The location was very good (near the sea with a big clean beach). Several restaurants and shops were located nearby. Comfortable transport infrastructure including public transport and several free parkings. The room was not too big, but it was quite comfortable. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. Very friendly and polite staff. Two water pools and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Good working internet / wi-fi. Clean enough rooms. Spa was available w/o extra charges. Everything was as good as we wanted. We were there in the last decade of October.

Water in the pools was chilly (not heated). The rooms are in need of renovation, with visible signs of use. There were some dust on walls (room cleaners didn't clean the areas close to the ceiling)

Location, staff, breakfast and bed room all excellent.

Pool area OK for lounging and sun bathing but pool(s) very small. Not suitable for swimming.

The hotel is in a great location and was spotless. Easy to travel into portals, palma and also magaluf and other locations. We only had breakfast, this was gorgeous and plenty of choice. The food for half board also looked lovely in the evening. Hotel rooms lovely and clean. Lovely little touch in reception the reception area under the pool and there is also a lovely garden area for drinks. Staff all amazing. Javier was great and gave good advice on beaches near by to travel to. Would highly recommend and will be back next year!

Nothing it was spot on!

Such a lovely welcome here on arrival. Hotel is bright and modern. Great location for the beach and restaurants/bars Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Room was of a good size and bed was comfy. Limited parking at the rear but we did always get a space and there is on road free parking nearby. Would stay again if in the area

Room smelt a bit damp on entry...we had a swim up room. Not sure the swim up room was worth the extra money in November as it didn't get much sun and the pool was freezing!

Lovely but needs a little update

Lovely location right opposite the beach and easy walk of the resort. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Buffet amaaaaaziiinng! 😊

Despite reserving a ‘twin’ room we were allocated the smallest double in the building! No room to swing a cat despite many other rooms being vacant! Had to request to move to a twin as booked for myself and my daughter, which the staff readily obliged (although they shouldn’t have incorrectly allocated us a double in the first place!) Room was ok, not good value for the price paid and weird unhygienic arrangement of the wash hand basin being in the room rather than in the ensuite?! Also really uncomfortable bed/mattress, low grade quality and not acceptable considering the price paid for the room.

We stayed there two nights three days. The hotel is super clean. We had a nice spacious bedroom with a nice shower. The staff is excellent, super friendly and helpful.The breakfast is also very good with lots of variety. There are several international restaurants in the area, but most of them not real Spanish food. We went twice to the seafood restaurant Ciro’s, the best. I would definitely recommend it. Overall the hotel is great, thanks!

The only thing that we did not like was the sea. The beach is super close to the hotel with all amenities, however three days in a raw the water was not clean. I stayed in different parts of Mallorca in the past and did not have such an issue before.

The staff were brilliant, always very friendly and helpful. I returned to my room on my birthday to find a chilled bottle of Cava and two glasses Breakfast selection was amazing and didn't finish until 11am check out not until 12 Good size fridge in room Air conditioning

Room was very small with not enough clothes storage People smoking on the balcony in the next door room pillows were not great

special room for disabled persons was perfectly suited for us, since my wife was suffering from current injuries (broken elbow and severe contusions of both knees) received by an accident. It was abolutely great from the hotel personnel to provide us with a wheelchair for the whole time of our stay. great buffet for breakfast as well as for dinner. absolutly friendly and helpful personnel.

The view from the room at the groundfloor from the hotel´s backside was not breathtaking: busy side street (delivery traffic) and multistory residential buildings. Therefore the higher price for this room for disabled persons is not justified compared with "normal" rooms with seaside view.

Everything was fine.

There was a large group of young men staying at the same time as us. They were quite loud and coarse. Not sure why they booked this hotel. They were completely out of place. The hotel had a word with them and they seemed to get the message. Not really the hotel's fault.
