The location of this hotel couldn't have been better. I honestly think that it is the most attractive frontline hotel, & we travelled the whole length of the Benidorm promenade (5.6 miles) on our motorised buggies so we saw all of them! The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection! One of our friends accidently broke a glass which was immediatley cleaned up . Their main concern was that he had not cut himself! The beds were super comfy, & the room was spotlessly clean! Thanks to the cleaners on their high standards! Beautiful swimming pool, & jacuzzii overlooking the beach, with plenty of sunbeds for those warm lazy days! All of the staff were very professional, pleasant & friendly. They went the extra mile to help in any way they could. Thank you so much to all the staff at Simbel Hotel.

I have tried hard to write something negative about our stay at The Simbel, but really I can't. The most minor of things, was that we we needed more milk in our bedroom & perhaps some extra tea/coffee. Well that's all!

The location of the property was first class. we paid to have a sea view room, and it was so worth it. The rooms were fantastic, with very comfortable beds, and I’m sure that the bathroom must’ve been designed by a woman, as the plugs, hairdryer, mirrors etc, we’re all in the right place, and the powerful shower was superb. Breakfast was exceptional, and the staff were very welcoming, polite and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There was nothing that I didn’t like about this fabulous hotel

The location was excellent, having parking was very helpful. The pool area was lovely and the pool towels were a plus. The breakfast was very good. We had a sea view deluxe room and the room and the view were fabulous.

There was a large group of hen guests who created a lot of noise and unfortunately upset a few of the other guests. The hotel team did however deal with the matter promptly and kept a close eye on things.

The location of hotel was great for us, the perfect spot for a base. We really enjoyed the pool area and had a lovely time with our friends. The highlight of our stay was the excellent breakfast selection, there was anything you could want on offer.

Some basic things would have made our stay more enjoyable. Our room tea/coffee/milk was only restocked once during our 4 night stay. When we came back to the hotel on the Sunday afternoon we found that the pool towel service was not available so we either had to lie on sunbeds without a towel or use our bath towels from the room. There was no moisturiser or hair conditioner in the room and these would have been good additions.

Absolutely spotless, perfect location, lovely deep pool. Really nice food and helpful staff. Swim up rooms are amazing.

That peoples towels were placed on limited sun-loungers and left all day. There should be a limit to how long a towel is allowed to be left on an unoccupied lounger.

Superb location right on sea front close to all shops, restaurants, and bars. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, and we had a front sea view room which was well worth the small extra cost. The buffet dinner was very good with lots of choice and breakfast was just as good. We used the hotels private car park which whilst a bit on the expensive side was easily accessible and extremely secure. We will certainly stay at this hotel again.

The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach and only a short walk to the old town or the new town. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of good quality food. Our room was perfect, we had a room at the front of the hotel with full sea view. We felt that the hotel was well worth the price we paid.

The hotel is beautiful. The location is fantastic. The view from the hotel is incredible and can't be beaten. The swimming pool is very nice. The location is perfect. The evening entertainment is absolutely brilliant for couples and adults.

No vegan options for dinner. The staff's English could be a little bit better. Most of the hotel staff are excellent but 1 or 2 could be a bit friendlier. No evening entertainment for children.

The location is brilliant- right on the beach within easy walking distance of the old town and bars and restaurants. The breakfast buffet had everything you could want, and more. As a group we booked 5 rooms and everyone was more than happy. Ours was very spacious with a seating area and sea views. Next time we will book a first floor one with its own pool.

Can’t think of anything we were disappointed with.

Lovely location and beautiful hotel. Definitely worth paying extra for a seafront room with balcony. Friendly staff and superb selection at breakfast
