Great location, easy walking distance to a lot of popular attractions and good restaurants. Also very close to multiple bus stops which was very convenient. Rooms were pretty quiet, couldn't hear street noise just some occasional noise from neighbors. AC worked well and appreciated the ability to adjust in room temp. Rooms were older but quite clean and the breakfast was tasty. Definitely recommend upgrading to the slightly bigger room with the sitting area otherwise small rooms for two travels.

The elevator wouldn't be great for folks with lots of luggage or with mobility aid...also took a long time. The rooftop terrace has great views but the furniture and deck were very old and a bit sketchy. Bathroom was a bit old and could use some upgrades.

Location! Location! Location! Every major attractions are within walking distance. From 6-15 minutes of walking, this includes the must try restaurants in Madrid. I highly recommend this place. Although not everything is perfect, we are completely satisfied. The hotel is clean, safe, and secured. We stayed at the 4th floor. We had three beds. My son is who 11 years old had his own bed. My wife and I have our own beds as well. The water pressure is good. Has cold and hot water. The room size is decent, enough room for the three of us and our luggages. The elevator works well. The hotel has parking of its own and at this time 30 euros per day. There are a couple of parking garages near by (walking distance), but not sure how much. The breakfast was decent, good choices. Easy for us to just come down, have breakfast, and go back to the room and prepare for the day’s activities. Service was great. The front staff were helpful, courteous, and professional. We were able to store our luggages since we arrived early and check-in time was not until 2 pm. We were able to do some sight seeing as soon as we arrived since our luggages were stored securely and everything were within walking distance as mentioned. Again, the front desk were very helpful and provided tour guidance.

Cons: 1. Bathroom does not have any locks (it did not bother us), but for people sharing rooms might. 2. The a/c or air conditioning is not as powerful. It takes a long time for the room to feel cool or colder. 3. The walls are thin, you could here people when they walk by outside your room. But it was not that much or bothered us that much.

Location in the historic center of Madrid, close to the Sol square and metro, friendly staff, large bathroom with good water pressure and drainage at bathtub and additional shower, comfortable bed and pillows, fair internet connection, tasty breakfast options including fresh orange juice.

Junior Suite has NO BALCONY as advertised on Booking.com. Outdated building on traveling halls. Pricy 3 stars hotel due to central location, ratio price vs quality should be improved in favor of guests. Note that stay on Fridays and Saturdays the price is more than 50% higher than on week days, except for Sundays stay that is cheaper.

Beautiful and spacious room, with a nice bathroom. Everything in the hotel was clean. The breakfast was nice, everything you need. Nice staff. We were able to leave our suitcases behind after checking out, before picking them up a couple of hours later. The location of the hotel is really central but not too busy. Walking distance of 10 minutes to most of the sight seeing points of Madrid.

The hotel is located next to a theater, sometimes we could hear the noise but our room was one of the further ones, so nearer to the theater. After 22/23:00 the shows ended so the nuisance was minimal.

Great Central location, nice modern clean room. We stayed in the superior twin room. The bathroom was modern and spacious, the wardrobes had plenty of storage space to hang clothes and store your suitcase. The aircon worked very well as we stayed during a very hot season. This is a very nice hotel. We cannot comment on the breakfast as we did not avail of it. During check out the staff were very helpful and allowed us to store our bags for a few hours after check out.

There was no iron or steamer in the room.

Very close to attractions about 15mins from top tourist locations. Restaurants are very close. the bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Maids and restaurant staff were really nice. Breakfast buffet is €10pp and has all the basics for a continental-european breakfast, it caters for food intolerances too.

Walls are very thin I could hear an alarm or phone call from the room next to me. If I book again will have to take ear plugs. . The room was too hot so we had to open the windows which contributed to more noise. No kettle in the room so I had to wait till breakfast opens for a coffee. There is no magnifying mirror in bathroom.

The hotel is right at the heart of the city hence really good , The rooms are very clean and cleaned everyday and staff are very helpful .The rooms do not have tea / coffee arrangements but that's not a problem , very comfortable rooms and fantastic location for the price and very safe . You can pretty much walk everywhere in the city and can take a cab to the nearest station which is not expensive at all. The hotel staff were very helpful;

Friendly and helpful staff. The solarium is a beautiful area to spend some time in the sun. The on-site parking is €30 a day but still much cheaper than the nearby parking buildings and saves you having to walk around with your luggage. Good location near to shops, attractions etc. A/C in the room was great.

Someone opened our room door after we checked in and were trying to have a quick nap so make sure you lock your doors from the inside.

This hotel is in a great location. You are near many major sites and there are tons of options for food. It is a very active place but the hotel is quiet. The front desk was very helpful when we had questions.

The rooms are on the small side but comfortable. Their breakfast was lacking and with very little variety. This was the first place in a long time that we stayed that had a coffee pot but overall you are paying for the location.
