The location of this hotel suited us perfectly. It overlooks the harbour of Portixol to one side and Palma to the other. It is about a 15 minute walk into Palma central (there are a lot of buses and the hotel were superb at arranging taxis very quickly). The staff are so kind and helpful (bar my comment below) especially Noela and Roberto. The roof top pool and bar are lovely with towels provided. The room was spacious with kettle, shampoo & conditioner (so useful for mini breaks!) and the bathroom was appointed very well. The best thing about the rooms are the thick doors meaning hardly any noise from neighbours (and our floor was busy).

The male lifeguard was so rude and unhelpful. We thought maybe he had just taken against us (my 70+ old mum and I) but he was equally rude to a German family with a little girl! He should not be in this role.

Location close to the beach, the rooftop terrace with a pool, the architecture of the building, the existence of dedicated covered parking, very good breakfast. The stop to take the bus to the center of Palma is right in front of the hotel.

Breakfast is a bit pricey. The pool on the rooftop is more for decorative purposes as it is very small, to the point that having 3 people inside makes it feel crowded.

lovely hotel with very friendly staff. The roof top pool was very nice and everything was very clean. Convenient location with easy access to a lovely beach and nice restaurants. It was about a 15 minute walk to the cathedral. The buses were outside the hotel so very convenient if a bus was required to get into the centre of Palma and costs€2. There is a direct bus from the airport A1 which costs €5 and it is the first stop.

Very friendly staff, nice and clean, spacious rooms ! Amazing beds , nice view and honestly very nice location. 3 mins from the sea side ; 17 - 23 mins walking from the city centre ; nearby restaurants and bars are much appreciated ! Calm & quiet even though you have sometimes some other guests shutting their doors very aggressively :). We had breakfast in a nearby bar was amazing

Great and modern hotel with a good connection to the airport, city centre and the beach. Pool area and spa are very nice, really liked that they use Rituals brand for their toiletries. The staff is friendly.

Hotel doesn’t have its own beach line so you need to rent sunbeds from a beach club.

All good, nice location, close to the beach, airport, city center. Room had everything what you needed, breakfasts very rich. Totally reccomend!

Room is clean and large, the bathroom is also nice. The bathroom is large and bright. you can have the blinds up and shower with natural lighting, this is a touch. Towels are provided for the room and you get an extra card to exchange for beach and pool towels; this was extremely helpful for beach days.

There is water damage to the MDF wood used in the bathroom, for a 4-star hotel as part of a larger chain I'm surprised this type of wood is used at all in the bathroom? It provides a sense of continuity from the MDF used in the main sleeping area of the room however, a water resistant wood would be better. Despite this bit of wood peeling from the wall, the rest of the facilities in the room is clean and good. The amenities provided are Rituals... nice enough.

Spacious, clean, comfy and spacious bed, nice bathroom and nice sitting area. The spa and their services were excellent! Rooftop bar was lovely with a beautiful view! Location was excellent to reach the beach but a little far from town, about a 20-25 minute walk to the Cathedral area and restaurants or needed to take a bus or taxi. Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff.

Closet door was missing a handle and shower door did not close properly so water got the floor quite wet after taking a shower. Extra towels would have been nice. Restaurant had good food but service was on the slow side.

Firstly, the room was incredibly comfortable, and we were fortunate enough to have a stunning sea view from our window. It really added to the overall experience. Now, let's talk about breakfast. The hotel offered an extensive breakfast spread with a wide variety of options. What made it even more special was that they always included something local, which allowed us to taste the flavors of the region. It was a delightful start to our day. Lastly, the location was fantastic. The hotel was just a 5-minute walk from the beachfront, making it incredibly convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand. Additionally, it was right next to a bus stop, which made exploring the area very easy. And if you're flying in or out, the hotel was only a 15-minute taxi ride from the airport. Overall, the location couldn't have been better for us.

Well, if I were to mention something I didn't like about our stay, it would be the housekeeping. While the room was generally clean, it seemed that the sheets were not changed during our five-day stay. I might not have noticed it under normal circumstances, but since I was frequently at the beach and inevitably brought sand into the room, it became quite noticeable. So, that would be the only aspect of our stay that was a bit disappointing
