Honestly we loved every single part of it. First off we got there at 3:30 in the morning - and there was someone to greet us with a big smile on their faces, regardless of how late it was. We loved that he had a little kitchen area so we can cook . We loved the pool and the hot tub, we used it every day of our day The views from our windows and all around the complex, our breathtaking Downtown Moab is like two minutes away by car and the Archies national park like eight minutes away Bed and pillows were super comfortable as well. Everything was super clean and we loved thats called my place. My husband and I just joked a lot when we were getting there “if that’s my place if you want to drive up” 😂 Breakfast was not included but they had the option of bringing you one. We didn’t mind about breakfast, we either cooked or went out to grab it.

No complaints whatsoever. Everything was perfect. I wish they had some trees in the parking lot as the cars got very very hot and we were afraid of the tires melting. But not a deal breaker, we will for sure go back

The staff was amazing as always. Each time we stay at MyPlace in Moab the staff is friendly, engaging, and very helpful. The room heater/AC didn’t hold a very stable temp but that was the only thing about the room that was not excellent! The kitchen was exactly what we needed. The full size fridge was perfect. The room was very clean. There wasn’t hardly any noise from the street or other rooms. I was riding my bicycle in the Skinny Tire Festival and the room allowed for good rest between each day. We will stay there again.

The only thing not to like was the Heater/AC didn’t hold the temp stable. Everything else about this hotel was exactly what we needed.

LOVED the comfy recliner and full sized fridge with ice maker. No worries about how much we have to go into the fridge. I'm old and often sleep in a recliner at home so this recliner addition was very good for me. Walls were a little thin but we requested the top floor and got a room on the back side away from that noisy hwy 191 on the front side. Lobby coffee was very good. We did not spring for the $7 breakfast. Functional full sized coffee maker with coffee. Only paper cups though.

Clock would not work even after the front desk clerk worked on it. No replacement available. There was a bar on the TV screen with adjustments you could supposedly make. We did not want this bar on the screen but could not make it go away for more than a few seconds. We didn't call anyone. Hot tub was out of order. Very cute kitchenette oddly missing pots, pans, plates, etc, etc. We got coffee mugs from the front desk. There was a diabolical device attached to the window blinds chain. It was probably mandated by some government agency to keep me from hanging myself but it worked way too good and I detached it from the chain so I could operate the blinds.

This was our first time staying at the place and we truly enjoyed it. The location was perfect—just a short drive to Arches National Park and very convenient for exploring downtown Moab. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the quiet surroundings after long days of hiking and sightseeing. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Only stayed one night, but since we'd been there before we knew what to expect. Spotlessly clean rooms with comfortable beds, great views and a wonderful hot tub and swimming pool. This is our go to property to stay in Moab when we pass through between Salt Lake City and Northern Arizona. The front desk folks are always incredibly nice and accommodating and we appreciate the great service we get when we do stay.

I have nothing negative to say about this property. It is simply a great place to stay.

Perfect hotel for sleeping with own kitchen with cooker. The beds are comfortable and I slept a long time there. The pool was amazing after a long hiking in Arches NP. But we had some problems because I ordered a package to the hotel. They delivered it to the mailbox of the hotel from ebay. Two of the employee told us that there's no package and they didn't check the mailbox even though I told them it might be there and he didn't even tried to solve the problem and he told us they will deliver it next morning, they didn't. Then there was a third employee next day and his name was Juan a young man. Juan was the only and best employee who started solving the problem, immediately called to the boss who gave him the keys to the mailbox, he told us to wait and run down the hill to pick up the package from mailbox and guess what. The package was there laying 2 days. Inside was brand new Samsung S24! This 5 stars rating belongs to the Juan who saved our package. Please hotel management give Juan some fee reward for the willingness, helpfulness and kindliness. Greetings, Karel

Very nice hotel, and it looks like brand new. The rooms are a really nice size with a kitchenette, a bathroom (all in one), and very comfortable beds. The front desk area has a sink with a water filter to fill up water bottles before heading out for any adventure. Very nice front desk staff.

In order to prepare any food, you would need to purchase any single item, such as plate/bowl/glass/utensils. The cabinets of the kitchenette are completely empty. Moab, however, has very nice coffee shops and restaurants, so you are not dependent on cooking your own meal. No breakfast on premise unless you order "breakfast in bed".

Our stay at My Place Hotel in Moab was great. Staff were very attentive and helpful with us (they even lend us some kitchen utensils for cooking because our room had a small kitchen). The hotel is correct; however the rooms were fantastic. The room and toilet were very spacious and it was spotless. The bed as well as the sofa were very comfortable. Another positive aspect of this hotel is its fantastic location - it was close to the Arches National Park and Canyonland. There is a free coffee machine at the hotel entrance and a water fountain to fill the water bottles. We will definitely come back some day.

Everything was perfect on our stay.

Large bedrooms that were new and well designed. The staff is very helpful and were there to give you good advise about exploring Moab. I did my laundry there and the machines were new and worked very well. They had a nice pool area which also had a great view.

Unfortunately, our room was on the first floor overlooking the parking lot, but most of the rooms would have had unobstructed views of the red cliffs running along the Colorado River. The hotel is about 100 feet above the highway so there is no noise and most rooms have great views.

Everything was perfect at My Place during our stay. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful through and through. Carla at the front desk always wore a big smile and was attentive to our needs. The room is spacious for me and my 10 years old. Ms. Carolina H. prepared our room in such a meticulous way prior to our arrival, super clean 👌. The setup of the room was spot on with all the basics to make our stay feel like being at home. We were able to borrow pots and pans for cooking. The location is convenient, whether it's to Arches National Park or to the town (6 minutes either way). We absolutely loved My Place at the Moab location. Cannot wait to return very soon!
