We had a great stay at Can Blau Apartments. From the very beginning, Elva was extremely helpful, going above and beyond to make sure we had an easy time getting into the apartment. Our apartment was a large studio with a mini kitchen and was located in a plaza with a variety of restaurants. We traveled with a 10-month-old, so we weren’t sure if it would be too noisy in the apartment; however, you couldn’t hear anything from the outside, and it was actually very convenient to have so many food options nearby. The apartment itself is very well-maintained, and we were able to get a crib for our baby. I can’t recommend a stay at Can Blau enough.

Elva met my friend and I upon arrival. She was so warm and friendly and gave us lots of advice. We were given the keys and were able to leave our luggage until check in time. The apartment was lovely and had all the things you would need for a comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable. The apartments are very well located and we found walking to places very easy. The bonus was the use of a roof terrace. Elva was always available to help if need be. We would definitely book an apartment at Can Blau again.

Nothing to dislike.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town. The host Elva was lovely and very helpful. There was a huge basket of oranges in the reception area which we could help ourselves to, to make orange juice in our apartment. The apartment was nicely furnished and comfortable. The pool and roof terrace were great for relaxing after a long day sightseeing. At the end of our stay we were able to leave our luggage until it was time to head to the airport. Highly recommend these apartments.

Very friendly and helpful Host - Elva. Location was very central and easy to find. There is an excellent private terrace with plunge pool and sun beds on the roof.

We were 2 friends travelling and needed separate bedrooms. Upstairs excellent Double with private ensuite bathroom. 2nd "Bedroom" is downstairs (with separate bathroom) and part of the living area (NB not a sofa bed but very comfortable twin beds). A screen or curtain would be better to allow privacy when other guest is using the living area. The current set up would be ideal for family.

the apartment was part of a beautiful renovation of an old and histroric house in Palma. The cooking/self catering facilities were not extensive, but perfectly adequate for our purposes. There were some lovely design features that made the apartment quite special. The location was absolutely perfect. It was within 5-10 minute's walk from the sea front and the main tourist sites, and a similar distance from the intermodal station for bus and train connections to other parts of Mallorca. and yet the square in which the apartment was situated was quiet and car-free. There were numerous restaurants/bars/cafes and supermarkets within a few minutes walking distance. It was nice to have the roof-top area with a small pool and seating (and where the washing machine/dryer were located in a little cupboard).

This sounds like nit-picking, because we really enjoyed our stay, but perhaps a little more thought could have been given to the placing of sockets near the food preparations area, or having toaster and kettle with much longer leads!

Extremely friendly and helpful hosts. Tony met us at property and took my husband down to the carpark, running all the way ahead of him!! Elva was wonderful with her advice and friendliness. Oranges were available for free at the reception, too. Beautiful square in Palma, very close to old centre and attractions. Restaurants in the square were some of the best we tried in Palma. The unit itself was spotlessly clean and was serviced on day 4 of our 7 day stay.

The washing machine was not in each apartment and was shared by several units in the building. It was on the top floor, where the lift did not access. Our unit was rather dark, being on the ground floor and without a balcony.

Super well located property in the old town of Palma. Near loads of great restaurants and bars and easy walking distance to plenty of sights and sounds around town. The shower in the room was excellent and it was handy having a small kitchen to rustle up a quick bite. The oranges in the reception were a bonus... fresh orange juice every morning!

The room we had Mediterani faced an inner courtyard so was slightly darker than we would have liked. Having the bedding changed every so many days during our stay would have been nice but not essential.

We had a lovely stay at Can Blau Homes Turismo de Interior. The apartment was well layout and had all the features we needed. The location was amazing and just could not want for more. The Palma old town is very beautiful and interesting place. The apartment was very nicely located next to a square with a wide variety of restaurants, cafes and bars only a 1m walk away. So we felt rather spoilt! We would happy visit again.

Good location, quiet but walking distance to cathedral, shops etc. Several very good restaurants/tapas bars on the doorstep. Very comfortable, stylishly decorated, lift to second floor. Spotlessly clean, good free, secure wifi. Heating/aircon units worked well. Elva, the manager was lovely. Really helpful and the free, fresh oranges in reception lobby were a nice touch. The rooftop terrace (with plunge pool) with sun loungers, tables and chairs and a toilet was a great bonus on our last day when we checked out at 11, but weren't flying til the evening.

We loved everything about this property. The location was terrific, a short walk to everything, the accomodation was excellent, clean and comfortable, the car park was 30 seconds walk from the apt and only 9euro pd which was incredibly useful, the rooftop area and plunge pool was great to have. Elva was so friendly and helpful and provided lots of good advice. We highly recommend this property and would stay again. Thanks Elva.
