Location. Value for money. Very clean. Good food, Great waiting staff. Good sized room

The room was far too hot, I hadn't been well, so we phoned down at 12 50 am to ask for a fan as we couldn't sleep and was told it's winter in Spain we have no fans, laughed and put phone down, complained in the morning to the manger his customer service skills were none existent, everything else about the hotel I praised, but to have no sleep is a problem, but again was told it is winter in Spain, open the door if your too hot, smiled and walked away, end of. Take your own fan!!!

The breakfast and dinner were excellent. Nice selection of food, as well as high food quality which is always great aspect of traveling to Spain. The coffee was average which is kinda expected - there are multiple coffee shops around the place for those who wants something better. Since it's an adults only hotel, the place is really calm and quiet except the designated zones like restaurants and bars. Majority of the guests are older people which are usually nice and friendly.

Nothing was a problem for the staff. We arrived late due to weather and they had food ready as we had missed dinner. Night porter was friendly which was what we needed after being delayed. We used the Spa which was very reasonable. Nice location if you like to go for a walk either to Belamadina port or into Torramilinos for shopping.

We are very pleased with our stay. Wonderful hotel, with a beautiful view of the beach! Everywhere was clean and well furnished. There were plenty of places to relax both inside and outside. Nice and clean rooms and very friendly staff! The food is awesome, there is everything your heart desires, huge variety of veg, fruit, meat and desserts! The hotel is well located for walking. We would happily recommend a holiday at this hotel!

This hotel has the most amazing and friendly staff, led by the Director who is always visible and breakfast and dinner supported by Javier the front desk manager and the restaurant manager (whose name I don’t know) who was always entertaining. The location is brilliant, 15 mins taxi from airport for €20 and you have a pool with sun loungers and the beach is right in front of you. Massive choice of eating and drinking places in whichever direction you head. Buffet at breakfast and dinner had many varieties of food, you are spoilt for choice. The hotel is clean and spotless throughout and staff take mask wearing very seriously.

I really can’t fault the hotel, although I would say it’s suited to more mature travellers. The vast majority of customers are 50-70 in age and the hotel is geared to that market. If you prefer having a younger crowd then this is not the right place for you. The buffet food is quite bland and sometimes a bit hit and miss, but on the whole on par with the average office canteen. Occasionally dishes do wow you.

Excellent breakfat and buffet dinner...Great pool (once you broke the ice off). While I prefer the airport (east) end of Torremolinos as available well ahead of schedule.this hotel is right on the beach with good access to sea, beach and promenade. There was a kettle and coffee/tea in the room but it would have been nice to have real coffee and the milk was powdered.

A beautiful hotel with attentive and efficient staff. I had a single room but it was ample and comfortable. Pool area was attractive and the evening entertainment was good.

A bit more signposting, it wasn't easy to find lifts and toilets when you first arrived. There were a lot of steps up from the pool and no indication that there was a lift. I didn't think the food came up to expectation, I have had better. Coffee in the dining room was horrible. There was a lot of fish and chicken, which is Ok but not every night, it was a bit unimaginative. Ice cream was melting. The hot breakfast was poor, the bacon was brittle and fried bread is eaten with eggs and sausages, it doesn't have cinnamon and sugar on it.

I wanted to book a treatment in the Spa but each time I went in to see about making a booking there was no1 there to assist me as they were in treatment rooms.. nobody to take appointments. I asked at Reception and was told I had to book through the Spa but this was impossible

The staff was amazing, the rooms were cleaned daily in a proper way. The location is very good, close to the sea, bars and utilities.

Lot of food, but not so tasty. We skipped breakfast and some dinners, as was repetitive and become boring. The spa center was “unreachable”, we called several days but no answer or a call back - so no possibility for pampering inside hotel. Our side sea view room was facing a street with extremely noise in the morning ( garbage truck and normal activities), but you do not expect this on your holiday. The sea was behind some trees ( for the 2nd floor room), it does not worth the extra money pay for the sea view.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was our first visit to this hotel and we were very happy with our room which was spacious and well equipped. There was plenty of room to move around in the bathroom and we were pleased to have a large shower area instead of a bath. The position of the hotel was perfect, the garden with its pool was next to the paseo and then came the beach and sea. Everywhere was clean and well appointed and there were plenty of sitting areas both inside and out. The staff were friendly and efficient and already ready to help. There was different entertainment each night which was very enjoyable.

It is really difficult to think of anything we didn’t like.
