Very nice design, cozy, and equipped with all essentials. The location is perfect, and the staff was helpful

It was extremely noisy and loud because of the bar downstairs. I had no idea that there was a bar belonging to the hotel, otherwise, I would never have booked this hotel. We stayed for only one night with an early flight the next day and couldn’t get enough sleep and rest because the bar was open until midnight, followed by loud noise from packing up tables and chairs. Due to the lack of ventilation, closing the balcony door was really difficult, and sleeping with open doors amid such noise was unbearable. My complaint is mostly about the lack of prior information about the existence of such a noisy bar. I felt trapped and out of options when I discovered it in the evening. It’s not fair not to mention this in the hotel description.

Everything was wonderful. The staff greeted us on arrival and kept in contact with us via WhatsApp. They were incredibly helpful, and set us up with an ice bucket and wine opener for the bottle we picked up at a nearby winery. The location is perfect for exploring Palma’s Old Town. It’s an easy walk to most restaurants and sites. Parking is convenient - the hotel has reserved spaces in the attached garage (literally next door to the entrance of the hotel). It’s in the old town, but close enough to the primary roads so driving to the hotel isn’t too intimidating. The rooms themselves are nice, modern; stylish, and large. We wish we had more time.

We liked the staff who were friendly and helpful in relation to the area and providing maps etc. Alexis and Alberto were lovely young men who spoke English well. Our room was available before checking in time which helped us. Clean and shower well equipped. Luggage room is useful. Terrace was good if we had wanted to sit in the sun. Small hotel but near bars and restaurants.

Basic acommodation but quite adequate for one night. Two chairs in the room would be better . Barman on holiday so no bar available. Quite hidden away but directions were good.

everything was great - only minor issue was not perfect sound proofing. we could hear people in neighbouring rooms chatting - but it could be due to age if building.

Hotel was quite cool. Good bar downstairs. Rooms are industrial theme which I liked. Had everything you'd need for a short stay. Comfy bed. Decent location - in the immediate vicinity there isn't all that much but the cathedral and other parts of the old town are less than 10 mins walk. The staff were friendly. Rooftop terrace is really nice.

A minor point but the room was a bit hot and the air conditioning didnt really help much. The others I was visiting with found their rooms to be quite noisy (i.e you could hear neighbouring rooms fairly easily) but I didnt have that issue in mine own room. The hotel doesn't offer any food - not a major issue but it wasnt easy to find many options for breakfast in the immediate local area.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great- right in the middle of the beautiful old town.

On our last night there was alot of noise (shouting, singing, banging doors) very late in a couple of rooms and it went on for a long time. As there is no staff available in the night there was no one to speak to if anything escalated ( which thankfully it didn’t but it did make us feel uncomfortable). Such a shame as everything else was great.

Very very friendly staff at the reception, helped us out with a little personal emergency as well. Availability and ease of communication was amazing! Very comfortable bed, nice big shower! The locker room service before check-in and after check-out is very helpful!

Only downside I could think of is the walk from the main station, which is a bit longer - so if you come by bus and have more luggage it's not optimal. If you only travel with carry on, no problem!

Thanks to all the staffs helped us, they always response at the first moment! The bed is sooo comfortable, and the atmosphere in the room is warm as home. The location is near to both beach and central town, u can literally get anywhere in the old city by foot. I'd come again if there's second time for me in Palma.

The hotel exceeded expectations - it was trendy, spacious, comfortable, quiet and very clean. The staff were fantastic, with great communication via WhatsApp before and during the stay. The hotel is in a really great location for exploring Palma. There is a shower available for guests to use once they have checked out of their room which was a great surprise and very appreciated. Highly recommend and hope to visit again. Thank you :)

Perfect location in the centre and close to main bus/train station. Very helpful staff and great opportunity to lock our luggage there before and after our stay. Spacy room with air conditioning.

No breakfast but we got advice where to go. The air conditioning in the room (lower floor) is not blowing the air towards the bed so there was it still quite hot.
