Location and friendly staff

The kitchen had cockroaches,i don't mind them but not in such a nice place especially when I'm on a vacation😉

I loved everything! Amazing, very helpful and friendly staff! My family enjoyed their stay here. Location, being centrally located to most attractions is just perfect! I’ll definitely book it again

I was in apartment 1107 and there’s a disturbing noise there at one of the rooms, the smaller one with twin beds, esp at night. Every day. We reported this disturbance and the desk immediately sent the maintainance gentleman to our apartment. Who sadly then informed us that the noise actually comes from the elevator and that the room is sitting in the path of the elevator together with 2 other apartments. I don’t know if sound proofing can help with this problem but it’s a big problem, I hardly slept at night because of this noise

Great location, very clean room and good services, very good quality and cheap food and beverages. Most of the the staff were helpful and very friendly. Very good breakfast and all meals I tried were tasty. Lastly the lobby and restaurant area were of high standards.

My room was not so quiet as I could here noises either from the road or from the corridors. Although I was on the 5th floor, the room was occasionally smelling like a kitchen. Probably the kitchen ventilation was passing through my room. The worst thing though was the bad internet signal. I could not get a proper and steady signal at any time which was very annoying.

The staff was amazing however the wait was really long to get our room ready and when we got to the room there was 2 twin beds instead of a double bed in which we booked. However, the receptionist accomadted us immediately and moved us. The staff were so bubbly. The bed was very comfortable and the space in the room was great. They had a mini bar fridge in the room even though it was not a self catering.

The shower head had no cap on it and when the water was coming out of the shower it was in essence stinging us when taking a bath. The room had a cigarette smell in it. The air con is old and makes a loud noise when it is on in the room. There were no teaspoons in the room to use when making a hot drink.

Breakfast was good and had many varieties of food to choose from. The room was cleaned regularly. The staff were welcoming. The hotel is located in the center of the city and one can easily move around.

The room didn´t have microwave. The family room supposed to have more than a chair for the family to sit down. There was no tablet solid soap in the restroom but just liquid shower gel. The door didn´t have a paper to say ´´do not disturb´´ when the visitor doesn´t need housekeeping service.

The beautiful hotel ambience, the very friendly, smiling, efficient and helpful staff, the juice when arriving, the food and jazz band, the solar heated pool, my beautiful room and view of the fountain, and the hotel is very clean and well maintained. Lovely atmosphere, you feel at home.

Only two things, (1)the cleaning staff barge open your locked door with their door cards/keys and come in unannounced while you showering and got your handbag on the counter with money in and its then risky to not know if they scratched inside it or not! (2) To enclose the beautiful heated pool with more higher private wall instead of the glass barriers where the public sitting on the wall can see you in swimwear.

The staff and their hospitality were exceptional. They had extremely friendly, respectful and knowledgeable. The food at the restaurant were delicious. The coffee was well made and the desserts were heavenly. The apartment room was clean, well decorated and the balcony had a great view. It was spacious and well equipped for all our needs.

The restaurant was pretty expensive at R80 for a Malva pudding with ice cream. It was extremely well made though so the price is mostly negligible. The vehicle parking situation was a bit strange as I had to leave a few times and my parking could not be 100% guaranteed although I had to pay extra for it. I did always get parking so this was negligible as well. There was a scratching sound in the roof which made it a bit tough to sleep which could be byproduct of the excessive wind. This is also very minor although slightly irritating.

I liked the location, cleanliness, and staff. I was using the room as a day room before my red-eye flight that night, but in the end I was not able to take my flight, so had to rebook again that same night. The next room I got was not as nice as the first one, so there are nice and not so nice rooms. The next morning I came down for breakfast and the breakfast was very nice and varied

Some rooms nicer than other, but it was a good value for the money .

Breakfast was excellent. Venue was clean and tidy and kitchen staff were very friendly

Didn't like the fact that our friends stopped at our breakfast table and staff insisted that they pay for breakfast when they didn't have any .although it was sorted out later but it was embarrassing. Please ask your staff to confirm the number of guests for breakfast before insisting on payment in future

The staff was absolutely phenomenal i must say, very effiient, i was helped immediately, place smelled nice and well air conditioned, my room was great, bathroom was great, bar was great. 10/10 experience from me, thank you very much. i arrived 10 march 2022 in the morning around 12:30, two gentlemen and a lady were working the door, superb. the gentlemen who help with bags were great too, i am happy. Great stay

They didnt have savanna dry at the bar, if they could maintain stock of that, wouldve improved my day, but bar stuff was very friendly, thank you
