Great location-just outside the tourist area but only 20 mins walk to the old town and 10 mins walk to the train station . The hotel is on a traffic restricted pedestrian street populated by bars and restaurants--so great choice every evening-having a drink and people watching. The room was very modern and clean with effective double glazing and-essentially air conditioning!-and easy to use. The fridge was also a welcome facility! Breakfast was plentiful with the usual fruits, hams and cheeses but also with the opportunity to experience some local specialities along with the availability of 'English breakfast' or eggs as you like them----just found we ate less and less as the week went on. Finally a mention specifically to the 2 ladies usually on reception--Alexandra and Petra--so pleasant and helpful -providing advice on places to eat/visit and booking restaurants for us. Couldn't have been better!!

Very little to dislike although the hotel shuttle service from the airport (55 Euros) was a little expensive--better to just book a local taxi at half the price.

A fantastic place . modern very clean everything you need hotel . what they also have is an adjoining resturant that is called +natural. selling an abundance of healthy food and out of this world salads. great if your all tapased out. the street it's on is quant with busy bars . we had a front veiw balcony with no noise from people below. aircon heating and sensor lighting system in the room were great . breakfast was plenty , smoked salmon and the rest of a full continental. plus order hot options . staff were helpful and friendly . take their advise if you like cocktails and go to ABACA. the indoor market is 6 min walk same as the bus stops ( we got the A1 from airport stopped end of our road 2 min walk to hotel . old train same . I will 100% recommend this hotel to my children and friends .

The room was very nice, we got one with a balcony, and even though the pedestrian street below was very lively, our room was very quiet at night. The bed was super comfortable. Great breakfast, and the staff very nice and helpful. The location is excellent, there are many restaurants nearby and you can walk to the historic part of the city in 10-15 minutes.

The only thing I can think that could be better is that the shower door let the water out, so the bathroom floor was wet after a shower. I don't know if it was a design problem or if it's missing a shower curb. Beside that, the shower itself was very good.

Very friendly staff! Super helpful, cheerful and wonderful women at the reception. Beautiful design of the hotel and very comfortable beds. It was my mom's birthday and I could order flowers in the room in advance, so the stunning bouquet waited for us and wowed my mom when we arrived (also discrete paying possible). The hotel has an underground parking garage, a rooftop pool, an elevator and many facilities more. Location is also good.

If I had to pick something it would be the noise in the evening. The hotel is right at a pedestrian street with many bars and people sit and talk there until midnight relatively loudly. It could be worse though.

Really enjoyed our stay. On arrival the receptionist was really lovely- smiley and helpful. Very clean hotel. Bed very comfortable, shower excellent, nice toiletries. Coffee machine in room. Breakfast excellent-help yourself buffet and any type of eggs cooked to order. Proper coffee made fresh from machine. Loved the roof terrace for catching the late afternoon sun. Lots of restaurants in the pedestrian street the hotel fronts onto. Bus to airport a five minute walk and five euros each way.

The only downside was the room was a bit hot and we couldn’t get the air conditioning to work but we just opened the terrace door. About a 15-20 min walk to sea front / marina/ cathedral.

The location of this hotel is amazing, very close to the airport bus stop and also walking distance from all the sightseeing locations. Breakfast was really nice, lots of options and also some a la carte dishes. The fact that we could eat breakfast outside was really lovely. The pool was great, even though it's a small one it was perfect to have a morning dip or afternoon cooldown. We enjoyed very much the room, very clean, it had all we needed, the bathroom was also very spacious and clean. We also rented bikes from them which were pretty good and it was a nice way to explore Palma. Everybody at the front desk was extremely lovely and very helpful with any question we had.

We didn't really had were to dry our towels and swimming suits, we tried on the balcony and it kind of worked.

The facilities were clean and modern, the bed was incredibly comfortable and wide, which was needed as I was sharing with a friend. They provided separate duvets which is always a winner! The staff were very nice. The location was very handy for lots of bus lines and close to the bus and train station that takes you across the island. It's a nice walk to the old town and port, about 15-20 mins. Lots of great cafes and supermarkets nearby. Fantastic air conditioning as well. The hotel sits on a pedestrianized strip of shops, bars and restaurants which have a great vibe. Housekeeping always left the room immaculate.

On one day we were able to have a bucket of ice sent to our room to chill drinks as we cooled down after a long day in the sun. On the second day they said buckets of ice were only for guests who bought drinks from the bar. Not a huge issue, but inconsistent. Air conditioner was a little bit tricky to operate.

The hotel was super nice and clean, the pool area on the roof was great! Sometimes had it completely to myself and was perfect to escape the heat, and was always really clean. All the staff were lovely and very helpful, the room was very clean and to a high spec and got cleaned every day, was also great to have toiletries in the room. The hotel is also on a pedestrian street so no noise from traffic and really easy transport links and if you don’t want to walk all the way into town (however only about 15min) there’s some great little restaurants on the street & surrounding area.

Lovely hotel in a great location,surrounded by loads of local bars with good local prices. All of the reception staff were really friendly and always had a smile to great you,there was a minor issue with our room but it was quickly rectified,will definitely return.

Fantastic stay. Excellent hotel. The staff was amazing and friendly. Our room was comfortable, good bedding, all clean and proper. The breakfast was nice with also a choice of cooked breakfasts. Staff super friendly. There is a garage if you hire a car, there car needs to take an elevator.

The restaurant and breakfast room which belong to the hot l are open to the public. The toilets in the restaurant are disgusting.
