I honestly enjoyed everything about the hotel, the location is absolutely great, the staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great too. It has a very relaxing and chilled atmosphere. The pool is beautiful and and all the plants around give a bit of a jungle vibe. No problems with even basic Internet, I had work calls and meetings, and it worked just fine.

There is no AC, as they seem not to be as common in Tenerife as you would think and its completely on me that I didn't read what is included in the room. If you ask in the reception, they can give you a free standing fan. Couple of machines in the gym lived their life already and should be replaced, just to keep up with all the other great things in this hotel.

If we talk about the ratio of price and content, one of the best hotels we have stayed in. 5 minutes' walk from the black Jardin beach and the city center, 20 minutes' walk to Loro Parque (must visit!), and if you rent a car, a large free parking lot along the coast/behind the police station is a 2-minute walk away. The room had access to the saltwater pool, which is cleaned every day, with a sufficient number of sunbeds and umbrellas, and a bar just a few steps away. At night it is extremely peaceful and quiet, and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. If we add to that that it dawns around 8:00 a.m., you will sleep like never before. There is no air conditioning, but the nights are cool enough in September that you can sleep with the window open and be more than comfortable. Just draw the curtain and don't worry, no one will walk in while you're sleeping :) If you are not for that option, you can always ask for a fan at the reception. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the towels and bed linen are changed every 2nd or 3rd day, or more often if desired. The buffet breakfast from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. is very varied and rich - cereals, eggs, meat products, spreads, cheeses, fresh and dried fruits, vegetables, coffee and juices. The staff at the reception, in the restaurant, as well as the cleaners, are extremely friendly and absolutely always smiling. We felt welcome and will definitely come back!

- spacious and clean room - large bathroom - good breakfast, many alternatives, but not very tasty; almost unchanged for 7 days; a plus for the abundance of fruit - we had a really good, quiet room; but it could be better, but also worse, it's a matter of luck - great location: the best possible location in Puerto de la Cruz for those who want to explore the island and then walk around the city - close to the bus station and relatively close to the city center - Puerto de la Cruz - wonderful! (not so much for the beach)

- when we arrived at our first breakfast, we thought we had found ourselves in a nursing home (I specify that this happened in the conditions that we are not young at all); I don't realize if those people ever leave the hotel and why; but with time you get used to it, some old people are really nice - as I said, breakfast almost unchanged for 7 days

Considering the rates for the rooms and apartments, this was really great value for the money. The pool is huge, clean and ideal for swimmers like me. The hotel is located just a few minutes from the "old town" in a quiet neighborhood, and staff is always helpful and very friendly.

If you stay during summer, you might miss air conditioning in some of the rooms, at least my apt didn't have any. That would not have been a problem if the room weren't facing the street, which was quiet, but sleeping with an open window was still a bit "loud" as busses and trash trucks would come by ocasionally. Not complaining, though. I booked an inexpensive room. I suppose that if you ask for a room with aircon or something facing the yard, you'd have no problems at all.

The king size bed was superb, could be the best of all at Tenerife!! Very comfortable and huge! The staff are really helpful and friendly.

They wanna give us a different room on arrival! Completely different than we booked, back of the pool area, front of a huge wall! That’s was dark and small and terrible! Not even close to what we booked by pictures! After a short and moderate complaint they find us an alternative suite but we have to pay an extra 20€/night upgrade fee. The pool filter/cleaner noise is a bit annoying, specially because the suite has no AC!!

The cleaners are changing only the towels, took the rubbish and did the beds... no cleaning in the bathroom, shower, no checking if there is shower gel in the dispenser(like the kitchen one) The water from the pool was frizzing cold 🥶 15°, was worm in the ocean. The mattress is making a holl in the middle and your back can hurt you.

We had a Nice new room looking at the swimming pool, the bed was huge and comfortable. The personel is kind and attentive. The garden area has a great atmosphere! We loved it here

The room does not have a fan or AC. It would not be a problem if you could leave the balcony door open. The swimming pool cleaning system is really noisy at night, we could only sleep with airbuds. It is a small improvement that would make this place marvellous! Internet is a bit week.

The hotel was in a perfect location, close to the town but in a quiet location. Very calm with a large room and lovely pool.

A kettle in the room would have been nice, but I know this isn't common in Europe. The closest beach has had a serious sewage leak so is out of bounds and won't be open until late 2025. But there are others so it wasn't too inconvenient.

Room and bathroom were Morden and clean. Great pool and gym facilities. The food was great and the restaurant was clean. Staff were friendly.

There was no air conditioning, had to pay extra for room with fridge, and had to rent the save. Fridge and air conditioning are essential because of hot weather. Needs at least bedside rags or carpet that can be well maintained and kept clean. The problem was that to turn the sockets on, we had to leave the light on, too. There was no option to dim the lights. I tried to operate the TV but didn't work and I didn't bother to ask for help.

Breakfast very good. Great choice. Good location. Bus station minutes away.
