Great location, right by the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants around. Nice and clean rooms.

The restaurant was my least favourite part. €14 pp for a mediocre breakfast buffet. The lunch was alright but a bad dish set up which made it messy to eat. The restaurant staff weren’t very accommodating. One of them took the menu and napkins away from our table to put on an empty table and it took ages to get him to take our order. The cocktails were extremely watered down and they forgot to give us coasters and when one of the servers realised he took 2 out of his pocket and threw them on our table.

Great location !! Grounds/vegetation well kept, rooms clean and spacious, great food at breakfast/supper buffet, easy access to the La Carihuela/beach. Beauiful pool and dining terrace and great sports facilites (basketball, soccer and tennis courts). Excellent Kids Club. Enjoyed all the nightly shows/singers. So close to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops. Air con and shower really good, and had a balcony with a sea view from our studio.

The kitchen didn’t have a door, or a blind to cover the window so it was glaring light through early morning which caused lack of sleep. The pool is really packed and noisy, alongside neighbouring “entertainment” (questionable) as well as kids activities it wasn’t really a nice environment as a couple who wanted to relax.

Location was excellent and receptionist staff very friendly

We were only told a couple of days before arrival that there would be no supermarket facilities and that the bar/restaurant would be closed.

We were staying in a room with a balcony that overlooked the sea and marina, with great views. 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen facilities, fridge, freezer, microwave. Ikea furniture and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge. Buffet breakfast was great with lots of options, English breakfast, continental, croissants, fresh cooked omelettes, pancakes and coffee on tap with bean to cup machines.

Only things I can think of that could be improved are; kitchen as it was a little dated, the bathroom grout / sealant could do with being redone or deep cleaned as some parts were discoloured, music early eve was quite loud at times if you have young children.

Great location, so close to the beach and wonderful restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. The onsite shop is really useful and not too expensive, although there is also a lidl not too far away if you needed more supplies.

We had a bit of trouble checking in as our first room didn't have two beds and the second room was allocated to someone else already. This time lucky! We also found quite a few of the reusable cups weren't clean and kept having to point this out. Rooms could do with some updating as the cupboards were hanging low and the bathroom seemed a bit water damaged.

We had the most amazing family trip this summer. It completely exceeded our expectations! We are a family of 6 with kids ages 1-9 and everyone including the adults had so much fun! The apartment was very spacious, with friendly staff coming to clean daily and help however they can. The kitchen has useful appliances and basics to cook what you need. It was all very clean. My kids slept in the sofa bed and the t was very comfortable. The pool is massive and there are non stop activities happening for adults and kids. The staff are FANTASTIC! they are naturally great with kids and enjoy having fun with them both in the kids club and pool and night activities. Pool games ranged from water polo, to dancing, to bingo, competitions! My kids loved also going in their own inside the kids club for various acitivies painting making instruments baking, they do it all! The night entertainment was top class ranging from professional flamenco dancing, fire holding, magic shows, cinema night, pj party for kids, bouncy castles, discos. The kids have fun while the adults enjoy a wonderful show. We are booking again next year nowhere better than this place!!!

The staff were friendly and very welcoming. We were able to store our luggage ahead of check in and after we checked out so that we could enjoy the amenities and local area. The hotel had a large number of sun beds available each day so we always found somewhere to sit. The pool was absolutely delightful! The entertainment team worked tirelessly to provide a variety of events like Flamenco performances, magic shows, waterpolo in the pool, poolside dancing and acrobats as well as inflatable bouncy castles for the children on different days. Their schedule was readily available and as a guest, you were kept well informed. Our "studio apartment" was perfect and more spacious than I ever imagined. The kitchenette was neat and clean and the fridge was a good size. The supermarket onsite was a great amenity for all kinds of items- bread, cold meat, butter, snacks, water, toiletries and alcohol. Their prices were quite competitive with the other local supermarkets. The location was unbeatable for a walk towards Torremolinos and a short stroll towards Benalmádena!

A check in time of 5pm is less than ideal but it's understandable with the size of the hotel and the intricacies to cleaning the kitchenettes. You need to purchase washing up liquid and sponges for cleaning dishes in your apartment.

The hotel is very close to the sea. We lived on the 10th floor and saw the sunrise every morning. Many thanks to the staff who decorated the room for mum's birthday. They brought food and wrote a greeting in our language on a card. There were evening programs (often singing). The room is simple but clean with a small kitchenette. Friendly staff. It was convenient to be able to rent a car at the hotel. It also has a free storage room.

The room needs repair. Very thin walls, you can hear everything. You can hear what people are talking about in the other room, you can even hear the alarm clock ringing. The cobblestone was not covered, I had to call twice to bring it. Hard, long pillows were not very comfortable. There was no large mirror in the room which was needed. Food 10/7. Food was often not warm. All hotel guests were pensioners. There were no young people at all.
