Large bedroom and large, comfortable bed. Free coffee available in reception. Smart decoration. Small fridge included a free bottle of water, soft drink and a beer. Lift access from underground parking. Very secure. Basement floor had a large kitchen area where you could cook or make breakfast etc and dining area and lounge with an enormous TV screen. Staff were very helpful about things to do and see in Zaragoza.

We had some minor issues with light/extractor in the bathroom turning on randomly which we reported the next morning.

The reception guy was super nice and really tried to make sure I enjoy my short stay.

It took me 40 minutes to park in a walkable distance to pick up hotel's parking key, all the places that are reserved for this quick action were taken by someone and it took me a lot of circles around the neighborhood, I was late for my walking tour and unbelievably angry. Bonus: it was impossible to call hotel's reception, the phone number they provide in the messages in booking belongs to another hotel.

Room was really spacious. Tv had netflix which was good as gave us something to watch after a long day sightseeing. Location was close enough to walk to most things within about 15 minutes. There was free coffee in reception and the communl room had microwaves if you want to heat anything up

We were welcomed at reception by a very informative lady. Cleanliness was brilliant and the condition of everything was good.

Difficulty parking to checkin as there were no spaces outside to wait to find out where the hotel carpark is.

Underground secure parking was our main criteria for staying here. It certainly met this, in addition the hotel was clean and comfortable. We walked into the city in the evening, it would have only been 25 mins if we hadn't gone the wrong way!

The location on the edge of a large city and the cleanliness. The free drinks and use of a kitchen. Although we only did 1 night so didn’t use these. The fact that they were available was brilliant

Bed was a bit too firm for my liking but everyone likes different mattresses

The room was clean and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in for a long time. Shame about the hard pillow. The staff couldn’t help you enough. Great service.

Everything, hotel is very nice and location is perfect, you can walk around the city and do not have to rent or have a car to it.

Lovely hotel with great rooms and a lounge downstairs with some catering facilities. The staff were really helpful and friendly.
