We returned last week from 2 Nights and the hotel was a real gem. The staff were fantastic, hotel was spotless and in a great location. The rooftop area and plunge pool were fantastic, especially during the hot days. The food was amazing too. We had breakfast there both mornings which I'd give 11/10. Great pastries, fruit, tea, coffee, fruit juice as well as Pan con tomate, Grenola with Yogurt and choice of eggs (omelette or scrambled). This was all in the stylish setting and lovely decor of the restaurant. We also had dinner which was a culinary delight in the courtyard. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely return again

The only small negative we had was the room beside us seemed to be checking out about 4am and we could hear every movement through the thin walls. The cleaners then went in prior to 8am and rather than lifting furniture decided to drag it around the room. Extremely annoying but we heard nothing on the second night so this didn't have too much of a negative impact on our stay.

Amazing breakfast, and good service from staff. Rooms clean and spacious with everything you need. I didn't manage to check out the rooftop view and pool but loved that it was offered. Gym was maybe a bit small, but ok for all purposes (and open later).

Please mind that breakfast is from 07:30h only (not earlier), which is in line with Spanish times - everything is open/available until late. I also missed something of a desk in my room to work from, but the courtyard of the café was a fine alternative. Staff adivsed me on using buses (i.e. pay cash) but didn't mention the maximum bill accepted was €10, which I unfortunately only found out when the driver then didn't allow me to enter... (also note, there are significant ATM fees even for European cards - but this is true for Spain in general apparently)

Staff was very friendly and kind to accommodated all of our requests. The room was super spacious, comfortable and very well cleaned daily. The breakfast was delicious, super fresh since it's prepared upon request and the restaurant staff is also very friendly.

The air conditioner controllers are not optimal. Since we were there during the summer, it would take a while for the room to be in a comfortable temperature every time we left and came back. But, after a cool temperature was reached, everything was fine and we could sleep well and comfortably.

The hotel location is great. Walking distance to city center. Hotel personell was very friendly. Breakfast was very good with several options to choose from. We also received variety of restaurants to go to from hotel staff. We tried 5 restaurants on the list and all were walking distance from hotel with great food. We really enjoyed our stay at Nou Baleares. At next visit to Malorka we will go for the same hotel.

Our room was a bit small however there is nothing that can be changed in near future.

Easy to find and warmest of welcome with a glass of Cava ! Absolutely lovely staff , both at check in and restaurant - although we arrived late at 10.15 pm and cafe was closed, the accommodate us for a quick bite . We didn’t have breakfast but food looked yum and it was busy . CThe night manager was very supportive when we reported that someone had crashed into our parked rental car through the night🫣 Gym facilities looked great but didn’t get a chance to try out . Coffee was amazing in the cafe

The flooring of the room felt gritty to bare feet :(

Incredible place to stay! all the stuff from reception up to kitchen & waiters extremely helpful - we’ve came to check in at 8.30am due to early flight & receptionist made sure to have the room ready for us in matter of minutes! the next day she also helped us with renting the car and it was available within 1h in the door of the hotel! Beds very comfortable, the room was spacious. location within minutes walking from the centre of Palma & just near the bus stop to get to farer parts by bus. Breakfast fulling & good quality. Will recommend to everyone booking this hotel!

Super clean and updated. Breakfast was great. Staff was great. Manuel was extremely helpful and kind to me during my stay. The location is very central to Palma. About a mile walk to everything touristy

The area behind the hotel was a little “lively.” There were men sitting on the sidewalk outside and when I would walk back to the hotel, I was sometimes a bit nervous as a solo traveler. That being said, hotel felt secure and the area in front of the hotel felt very safe. Central location.

The building and the location were perfect. It is the kind of place you look for when you are on holiday. The bathrooms and beds were in very good condition and overall this hotel is very good value. The restaurant had very good quality food and drinks. Definitely recommended in Palma.

There was nothing necessarily wrong with this stay. I would definitely recommend going in winter to Palma as it is quieter and you can relax and still enjoy the sunshine and cold baths. Nou Baleares has it all, so stop searching and book for this hotel.

Hotel was very clean and beds comfortable. Everything was beautiful. Staff of the hotel was very kind. Location of the hotel is excellent. Bus station is very close, so you would probably walk like for 5 minutes. Just take bus A1 from airport. If you're coming with a car, don't worry. The hotel has its own private parking, 15€ per day.

Beautifully designed hotel with absolutely lovely staff who were extremely attentive and helpful, and just generally a joy to chat to. My room was very comfortable. For me, the location was perfect as it’s a short walk into the city without being in the most touristy area. As it’s so close to the station it was very easy to go on day trips to other parts of Mallorca.
