The room was very modern, with good decor. It was clean throughout, good size wardrobe with lighting and mini fridge. We paid extra for our dog and the bowls and treats provided were a nice touch. The bathroom was a good size and the shower was nice and hot and a good size. Breakfast was worth the money, bread, croissant, ham, cheese, butter, jams, fresh juice and tea or coffee.

The bed was a bit hard for me but that is personal preference, my husband said it was ok for him. There were two roof slats in the bathroom that were broken and you could see into the roof.

Always a pleasure to stop here. Its spotless, quirky and the staff team are lovely. Breakfast ingredients are fresh and good quality. Best orange juice in any hotel I've stayed at. Pets are welcomed. I've never tried the swimming pool though. The sister restaurant has really good food.

The multi-coloured wall finish in the bathroom has been painted over badly. Such a shame! I really enjoyed using such an unusual bathroom. The bathroom needs tidying up at floor level as it really lets down the overall standard of finish in the hotel.

This is a themed hotel, in that it is designed to reflect the early years of motor rallying. Therefore it is a bit of a 'one-off' in style. Having said that it is very functional and clean and the people working in the hotel were friendly and helpful. It is easy to find and there is lots of on street parking right next to the hotel. Overall it ticks the right boxes and in addition is very dog friendly.

It isn't really a no no but the hotel is attached to a Repsol garage and this may not suit everyone. We had to take the short drive into Salamanca to have dinner as the choice of restaurants nearby is limited.

This is a fun hotel located in a petrol station, everywhere you look there are new things to see all from the world of motorsport. Easy to find off the A62 motorway near Salamanca, its an ideal stop off point when travelling the length of Spain. Room & bathroom were on the small side, but loads of extras that you wouldnt expect were included. For example, tea & coffee making facilities in what I thought was the wardrobe ! the safe was in there too along with a small fridge. Welcome chocolates & mandarin oranges were provided for the human guests whilst the freshly filled water bowl & a pack of tasty dog treats greeted our furry companion. Charge for dog stay is €15 a night. The bed was comfy, shower room whilst only small was funky in decoration. There was a small bar area downstairs which doubles as the breakfast room in the mornings and its the first time ever, that I've drunk beer in a filling station shop ! There was no restaurant, but a few minutes walk across town was the sister business to the hotel, an italian pizza & pasta restaurant which is also dog friendly. Check opening days though, because its not every day and there is little else in town where you can get food. Recommended, I would stay again

Nothing, we liked it all

This hotel came as recommendation from a friend. Fabulous quirky hotel, ideal location for access to major routes across Spain, we were travelling from Portugal. The place is chocabloc full of motor related memorabilia. Rooms not to big, but big enough. Dogs more than welcome, with bowls, treats and even pooh bags provided. Breakfast basic continental, but adequate. Lovely coffee!

At this price nothing to complain about!

VG location near main road to Portugal, good for an overnight journey stopover without going into Salamanca. Huge top floor room with good facilities including a kettle and fridge, lovely bathroom. Good bedside tables and lamps. Quiet. One of the best we have had within our lower price range. Useful shop in the attached Repsol garage.

No hotel restaurant, but their associated Pizzeria/Italian restaurant 400m away gave a 5% discount for guests and had a lovely friendly waitress with good English. Would not be a good location for a visit to Salamanca itself.

The hotel is near the highway but you weren't bothered with the sound. We loved the room and bonus points for having it themed with everything racing cars related. It looked very cool. The bathroom was also very clean and nice looking. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was also nice. All in all good value for money. Very friendly staff!

It said it had private parking but that wasn't really the case as we had to park along the street. However, this is only a tiny minus point as it seemed to be a safe neighborhood.

If you’re a motor sport fan, the rooms are fun, plus there’s tons of F1 and Moto GP memorabilia throughout the hotel. Our room was in Team Repsol racing colors. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We were traveling with our two cats. We were given cat treats/toys at check in and there were water/food bowls in the room. We had an excellent continental breakfast with good coffee. The hotel is just off the A66 so very convenient as an overnight stopover. We can highly recommend it!

Four wheels move the body, two the soul. Don't know how many wheels this hotel has but it shook my soul. It's made from the stuff of comics, a fantasy turned into reality. The slightest detail is taken care of, this is like sleeping in a Michel Vaillant comic while being on the road with Jack Kerouac. This must be the greatest motel of Spain (abundant breakfast included). If Quixote were alive today, he would be riding two wheels and staying in Resotel. Just drive your Rocinante here. Super fun quirky property that was perfect for my stay. Roof top pool was amazing for a fresh dip at sunset. The room’s air con was perfect and the shower had gorgeous pressure. All the staff were really nice also. Lastly their sister pizza restaurant was a good place to chill for s couple of hours, and staff there were super cool also, highly recommend this hotel.

Nothing. It’s on top of a petrol station but it’s a cool one that adds to the overall commitment to the racing theme! And it’s quite with no disturbance at all. Plus the petrol is super cheap! Very handy!
