The hotel is 7 minutes walk from Placa d'Espanya and public transport, and there is a well-priced underground car park at Placa Santa Pagesa nearby where I left my car overnight for just 5 Euro. The hotel is very well located and staff were friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning was great, and the rooms were spacious and clean. There was even a small fridge, which we found useful.

It was a bit difficult to pull up outside the hotel to drop bags off. I parked briefly on a pedestrian area until I got directions to the best parking place and could drive away whilst my partner took our bags to our room. The bathroom layout was poor with insufficient room between the toilet and the shower/bath. We coped, but it was annoying. The bathroom would need to be redesigned and refitted to solve this. The shower fittings slid down the rail, so I looped the hose over the top of the rail to keep the shower head in place. A bit of maintenance would resolve this.

This is a lovely hotel offering great value for money. The rooms are clean, moderately spacious, and well-maintained, each featuring a small refrigerator for added convenience. The reception staff are exceptionally friendly, and since the reception appears to be open all night, a spontaneous check-in after 1 AM was handled effortlessly. Additionally, the hotel provides a secure luggage storage facility. The location is excellent, with easy access to the airport via the A1 line, which takes just 30 minutes. The main bus station is only a 8-minute walk away. The beach is also within reach, with a pleasant 30-minute walk through the city center, passing by the iconic cathedral. I will gladly stay in this hotel next time.

These are absolutely the only things I’d change. I did like everything else about this stay! 1.- Tiny trash bin in the bathroom and room 2.- As soon as the faucets of the bidet were opened, water started leaking from under it at the same rate it was being poured from the faucets, and flooding the bathroom. I liked how the lady in charge of keeping our room came really fast, she was very quick and energetic, and made the water disappear 3.- Mattress sunk in the center 4.- I guess humidity is high in Palma de Mallorca because it’s an island, the corridors in my floor had the windows partially open, and it was warm in the corridors… I think there’s no air conditioning in the corridors

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights. We were travelling as a family with toddler and we got very spacy room (actually it was one bigger room with double bed and the other smaller one with single bed), which was perfect for us. The hotel has everything you need for your short stay in Palma. As a biggest plus I see is the hotel is very close (5min) to the Central station where you can hop on many buses, trains and even subway. You can walk from the hotel to the centre of Palma (10min).

The only minus was the traffic noise from the outside, if you are also travelling with your children, maybe, you would mind.

The location is easy and convenient to find, the train station and the center are nearby. The room is comfortable and clean, the bathroom is spacious. Enough windows for fresh air in both rooms. We would choose to stay again.

The last few evenings and nights it was extremely noisy in the neighboring rooms. The room right next to us was shaking every 10-15 minutes. I got the impression that they were not guests but some activity was going on. Carrying luggage or repairs...

It was further away from the Plaza Mayor than I thought, I am 80 years old and it took me almost 30 minutes to walk to the Plaza Mayor which was very uncomfortable for me because I had to walk back again. I also thought I could get a bus into the centre, but alas, no bus stops nearby so I ended up using taxis that worked out expensive . No Grab either that I could find.

I got an upgrade to another room because I arrived one day later because of an airline strike. Very nice and very clean room (with a little fridge) and a beautiful terrace where you can sit outside and relax. Very clean bathroom and a small second room with a sofa. You can buy breakfast in the reception area at the ground floor or go to a cafe or restaurant just some meters from the hotel. The hotel is centrally located, about 10 minutes on foot from the bus-train station. Very helpful staff, especially the very kind lady at the reception.

Quite good location but it takes more for a good stay. First I was given a room different than the one booked, which above all was smelling like a cigarette. When asking to be provided the right one first the lady said I should pay a bit more then I of course received the booked room. Which could have been quite ok if it was heated. But heating was not working. Luckily somebody invented the air conditioner with heating.

Helpful personel giving advice on e.g. what beach to go to, etc. Breakfast was not included which was fine because it was very nice taking breakfast on the balcony of the room (it was great weather). There's a pedestrian street just a block west of the hotel - not touristic. Café a Tres Bandas some 15 min by foot from the hotel is a genuine pub with cultural events - we saw a very good concert with Sandra Bautista. and tried the local beer Rosa Blanca (hoppy lager), tasty!

Wonderful hotel in a very good location. Lots of restaurants, bars and eateries nearby. There is a supermarket right down the building and also a very good restaurant called Bar Mavi directly opposite to the hotel. The rooms are very big and the bathroom is awesome too. The actual place is much better than the places uploaded on the booking.com website. Staff are friendly and helpful too. Overall a very nice stay .
