Breakfast is very, very good and the meals at the restaurant are affordable and well cooked. The entrecote is supreme and for desert you must try the apple pie and the pudding. Staff is very discreet and very helpful, They master customer service. The spa... aaaaahhhh, the spa!!! The hotel exudes art and is in a premium location to the beach, to the shopping center, and to the city center. All at a 2€ bus drive. I do recommend it vividly.

I booked a inexpensive room, so I got a modest room. Nevertheless, properly suited and clean. The mattress is amazing and the pillows are just perfect. The hotel has luxurious rooms and big rooms, rooms with a view or facing other buildings. Rooms for all wallets, so bear that in mind when choosing your room.

I loved the Art throughout the hotel and the original marble everywhere is beautiful. It's a great location within walking distance of the old city but out of the range of noisy bars. The triple room was a tight fit for 3 adults but had a great view. There's also a nice co-working space with a desk off to the right of the front lobby to get some work done. Wifi was very fast. The restaurant is average. The guests tend to German or British.

The included sauna/indoor pool area is a bit run down and a little hard to use. You have to ask the front desk for a time to use the Sauna but then bunches of people came in during our time slot so I'm not sure what the times are about. You have to give the front desk 20 Euro CASH ONLY to have robes and towels. Then you have to bring the items back for your cash. Make sure they write down the right room number or they might keep your cash (which almost happened to us). The two hot tubs were not heated. The dry sauna was great. The steam sauna had mold. The bucket shower was fun.

The room was lovely and much bigger than expected! Our room had a bedroom, a bathroom and a separate living area. There was also a small balcony which was nice. The bed was comfortable too! The staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on it. The area is nice, with a 20 ish minute walk to Palma city centre and is close to some nice places to eat and drink. I would recommend this hotel!

It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room for the mornings, but not a major issue. Other than that I have nothing negative to say!

Really fun theme with art inspired decor. Great location close to port, shops and the centre. Staff were honestly some of the friendliest I’ve dealt with, they were funny, helpful and extremely nice. Especially the young blonde woman and the taller young man! The staff allowed us to use the hotel spa the day we checked out as we had a late flight, this was free and had an indoor pool, jacuzzi, waterbeds, sauna and Turkish bath. The spa is a must use facility! We also got the breakfast which was lovely with a wide selection of continental items as well as a few hot foods like bacon and eggs. The breakfast also had lots of nice drinks and also gluten free options. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Good quiet location but still walkable to city centre. Parking close by and restaurant on site. Good breakfast spread and good food and staff at the restaurant. We had two room/ two bathrooms which was great for four women.

Would have liked if one of the three spa pool was warmer but at least there were saunas. Gym didn't have any free weights. Coffee in the breakfast room was pretty awful (from machine) but theres a few coffee shops within walking distance. Would have liked to have an electric tea kettle in the room but mini fridge was welcome.

Amazing uniqueness! The bright colors and funky exterior are different from anywhere in the world I’ve stayed. Everywhere you look there is something very cool to check out - something for everyone!

I was on Floor 1 and it was a bit loud, and, thrnjets in the bath didn’t work 🫤. I took baths every night and loved to have the option - but would have loved the jacuzzi jets worked (played padel every day).

We enjoyed our room as it was spacious and with the most comforts. We also had a nice view on the main road with a slight see view. However we enjoyed the SPA facilities the most!

We got a little bit disappointed that the room wasn't equipped with a Kettle to boil water. Considering that it is a 4* hotel it was expected to be there. We also had to leave a deposit to rent towels & flipflop for the SPA which was also not ideal. It was great to have a SPA but we find that it needs a bit of maintenance. The Sauna was rather warm (not even reaching 60 degrees) and the Turkish bath needed some serious renovation. One of the jacuzzi didn't have a functioning pump and the other's one water was a bit too cold. Considering its a 4* hotel, Id expect a better experience. Our stay wasn't cheap either considering we are not in full season and breakfast was not even included. (they charge 13 euro per person for it but I see its common practice in Palma).

The small rooftop pool is pretty nice. The hotel has a good position, easily reached by the bus number 4 which also connects to beaches in the southwest and the airport A1 bus. The personell were nice and helpful. The art displayed in the lower part of the hotel and on the outter walls is nice. There are great restaurants not far from the hotel.

The gym and spa are mediocre. I would also advise you NOT to use the laundry service as it is handled by a dry cleaning company that charges you per item and I think the price is ridiculously high. But the clothing was nicely cleaned so no complaints there.

The hotel, staff, and restaurant were absolutely lovely. The location was great- tons of restaurants within walking distance and down town Palma was only a 20 minute walk, however, we had a rental car so the drive was less than 10 minutes and the parking garages were all convenient and very low cost

My husband and I shared rooms with our children on the 6th floor and anytime we tried to use the room fan, and even when we weren't using the fan, the rooms smelled terrible- like raw sewage and rotten eggs. It was not coming from outside and luckily both rooms had doors to a balcony and windows that we could open to air out the horrible smell. We disnt bring this up to the staff simply because we didn't spend much time in the rooms and the rooms, minus the HORRID smell, were very nice. Also, we reserved times at the pool but the two hot tubs they had were only slightly warmer than the heated pool- we were really looking forward to relaxing in a hot tub, but did not get to enjoy them.

Loved this hotel! The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was amazing, worth the money, so we had it every morning. Loved the spa area which had a pool, sauna, jacuzzi and steam room. It was a lovely way to unwind after a hard day of sightseeing/pottering about. They give you towels and a locker key from reception. The location was quiet but easily walkable to everywhere. There is artwork and sculptures all around the hotel. We even got to meet one of the local artists who was displaying his work in the gallery in the basement. We would definitely stay here again.
