The cleanliness And beautiful smell in every part of the hotel, The location was really close to the main shopping streets of Palma, And the restaurants and cafes close by were plentiful. Our favourite was to turn right out the back of the hotel (Trees and park) side Follow the street to the end Turn left and a few steps on your left is a fabulous cake and coffee shop. You walk on a glass floor and see the bakers kitchen below. Fantastic to see. Order what you want and it's taken upstairs for you to a lovely seating area.

The apartments are in a very sensitively renovated historic building in the city centre. In the interior, reception and rooms you will find many beautiful details that refer to the fact that the building was once a tailor's shop. The furnishings are new, modern and absolutely spotlessly clean. We had a room on the ground floor,which had an exit facing a small square. You could see the hustle and bustle of the city through it. Communication with the staff was great, easy, they gave us allx instructions in advance how to get to the hotel, to the keys, where to park. They allowed us to leave our car in the parking spot the day after we checked in, which was super helpful. I would definitely want to come back here the next time we visit Palma. We had one of the rooms with a balcony. The room is very large and has everything you need and has a contemporary feel, the building has been renovated to a high standard and has not its history. Good quality towels and bedding were provided. The bed was large and really comfy. The room was cleaned regularly, and clean towels and bedding, toilet rolls, coffee pods, and water were replenished. If you needed anything, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is situated on the edge of the old town, and our room overlooked a plasa that had restaurants with high trip advisor ratings, so it was great to just pop downstairs. It is also located close to all the main shopping areas and sites of Palma, with a good supermarket 2 doors down.

Nothing really, it is a city location so there are some homeless people about but the building had coded access on all doors and we felt very safe. The building next door is being renovated, but there wasn't really any noise while we were there.

This place is very special and unique. It is a nice spacious apartment which is located in the mini hotel. The hotel has a very stylish interior. It is very clean and cozy there. Apartment is perfect - totally the same as on the photos but the atmosphere is even better!!! There was delicious coffee and pleasant compliment from the hotel in our apartment. People at reception are professional and treated us the best way! This place is a top on my list! Strongly recommend!

It would be nice to have a washing machine in apartment or to have a chance to ask the hotel to wash some clothes. Unfortunately they don't have such option.

I absolutely loved so much about here on first arrival the reception staff so so friendly stored our luggage when we were early. Room was nice ( though next time I would request a balcony ) cleaners every few days came great jobs. Location was fantastic near alot of nice bars and main streets and squares for food. TV wasn't working for a UK channel to watch Wimbledon they sorted that for me they just couldn't do enough for us and pre ordered a taxi for our departure I would definitely stay here again

I was there for one week and each night I didn't sleep great the pillows were not comfy to soft woke up we sore neck this wouldn't stop me coming back but I would bring my own pillow next time 😉 also had very loud kids running in hallway each morning but that is not hotels issue that's a parenting issue!!!

It was cosy and comfortable size for a solo traveller even though I booked a double room which was two single bed. I loved the double height ceiling, although the lock was a bit tricky because it got stuck a little bit. The shower was great as I love how it heat up fairly quickly and waterfall shower was lovely. The bed was also very comfortable which was a treat after late flight. It was also very easy to use the gate as it comes with a code.

I saw in some reviews about the noice directly from the street but I had noticed it. It wasn’t too bad though, it was okay! The shower floor was continuous with the rest of wet room so it got wet too ever so slightly but did dry quickly overnight as I’ve also put a towel down on the floor. Overall was still a great stay.

Elegantly furnished apartment, very close to the old city in an interesting old building. Nice to have a complimentary bottle of white wine in the fridge too!

Getting in and out if the parking lot beneath the building was slightly tricky, with a poor key copy and confusing exit signage. The Fi receptionist tells you go to ‘the red wall’ but there are about five red walls! Which one? More teabags and coffee pods would be a nice addition. We were disappointed to have a room with skylights, so no view - even though it said in our booking we’d have a room with a view - so we felt slightly cheated.

So central to everything and lots of restaurants on doorstep. Loved the buzz of the area. Supermarket a few doors away was fantastic. Staff were exceptional. Stayed 11 days in total across two bookings and two different apartments. Waterfront is 10 min walk but all happens in between.

There is a park to rear and indeed front of the property where the disadvantaged seem to congregate, drinking/sleeping by day. There was never any bother but some may find it intimidating. There is also an alleyway two streets away where the prostitutes gather. Again, it didn't bother me.

Huge room very clean looks renovated...love the big bathroom which toilet and the shower are separately good for 3 people. Nice staff. The lift and most important you have private parking when you rent car through them with 10 eu per day.. hard to find in Palma. Big supermarket in the next building restaurants and 5 min walk to the the center 15 the most to the cathedral.

Hard to think ...nothing.😊 only the bed on the couch the mattress was thin and you could feel the bars underneath but if you put this mattress on the couch is good.
