the staff is very friendly, there's breakfast and a kitchen which you can use. you can also store your luggage if you arrive before the check-in. the cleaning lady was cleaning every morning. maybe it was the fact that it was off-season but the rooms and bathrooms were clean, and even though I was in a 16-bed dorm, I didn't feel that it was dirty/smelly/noisy. of course, that's also luck because it depends on the people you're with.

often you'd go to the reception and there would be no one there, even though it was opening times. it's hard to find the people working there if you need them.

Was surprised with the free breakfast provided. I liked the checkin and checkout process. nice urban location, close proximity to places i needed to be.

I did not like the showers - not enough space to hang your clothes etc. The floor in the room was quite dirty, but with the limited number of staff it was not that bad. The provided duvet cover was not a duvet cover, only a bed sheet so the duvet was not contained

the kitchen facilities were so nice, free coffee and breakfast was enough. kitchen facilities were clean also. the certains which gives you special area was super good. if i would go to mallorca again i would love to choose this place again.

the bed was made of leather so everytime you move weird voices. every floor has 2 shower and 2 toilet so it is super less but maybe i was lucky it was always empty.

.....good value for money. air conditioning works around the clock, which is very important for the island of adventure, and the friendly atmosphere in the hostel and the island as a whole. very lovely staff and respectful help with all questions. organization at the highest level, the main thing is not to be shy. the choice is ideal for the proximity of the center and the promenade. you can go to the beach through the Grand Palace....

Location was fantastic and the staff was great! The rooms had good air-conditioning and were quite clean. The breakfast was pretty good for a hostel not just bread and jam. Comfortable and clean common area

The bed's were rather uncomfortable. I could feel my bunk mates movements. The showers need some kind of carpets in there because it was constantly wet. No 24hr reception for those who come on late flights, if you come after midnight chances are you will sleep on the street or in the common area if you're lucky.

I went to Palma to visit a friend who works there over the summer, so I stayed in Urban hostel by myself. The staff was super lovely and helpful! I specifically wanted to stay on this side of the city, so for me the location was absolutely perfect! It's also a nice quiet walk to the city centre and to the docks. I will stay here again on my next visit to Palma😊

Breakfast, delicious free ice cream the whole day, nice staff, the building, smell because home parfum was everywhere)

Showers (dirt and them itself), noise in the night from roommates (but I understand it's a hostel!)

Best location ever. Super clean and perfectly nice service. Freshly renovated and painted rooms. Comfortable bathrooms. Taking shower there was pleasant.

Beds are mediocre, as we can suppose in this kind of place. Shelves with the locks were super easy to break.

Absolutely amazing location, surrounded by a lively hub of bars and restaurants. 10 minute walk to the cathedral and old town where there is more restaurants and bars, plus all the culture to see and explore. Lots of buses stop there too. 30 minutes on bus from airport. Very cheap per night. Free breakfast between 9.30 and 11. Good WiFi. Kitchen has big fridge, microwaves, oven, kettle,plug in hob, coffee machine, washer/dryer and water machine. Lockers in room (but bring your own padlock) Never had to queue for toilets or showers.

Very noisy on first night. Not staffs fault, other travellers being loud. My partners bed was stripped of linen on our second day, staff were confused as were we. Don't know why someone would steal someone else's bed linen.

The room was too small, and no place to put suitecase. No clorkroom to put jacket and other things. You schuld inform to user to bring their own key for box under the bed.
