We got the deluxe room. Not huge, but well laid out and the balcony was great. The rooftop bar was nice, and the courtyard was very pleasant. Easy walking distance to most sites.

Everything was great for us. My sister and her husband got a "basic" room, and it was very small. I don't know the price differential, but the review would have been not nearly as good if we would have had that room. Two people, two suitcases required gymnastics to maneuver around the room.

Amazing breakfast. Central location. Lovely boutique hotel. We appreciated the free upgrade to an apartment featuring a terrace that overlooked a lot of greenery.

Rachel and the sir opening the doors were lovely and so polite. I was disappointed in Rosario, as I stopped by in the morning to ask her one question; since there were people lining up for a longer check-in, I got closer to her and she dismissed me impolitely. I asked her to kindly clean up the terrace, because we found it dirty form the beginning. She wrote this down and it never happened, it was as dirty as before. Also, the curtains in the room were disgustingly dirty; the buttery color had turned into shades of maroon on a large surface….

The location is perfect for Barcelona and the hotel is really nice. Yes the price is a bit high but it's Barcelona and summer, I have stayed at awful hotels in this area and it wasn't much cheaper. I would recommend the hotel if you want to explore the city, we had a room facing the inside of the hotel but we didn't mind because we couldn't hear the street and that was more important to us than a view. The rooftop is cute with a small pool but definitely not a pool do spend a whole day at. The staff was very nice and they kept our luggage safe before and after checkout.

the view was to the inside of the hotel, so we couldn't open the window and if you weren't careful the people at the reception could see you. But as I said, didn't bother us as much.

Quality. What is that really about? There is probably some kind of definition about hotel quality, but to us it is about the feeling you get from the establishment. This warmth and care I most often find at small, private, places often quite simple but caring. A B'n'B in Karlstad (Sweden), a pub in the north of Wales or a small family run hotel in Germany. But seldom in larger hotels. H10 Urquinaona is Quality. We were taken care of in the best possible way, like a friend staying a few days. Everything was very professional; the man in the lobby, the room service, cleaning, the breakfast. We leave with a warm feeling of care and quality. The hotel is established perfectly in the city centre. Shopping, restaurants of various kinds, sightseeing if you haven't seen it all, and the beach within walking distance.

Good location just 5 minutes to Plaza Catalunya, very good breakfast, rich buffet , very friendly staff, small but good Bar/Restaurant and fair prices not really more expensive than outside. Rooms also big and clean. So in total a 4 star which is near to 5 star.

complain at a high level: İn the bathroom could be more storage space like a shelf or clothes hooks. The rooms looking to the main street could be too loud for some people if you're sensitive. During our stay there was work on the exterior facade. We couldn't look out and in the morning the workers start their job. Well it must be done but bad timing for us...

Posh hotel. It had all we needed. Amazing location. Bakery just besides the hotel, so the breakfast was sorted.

We had to click the button couple times to stop water running in the toilet. It was fine once we figured out how to stop it. There was no way to open the balcony, or maybe our doors were stuck.. also it wasn't possible to turn off the light in one closet, it kept shining during the night.

The location. The bed(!). The breakfast was also nice and varied slightly from day to day. Also the balcony we had was the perfect getaway from the busy centre of Barcelona, I do have to say the neighbors balcony was only a thin separation screen away.

Nothing remarkable. Do mind that the aerobus station (the bus going from and to the airport) is about 2 blocks away, so you would have to walk with your luggage a few minutes.

good location, close to the bus stop from the airport. the staff were friendly and helpful. it had a great balcony and pool area. our room had a balcony overlooking the square, it had a great shower and kettle and fridge

the entrance had really heavy doors and several stairs which was hard to get down with suitcases. the rooms were quite small and could hear everything in the bathroom.

First of all, the hotel is in an excellent location, very close to all the main attractions in the city, there is also a metro station across the road, the hotel is clean, the room is polished, meticulous and inviting, an excellent breakfast, but above all the reception staff is charming, helpful, tolerant and responds to every whim, which makes the whole experience amazing. Finally, I would like to mention here to praise Elfrin Canario, a lovely guy who is always at the reception, makes sure to welcome you with a greeting, and open the door for you when you leave the hotel, an incredibly kind guy who is fun to talk to, who creates a very pleasant atmosphere and is always right to help and assist in any matter, so thank you Elfrin 👌👌

comfortable bed except has silly tuck in duvet that when you pull back rips out the base sheet and you have to remake the bed great breakfast reception staff super helpful especially with recommendations to eat
