We returned to this hotel after enjoying a previous visit several years ago. Sergio at the front desk was so helpful at check in! We loved the view from our sea view room. Breakfast was excellent other than the coffee, which was from a self serve machine. We would have preferred barista quality coffee. Otherwise the staff were excellent and the buffet selection was fantastic! Paola was lovely, cooking various eggs to order and whizzing round topping up!

The construction out front to build a tramline did not cause us much inconvenience. It wasn’t great, but it wouldn’t put us off from staying.

The location is amazing! The district Santa Catalina is less than 10 mins by foot where you can find superb restaurants and bars. A walk to the center (towards the Cathedral) is about 15 mins on foot along the beautiful promenade. The room was cleaned and tidied during the day while we were out - highly appreciate that! The staff is friendly and the facilities are great (pool, jacuzzi, terrace, restaurant).

Room and pool cleaning could be done better. It wasn't horrible, but it should be done better :) The room we had was quite small, but alright for our 2-night stay without big luggage. I would not recommend it to someone coming with large luggage.

The room was well sized and had all amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable and choice of pillows was a really nice touch. Bathroom was big with a good shower. Pool area is pleasant and the bar was good too. Walking distance to Palma and close to Santa Catalina neighbourhood which was a really fun area with earthy cafes and great restaurants.

Breakfast is expensive and it didn't seem popular, perhaps another option to get coffee and a pastry in the morning would be good for those guests who do not want a full breakfast but would pay for a coffee and light snack.

Really nice and helpful personel. Our trip was in december, therefore there were not many people staying in the hotel. Tidy, cozy and complete rooms.

After checking in, one part of the window was broken, and wind was coming through. That night there were wind alerts all over the island so it definitely must have made a bigger impact on the broken part as well. We went to the reception, a maintenence guy came over, who didn't speak english. Fortunately I was able to communicate with him in Spanish, but to others it might have been some bad experience. The maintanence guy was really nice and good to talk with and ofcourse professional. After some time, we went to the reception and they upgraded the room for us. This whole situation was clearly not intentional and mother nature have impacted on that as well, but it was handled really well by the hotel's staff.

I arrived in the morning before lunch, staff were very helpfull, early check in was without any problems and extra fee. Hotel and room were clean. Breakfast was tasty, plenty of choice, included local meal. Hotel is close to the sea with a marina (no beach), in a walking distance to the city center and several bus stop. Bus stop to the ariport is in a walking distance too (aprox 10-15 minutes). Room with a sea view was amazing, but be carefull during summer months - the third floor sea view rooms are at the level of the pool and sunbathing terrace - it could disturb during season when someone wants to relax in the room during the day or in the evening. There is shops and restaurant in the neighborhood

Rooms don’t have any sound isolation, out of season it wasn’t a big problem but I can’t imagine it during season when hotel is full of guests. The door to the room could only be locked by slamming it, which was loud and was heard a lot in neighboring rooms. I missed bigger cup for tea during breakfast, only a small cups for coffee were there

Pricing too high; this is a hotel with very basic amenties. It should not be priced at New York, London, or Paris rates which are considered extremely high-cost cities for travel.

Perfect location - being only a 20 minute stroll to the old town and overlooking the marina. The rooms were a good size and very clean. The shower was also nice and powerful. It was reasonably priced too compared to other hotels we considered in the area. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooftop pool was indoors which was a bit of a shame, but the only real issue we had was that my friend is allergic to nuts and we told the waiter this, even asking him to check about the pesto dressing (which often contains pine nuts) on the buffalo and mozerella salad, he reassured us it was nut free, my friend tried a very small amount of the dressing and had a reaction with her lip swelling - unfortunately the waiter was not apologetic at all and the way he dealt with the issue was a shame. The menu generally did not have all allergens marked out so would say to be careful of this.

Close to most of public transportation, friendly staff available to help and give you the advise about places to visit and how, they also help to book the taxis and give you facilities for swimming pool. The hotel locates in front of the main port to see the boats and very nice view to the see.

Exactly the week we stay there is the street and street side reparation which make noise and inconvenient with barriers - Also for the see view room we have much more pay compared to the non-see view, but we can not much utilize it due to the noise and dirty dust from the street side reparation, so we can not stay in the balcony for see view.

Location, helpful staff comfortable room. Good shower.

Leaving

I think this is one of the best hotels in the city. It has everything you need, is very clean, and is staffed by professionals who speak several languages. Our flight was pretty early, so we went to ask maybe we can check in in few hours earlier. And room was ready even before check-in time! The food and restaurant are wonderful. if the view is important to you, you will have your own large terrace from which you can see the temple and the embankment with boats and yachts. Don't hesitate, you can take a great photo there!🌇 There is a bus stop and a supermarket right behind the hotel and in - few elevators, also one big for your luggage, so you don’t have to wait long.
