The location is at the heart of town. Supermarket and shopping centre just right opposite. The receptionists, both pretty lady and handsome man were friendly and helpful. We were able to explore many places by foot Housekeeping was done daily and room were clean and comfortable. The bed is super comfortable. Quiet at night. We managed to catch quality rest there. Highly recommended.

Location of the hotel is excellent. It’s strategic location if you want to walk North or South of town or stay in the center, all in walking distance. Rooms are cleaned daily and well. Owners are friendly and helpful with information.

The smell in the stairway of sewage and poor ventilation system, it seems most of Spain is this way though. For a small boutique hotel they do a good job .

The location was great. Very central for all our needs and easily accessible from the airport using the shuttle . The room and public areas were very clean and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. On arrival Alicia provided a map and pointed out where various sights were located including some eateries which was really useful. We liked that we had a balcony and made full use of it. When there was a small issue with our shower this was fixed straightaway. Sadly there was an issue with the lift which the hotel were extremely apologetic for but this in no way impacted on our stay and our cases were taken down for us on check-out.

Location and our room position was exceptional. We stayed at the room 4 and it was the corner room with a perfect Plaça de Catalunya view. Waking up to a beautiful green leaf scenery in the middle of the city was great. We loved the warm welcome and suggestions and recommendations of the reception was always on target. Place was always clean, we felt like home.. The room cleaned every day and every day. There were glass water bottles in our room which they refill every day was also a great gesture :). You can walk everywhere from the hotel. It has several bus stops close-by and also metro is couple of steps away. Reaching the hotel from airport with airobus was really easy because the bus stops across the street (you only need to cross the street that's how close it is). Hope to come and stay again some day..

Actually there was nothing to dislike.. Maybe an individual minibar in the room could be good but it's also not that necessary because the common resting area.

A unique concept of home away from home. Operated by the owners, very professionally friendly and helpful. The staff provided inside tips on where to go and where to eat. Your local guide at the front desk. The rooms are cozy, spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The location is next to none, a few steps from Catalonia Square, with easy access to public transportation. The concept of a shared kitchenette is a great way to encourage social interaction.

A simple console under the TV would be a good addition. Maybe a microwave in the kitchenette and more variety of hot drinks.

Location was great. Very central but also very quite and peaceful. There is a 24h open market just next door, very good places nearby to drink or to eat. The room is cleaned ever day and the staff did really a great job, always perfectly clean. Bed was comfortable. Shower had a good water pressure and hot water was accessable all the time. There was an elevator, which is a rare case for this area. Bruno was very helpful, polite and reachable all the time. Thank you again.

Ainoa and Bruno at the reception desk were the best! They made this hotel feel more like a home - super welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location is excellent, central. I also liked climbing/walking down 3 flights of stairs to reach the hotel because it encouraged more exercise. :)

I would come back again, but request a room with a bigger toilet space. The toilet was in a tiny separate room with a door. My knees were about 6 inches from the wall in front of me. I'm small, I weigh 100 pounds. I would also request a room farther from the main lobby/reception area. We could hear everyone talking at a normal volume outside and assumed they could hear us.

The room was very spacious and had a little balcony. It was at the rear of building, so there was no street noise, but there was still daylight coming through the very tall window, and the room had a nice, little balcony/patio with a table and a couple of chairs. The bathroom was top notch and everything was spotlessly clean. The shared facilities consisted of a reading nook and a beautiful dining area with a coffee and tea dock. But best of all were the staff who were AMAZING! Without a doubt the most considerate and helpful I have ever encountered. Thank you so much 😊

We traveled early and so we asked if it was possible to check in early. It was very nice that when we arrived our room was ready and we could prepare ourselves for a long day in the city. Since I was travelling with my teenage daughter for the first time it was very helpful that the kind lady (the owner i believe) at the frontdesk (so sorry i forgot her name) helped us. She took all the time that was needed to get us informed about the city, the hotel and took the time to help us get settled in our room. There is no possibility for breakfast at this hotel but there are plenty of nice options in walking distance. Later we met the husband of the kind lady and he also was very kind and considerate. Ainhoa helped us with information but also helped us to store our luggage even though we had to pick it up around 4.30 and even made it possible that we could freshen up before leaving for the airport. We had a great stay and definitively recommend this place. What one should know is this place has an old elevator (and stairs) and the entrance from the street is easily walked by.

Excellent location near a main plaza and mass transit options. A taxi stand is across the street and the hop-on, hop-off bus and city buses have stops at or near that plaza. Very walkable to meet our booked tour guides, Las Rambles and the historical section of town. There was also a large grocery store in the lower level of a large dept store across the street where we bought food for breakfast (and coffee) each evening and used the small common fridge overnight. Tons of options for restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean and quiet. We'd stay here again!

The coffee is instant coffee, but Starbucks is a few doors down. We really didn't have any complaints. Be aware that it's not a hotel where there's a 24-hour desk, but it suited our travel style. The desk was manned mornings and evenings so we were never inconvenienced. The taxi from the airport had a hard time finding where to drop us off as the sign for the hotel is itty bitty. I had looked up the hotel on Google Maps and the street view beforehand, so I picked the door out easily and we were fine. Just a heads up to be prepared knowing where it's located.
