Very good location, you can get everywhere on foot. Close to the city centre and to bus station (important if you’re going to visit other cities using public transport). Breakfast are basic, but good. Just roll, ham, cheese, some yogurt. No vegetables at all, but lots of sweet buns. If you like sweet breakfast, you’ll be happy.

The only minus was lack of electric kettle in the room. So if you need some hot water for instant soup or tea - you need to buy it in the bar. It was quite inconvenient.

Close to center of Palma, close to supermarket, close to Cooltra rental scouters.

They did not have a fridge in the room.

Nice hotel in good location! Also the restaurant was good. Rooms were fresh and air conditioning worked well. We got great local tips for restaurants and tapas bars from the reception. Playroom for kids was good too!

The parking lot we reserved was like 3 blocks away from hotel, so not that convenient when travelling with kids :/ the checking in took ages for some reason and the waiting time was quite uncomfortable.

For a 2 star hotel, it was excellent. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, very good breakfast. It has a small but decent gymnasium, though not used by us. Also an astroturfed outside area with sun loungers and umbrellas, which we used once. Restaurant and bar immediately next door had a limited menu and a very reasonably priced menu of the day. Took about 10 minutes to walk to the Placa Espanya and bus/train station.

Pillows were a bit uncomfortable, but that is subjective, might be fine for other guests. Not many restaurants in immediate area, which is mainly residential, so quiet.

This is a Good Hotel. The Staff were very helpful, pleasant and friendly. The Hotel was clean and also had a Gym. I loved my room. It had a Sun Terrace complete with Lounger. The room was modern decor with TV. The Hotel was 10 to 15 .minutes walk away from the main Train and Bus Station and close to Shops, Bars and Restaurants.and mini Supermarket's. I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely come back again. Also, the Restaurant was open for Breakfast, Lunch Dinner, or a Snack, during the day or evening..

Breakfast: The breakfast selection was comprehensive, featuring delicious baked goods, fresh yogurts, juices, and a variety of vegetables. It catered well to all tastes and dietary needs. Location: The hotel's location is highly convenient, with easy access to the metro, frequent bus services, and proximity to the city center and beach, all within walking distance. Staff: The Staff were exceptionally welcoming and responsive. We had an early checkout, and the reception promptly arranged a taxi for us, ensuring we managed all our timings perfectly.

As I had requested, I was given a quiet single room on the top floor at the back -- which was well equipped & had a balcony. Since the immediate area of the hotel is not strong on restaurants, the provision at the hotel is useful. The bar/restaurant is open long hours, every day, serving decent simple food at reasonable prices; & it has a friendly atmosphere,being used also by local residents. The staff there, & at the hotel reception are helpful. The bus/train station is an easy 15 minutes' walk away.

Though the hotel is usefully situated if one wishes to see the centre of Palma, but avoid sleeping in the high-pressure tourist zone, it has to be said that the neighbourhood, while perfectly safe, is not particularly attractive or interesting.

The room were clean and furniture were functional. The team at the counter was friendly and supportive. The breakfast was typical for a City Hotel with sliced cheese, salami, marmelade and toast plus yogurt from supermarket. Coffee was OK and the highlight of the breakfast was tasty Ensiamada. Wifi was good enough to use it for TV streaming with a tablet.

Typical like for most of the City Hotels are the thin walls, which could be noisy if you have noisy neighbors. ;-) The TV has only local TV stations. Either you speak spanish or you have to use wifi to stream your prefered TV station with your mobile..

spacious room, no carpets so less dusty than usual room in spain, overall quality vs price it was a positive surprise, comparing to other hotel that iI visited in Spain. There is restaurant next to it open to reasonably late time that is great for late arrival and meal, is it reasonably close to bus stop and city center/ bus station. Felt safe in neighbourhood also close to shops and parks, overal very recommended!

the wall are thin and lot of noises travel between rooms, slow elevator so usually just use stairs, limited breakfast offer (but other than this reasonably good food)

The staff at the reception are the kindest and polite people I have ever met. Always at hand to help in every way. The cleanliness of the rooms and bedding were first class. Spotless that is the right word. I will make some more bookings with this hotel and please thank them on my behalf.

Leaving the room at 9am is a little bit unfair. 10 o'clock would be fair enough
