The room, facilities, staff and location were exceptional. We used the Spa and gym facilities during our stay which were very good. Lots of different areas to relax both inside and outside of the hotel. Location was good for closeness to the beach, marina and shops.

The coffee machines at breakfast were slow and on some occasions were not working at all. Food was good but repetitive. We stayed at the Hotel Sirocco previously and their food choices were better. Would have liked the option of tea/coffee facilities in the room. Please monitor the pool area to prevent people from placing towels and reserving sunbeds for many hours before they actually use them. We observed this daily and its very frustrating when they reserve key areas of the pool space for a whole day and only spend 1 to 2 hours actually using the beds.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The facilities were well-maintained and offered everything I could possibly need. Breakfast each morning was a treat, with plenty of options to suit every taste. The location was ideal, close to key attractions and amenities. What truly stood out, though, was the staff. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make every guest feel valued. It’s rare to find such a perfect combination of quality and service – I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The only drawback was the pillows, which seemed worn and in need of replacement. While this was a minor issue, updating them would make the experience flawless. Despite that, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and overall quality.

Hotel is fresh, clean, spacious and well located with direct access to beach. Room was airy, comfortable with excellent (huge!) Shower, great air con. Food is plentiful! Everything you can ask for breakfast wise is available. Evening meal was equally very good. The staff are all extremely pleasant - management should be proud of them! The two pools, and areas are lovely and clean - with plentiful sunbeds available. I would definitely recommend and would give it 5* if they could sort out the coffee machines!

There was nothing that we didn't like on the whole - just 2 slight improvements which I hope they would address: No kettle in the room. It wouldn't be as much of an issue if you were able to get your tea/coffee quickly in the morning, but it's almost impossible to avoid a huge queue to use a slow and useless coffee machine that provides a mouthful of coffee (half smallest cup) in the mornings. No other coffee machines available within the hotel. No refreshments with your evening meal (payment required - even for water).

Gorgeous hotel inside and out, great location. Staff were all so friendly.

Only downside was it is unfinished but this didn’t affect my holiday. When complete this will be some hotel, will definitely go back to experience.

Very attentive staff especially room cleaners. Very clean facilities. Centre Location.

No instructions in room for air conditioning. Black door stops for fire doors in centre of corridor. should be bright yellow to avoid trip hazard for those with poor sight. Food somewhat disappointing due to too much salt added unnecessarily.

Beautiful hotel, newly refurbished

When it rained and it rained, the areas around pathways out the back door got flooded and no one cared, dangerous for walking, , water poured in from front new windows, areas became very dangerous, no warnings were put up.

The restaurant for breakfast and dinner was good but there were too many people (and I do not think the hotel was full) it was sometimes a bit of a struggle getting what you wanted due to the number of diners and although the food was generally good with a wide choice it was not always hot. My wife and some others seemed to have difficulty getting/finding what they wanted due to the number of people - I can only imagine what it would be like when full in the middle of summer. However the hotel was very nice. we had a good comfortable room and we found all the staff pleasant and doing an excellent job.

Location, facilities staff and food.

Stayed for 7 nights half board got upgraded to a premium room which had a fridge, kettle and a coffee machine. Complimentary water and soft drinks were also included. The room had a balcony with a Seaview and was very comfortable. The choice of food available for breakfast and dinner was very good.The hotel is in an excellent location with the beach access very handy. The marina with shops restaurants etc is about seven minutes walk.The spa was also very good and is priced at 15 euros for ninety minutes.Uber from the airport to the hotel was 21 euros. Overall a great stay highly recommended and will certainly be back.

The room was nice and large and offered a wonderful view of the sea (even without a direct sea view). Overall, a beautiful facility! The buffet was tasty and varied. We stayed over NYE and they had prepared bags with party gadgets for all the guests.

On closer look you will find many dirty and poorly maintained corners around the hotel. The bath towels had holes in them and generally the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. But still ok! Spa not included (however, given the size of the spa and the possible number of hotel guests, this is understandable). The entrence to the underground parking is difficult, it is almost impossible for the car to not touch the ground when entering.

Great beach front location, plenty of good walking. Hotel well appointed, lovely terraces and upmarket furniture to relax in. Restaurant excellent, well run, food varied and plentiful. Drinks of a good quality and very good value. Superb skybar, a must visit. Had a cocktail and chat with a very interesting barman, credit to the hotel as were all staff. Rooms well kept and comfortable. Bus stop outside giving good and cheap access to Malaga and all the coastline. The hotel has a very upmarket feel to it.

Small things, products in shower didn't work. Kettle but no cups in room, had to ask reception for some. Don't understand towel situation for covered pool as have to get from Spa, but closed til 12. Ended up taking from room.
