Big room with the view to the marina. Very friendly staff. Pretty good breakfasts. Location a bit off the historic center of Palma but walking distance to Santa Catalina and the cathedral with fair choice of restaurants and bars nearby. Nice albeit quite small roof pool.

It’s a pity the room didn’t really have a proper balcony where you could sit looking to the sea. You cannot make yourself a coffee at the breakfast and you need to ask a waiter to make one for you from the machine.

We were so impressed with our hotel. The room was really spacious with comfortable beds and pillows, and also an added bonus of having 2 bathrooms which we weren’t expecting. The rooftop was a real treat with a beautiful pool, ample seating & a bar with friendly staff. The spa consisted of a small pool with 3 different water jets, a sauna, jacuzzi and steam room with a couple of different showers & a cold water bucket. We used it both days of our stay & felt very relaxed afterwards. All in all a really good stay. Really friendly and helpful staff, a short walk from the old town, great facilities & a beautiful view. Great view from the rooftop pool/bar of the marina and into the city (can see the cathedral), room was a great size and we had a balcony with sun loungers on the same floor as the rooftop pool. Staff were friendly and helpful with booking a taxi to the airport/giving bus info. The spa was nice and clean, and the hotel in general was very open, light and clean. Would definitely stay again.

We did have the housekeeping lady open our door on the last morning even though we had the do not disturb sign on, however I think she may have thought we’d checked out already perhaps. If you are a light sleeper then bring ear plugs as I could hear a lot of thrashing about in the room next door/noise on the balconies however it wasn’t that annoying to me without earplugs.

Positives- The Hotel is situated straight across the road from the Marina. It was a short stroll approx 15 mins to the centre of the Old town and cathedral. Lovely flat pavements to walk, jog or cycle. Negatives - The road and parts of the pavements are under major re-construction at the moment. Spoke to a local bar manager who stated that many business are currently struggling due to the ongoing work. They have been promised that the completion date of the work is June 2024? Workmen need to speed up considering we are one week away from May. Due to this work, construction workers start up their engines and drills from about 6am onwards which is not ideal if you want a relaxing lie in bed. When completed this part of the city will hopefully be bustling with locals and tourists.

Breakfast was excellent, huge choice of hot food, eggs cooked to order, lovely fresh bread daily. Fresh fruit, yogurt and great continental selection, smoked salmon each day plus cheeses and cold meats. Don’t know how anyone could complain.

No facilities for making tea on room. However we asked for kettle, cups and milk and it was no problem. Fridge in room. Downstairs bar/restaurant air con too cold. Pool area small for size of hotel, good pool bar.

The Pool at the 8th floow is very good. High enough to not be bothered by the traffic and civil works, nice sun, good drinks, good view.

We were asking about a good restaurant to go to to celebrate my wife's birthday. We were advised by Reception regarding a vey nice Restaurant as he said. Unfortunately it was sub standard and didn't live up at all to what we was told. No Tapas, No Music, just a standard low class restaurant.

Great location, super close to the centre and the Santa Catalina neighbourhood, onsite spa which you can use at no extra cost, large clean rooms with comfy beds and great shower facilities!

Some parts of the hotel were in need of a little updating, for example one evening we returned to find the windows in the hallway outside our room had blown open and when trying to close we discovered the locks were a little stiff. Once we managed to close them again though they did stay closed.

Location was beautiful. Breakfast overlooking the harbour was special. Short walk to Palma. Lots of places to eat locally. Nice touch of bottles of water in the room. Lovely towels and very comfy beds. Very clean hotel. Breakfast was varied with delicious fresh fruits and pastries. Omelettes made to order and freshly baked bread. Helpful and friendly staff. Couldn't fault it

The property location was very good, transport connection with bus was one minute close and lots of restaurants and cafes around, the view was extremely nice.

It was too expensive breakfast 17€ per person for breakfast, we had some times breakfast at the hotel regardless. But staying there for more than a week was impossible because of the very high prices. It could be more affordable according to the buildings.

The room was really spacious - plenty of room for your stuff, even for a longer stay. It was lovely and clean, and we had the option of fresh towels every day which we appreciated. Great comfy beds, powerful shower, bath, and balcony in the room, and then the communal pool area was amazing too. Never struggled for a bed, and was a great addition!! It was also a fairly easy walk / bus route into town which made it nice to explore.

We would have appreciated some beds / lounge chairs around the indoor pool. Also, Public transport was easy to get from the hotel but would maybe be a nice addition to provide some pamphlets / info about these buses - we figured it out, but can imagine if you’re not very tech-savvy you would struggle!!
