Shower gel ran out and no one checked

It’s a nice property and extremely close, within walkable distance from a hub of pubs and restaurants, close by to other excursions as well. Room was nice too, well equipped, liked the extra touch of a Marshall in the room, daily chocolates, complimentary wine (once) and daily drinking water. Housekeeping can for sure do a better job, the phone in the room was hideously dirty like I wouldn’t touch it if someone paid me to as well, I noticed that the housekeeping missed a few things here and there over the duration of my stay, cause I was there for 4 nights, so that was my only concern. The basement parking which is next door and accessible from the hotel elevator is a great touch if you’re renting a car, the parking charges are ridiculously steep but parking all over Stockholm is excruciatingly expensive, but if you’re getting your car or renting one, you would’ve already calculated the damage it will do, having said that, I did not like the fact that we had to stop by the reception each time and ask them to open the garage door while going out and on more than one occasion, I had to come inside from the parking garage and ask them to open it to let us in (Good thing it was two of us, so one could afford to get out and do this), even though they gave us a daily card but mostly it stops working by evening 🤷🏼‍♀️ …. Beats me! Breakfast was repetitive yet good, be sure to be on time, as they start wrapping up, by closing time on the dot. One can choose to order eggs by choice etc., for an additional fee as well. But overall, I wouldn’t let these little botherations spoil my experience with the property. I had a good stay, had a room with a balcony with a lovely view of the park and can see the markets on either side of the streets. Bed was comfortable, good hot shower, all amenities were provided, room was of a good size as well, closet space was good. Overall, I was happy during my stay.

Already mentioned in my comments above. Not much not to like just a few hiccups here and there but overall, I was indeed happy with the stay at this property.

The location for restaurants was wonderful, and for walking in to Stockholm itself. My partner is vegan and the breakfast was great for her with many vegan options.

There was nothing I really disliked about the hotel. If I had to say something, I would say two minor things. Had breakfast, the toaster never worked properly, and the mugs for tea and coffee had no handles and were very hot to handle. We never had dinner at the hotel due to the fact there were very little if any vegan options, but there were many restaurants within walking distance I had vegan options.

Comfortable clean room, nice view of park opposite, great breakfast choice. Good location - walkable to all main attractions & central train station about 25 minutes.

As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we found the staff on reception to be very friendly and helpful. Later on, we discovered the restaurant staff and cleaners were just as nice and smiley. Really nice atmosphere. The room we had overlooked the courtyard so was quiet which we wanted. The room was clean; and the beds were very comfortable. The TV was quite large and you could log into your own personal UK Netflix account or watch YouTube which was a bonus so felt like being at home! Great location - opposite a beautiful park. There were lots of shops around but mainly designer type shops so not really for us. The area surrounding the hotel does feel quite posh! There is a 7-Eleven supermarket about 5 minutes walk away which was handy. Bus numbers 1 and 75 stop outside the hotel - these take you directly to the central station in Stockholm where you can take the Arlanda Express train straight to the airport. Breakfast was included. Just a little tip - when you enter the restaurant there is a buffet you will see straight away. This was continental type food. However, the hot breakfasts - ie. eggs, bacon, sausages etc are up the other end of the restaurant. We didn't notice this until day 2 of our holiday so make sure you don't miss out! All in all, loved this place and would definitely recommend. If we ever go to Stockholm again, would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't anything we did not like. Even my "grumpy old man" husband said he couldn't fault the hotel which was a first!

The room was lovely and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located close to lots of restaurants and shops and right next to a park. The breakfast was ok, could be more vegan options. The hotel offers room service, though not a very large menu there. Overall the room was quiet and warm and the hotel is clean and pleasant.

When I asked about vegan options, the waitress said they had gluten free options, I pointed out that is not what I asked or what I was looking for. People in catering need to understand the difference. The vegan options are quite few and the labelling is quite confusing, some things marked vegan, some marked with a V. And the gluten free is all mixed up with the vegan things so very unclear. I suggest you have an actual vegan come in and help the hotel get this right. On the Room service menu no allergens are listed and again vegan options were unclear.

The location is perfect; out of the commotion of the city but within a short walk to either bus or metro. The park across the street is lovely and can be enjoyed from the room or the lobby. The front desk staff were so kind and dedicated to excellent service. We were treated as valued guests with a personal touch. Breakfast quality and selection are excellent. The room itself was lovely with a nice view of the park. The hotel is quiet and beautiful.

A word of caution for seniors or anyone leery of a fall: The shower is in a tub with a significant step down to the floor. The breakfast was served in a dark setting with mysterious Asian music and decor. It did not seem to fit into the bright feeling of the hotel and park setting.

Room was super clean, comfortable and well maintained. Appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities and the other extras (tv casting, robe & slippers, sewing kit etc). Location was nice beside the park and everything was in walking distance for us, with public transport close by if/as needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great - we didn't realise there was hot food on our first morning - it is at the opposite end of the breakfast room from the continental-style breakfast. Great choice and variety at breakfast. Bar and restaurant also seemed very popular in the evenings. Really enjoyed the stay and would recommend

The hotel was very nice and the staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and hotel as a whole was very clean, were you felt very secure. The rooms had all that you would want and expect. We had a really enjoyable stay. Our meal in the restaurant was absolutely fabulous. It was like a tapas arrangement of Asian food, which was both delicious and presented to a very high standard. The staff provided good advice. The breakfast in the same restaurant offered a good range of breakfast choices. Very tasty. Even the atmosphere of the restaurant was really nice. It had a calming effect probably because of the Asian type music, the comfy seating arrangement and lighting not being to bright. The bar also had a nice vibe to it. The hotel was situated in an excellent spot right in the heart of Stockholm.

I find it hard to say what I didn't like because the hotel itself provided what we wanted and all went well. Using your room card to use an elevator or to go between floors was probably the only real inconvenience. Having said that, the use of the card did offer an extra feeling of security.

The hotel was everything we imagined and more. From the moment we walked in the team were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble, we had a lovely welcome pack in our room and a free upgrade! Breakfast was incredible. Being vegetarian I can struggle with breakfast options, but they catered for all dietary requirements. The room was immaculate. The bed was so comfy it was like sleeping on a cloud! We had a room overlooking the park, which was breathtaking and a lovely morning stroll before breakfast is a must! We would highly recommend Elite Eden Park Hotel and will definitely be back the next time we are in Stockholm.
