Air conditioner in the room, clean facilities and privacy.

Not the property itself, but rather everything leading up to check in. We were told that they don’t open after 12am for safety reasons (understandably so), but we arrived before then. I then tried calling as security didn’t come out until about 10 minutes later. I called multiple times and the call went to voicemail after ringing for a while. I then got out of the car and called a number of times again, and still nothing. It then started drizzling a bit (we were with our infant). At around 00:20, we were finally allowed in. The property itself is good value for money, but im not too sure what the tv situation in the rooms is because we could only watch a few channels. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It was really good.

The price was reasonable. The service was number 1. Yusuf the staff member is a real asset to the company, he is just amazing. He gave me an extra blanket when I asked for it and assisted with the TV and aircon. Further to that, he made my stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks to Yusuf, I will use this BnB again. The shower curtain was extremely old and was mouldy. The headboard was old and not very appealing. The curtains in the hall was somewhat broken.

1-Get you staff a uniform for the purpose of Professionalism 2-It was cold i needed a blanket 3-The towel color,I'm not sure whether they forgot to change or it has turned its color. If you can't maintain the color please rather opt for another color 4-Breakfast,yes the B&B cost was reasonable BUT PLEASE IMPROVE IT,IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE ENGLISH, but hey I must look forward in future to eat a delicious breakfast

Front of house manager very friendly and helpful. Thats to show the level of service you would get from the rest of the staff as well. Recently upgraded to inverter which solve the load shedding issue especially when you need to work.

The staff Yusuf was very friendly and helpful.

The bed wasn’t comfortable, the headboard was making noise.

First room I was assigned air was not working they changed the other room and is good , personally I do not like cats so at the property few cats .

Headboard of bed was peeling off,Mattress was making a big noise when you change position,bathroom window was damaged. Blinds were full of dust and damaged, big damp marks on ceiling.Property needs attention and more staff.

Breakfast was good and the place was so neat ,clean and soooo beautiful like in picture

The pilllows are not comfy and wish there is a battery to keep the wifi on during loadshedding

Breakfast was served by receptionist who have no cooking skills infact no hospitality at all...we expected English Breakfast buffet but unfortunately we didn't get that as ppl who booked breakfast. And we requested but no change was made. Beds were good. Toilet paper was of poor quality n soap State that here on booking.com that there's no alcohol n pork allowed in their BNB
