothing more of. The Restaurant menu was fantastic and the food was exceptional! Highly recommend the menu, especially the fresh fish of the day.

A bit difficult to find, even my SAT Nav had difficulty. However, once I arrived, it was great.

Lovely well-appointed room with very comfortable beds and every facility you need, including a Nespresso machine and mini-bar ... and proper glasses (not the plastic or cardboard throw-away types like in some other hotel chains). Well located - 20 minutes walk to old town; there are also many restaurants and bars nearby, including the hotel's own café/bar. Convenient underground parking at the hotel. Didn't have breakfast there this time but last time, in 2022, the breakfast was superb.

Nothing not to like.

Very clean good sized room with a good shower. Hotel is close to a Japanese Park and several bars and restaurants. The hotel provided secure onsite parking (paid). The breakfast buffet was really good. great choice and presented beautifully. the eggs were particularly good. Staff helpful and nice. the local area is quite residential and you get a foot taste of everyday Spanish life from the market, the parks and the local beer garden that sells lots of interesting cocktails (younger crowd)

I liked this hotel a lot. The room was a little too warm but the windows opened.

Stayed at this hotel before and it doesnt disappoint. Dont be put off by the slightly dated exterior - it really is a lovely hotel inside. Our room was a Superior Room and it was huge ! I mean seriously huge - we felt very spoiled. Car parking great, food great - nothing bad to report.

Air con - room didnt become cold enough for me.

Stayed at this hotel before - its amazing. Fabulous rooms and the staff are lovely.

The restaurant is expensive. We both had lasagne - it wasnt large enough to feed one person .... very small and not value for money at 19.00 euros. No salad/no fries - just Lasagne. Dont have it.
