This is a lovely hotel decorated in Art Nouveau style. We stayed in Room 524 on the fifth floor but this wouldn’t be suitable if you have mobility problems as the lift only goes to the 4th floor. The room itself was a good size as was the bathroom which is stocked with Claris toiletries. Breakfast was buffet style but with a wide range to choose from; the dishes were regularly topped up. We ate in the hotel once, choosing from the Menu of the week, and the food was very good. The hotel is within walking distance of Geneva old town and close to Geneva’s excellent public transport services.

The room was great, the location excellent and the breakfast surprisingly good. My wife and her lover stayed there and said that they had a wonderful time and the hotel was very accommodating even though I had expressly instructed the hotel to ensure that they have a terrible time. Good service and a good hotel can't be stopped. No matter how good the reason.

It would have been better had they followed through with my request that the kitchen burn the breakfast and the cleaning staff defecate in the bed, but you can't have everything.

Very close to trams going to the station and short walk to town centre. Hotel room has everything we needed and was very comfortable, the beds and pillows were great, the bathroom was really well equipped and it was nice to have a coffee machine for water and tea. The hotel inside was quiet (no noise from guests). I enjoyed the decor and was a nice treat to use such a well maintained but vintage elevator.

When the windows were open we could hear the noise from the traffic of the main street (the traffic on the street of the hotel was much less and not very noisy). Once closed, the windows isolated the noise well, but if you're a very light sleeper and any traffic humm wake you up, bring ear plugs to fall asleep (it was very quiet in the morning when the cars are not out). It was a Saturday evening so it's possible that on a week night the traffic is much less.

There weren't enough staff at Breakfast. It was busy and there was only one person to look after everything. Scrambled eggs had run out. By the time it was replenished, bacon and sausages had run out. There was not enough clean cutlery. Drinking water had run out. The staff member was amazing, this is not their fault. There should have been at least 1 more person helping. As a result it took us a long time to finish Breakfast and we didn't get to have bacon or sausages because we had to leave.

This hotel is fabulous. It's in a great location, easily reached from the airport by bus and if you contact the hotel beforehand, they'll email you Transport Passes which are free and can be used on all public transport in Geneva. Amazing! The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the Superior room we stayed in was comfortable, clean and had beautiful Clarins Toiletries. Breakfast was relaxed and delicious, plenty to choose from including smoked salmon. I highly recommend this reasonably priced hotel

The only thing I was unaware of was that the hotel take CHF 100 when you check in and return it after you've checked out. Understandable I guess, I was just caught unaware.

The reception staff were great especially Paul. Unfortunately the lady on reception was very unwelcoming and surly. It was unfortunate that Tiffany hotel did not think to tell us that the Geneva transport card was included in the cost of our hotel. Had I not asked for a family transport card at the airport train station, I would never have known as it was not offered to me at the reception until I asked.

The location for our needs with a nearby appointment were perfect. In general, the hotel is in a nice location with a number of nearby bars, restaurants, and not far from the lake/river. They also had valet parking (for a reasonable price) which is a great feature as parking in this area can be a challenge - I looked at other hotels nearby that did not have parking and that would have been very annoying. Finally, the staff at the front desk was fantastic. I had a change of plans, and the staff was very accommodating for me to change my plans at the last minute without charging me for the nights I was unable to stay. Because of this, as my plans were re-scheduled, I actually stayed at the hotel a second time and would recommend it to others. I also had breakfast here, which was fairly standard for a Swiss hotel but did include warm items (eggs, bacon, etc).

The only downside is that it is a bit expensive, but after all, it is a high quality Geneva hotel - it's a very expensive city so if you want to stay in a nice place, it is going to cost money.

The Tiffany hotel is located on the edge of the 'old town' of Geneva, rather than amongst most of the high-end hotels. It is extremely close to two tram stations and also a step away from the opera house and Victoria concert hall. We had one of the superior studio rooms, It is spacious with separate toilet and wet-room (shower & bath). It includes a large terrace area.

Unfortunately, we returned to our room one evening to find no power! This was an electrical fault and needed an electrician so we had to use torches for the rest of that day ! There is a coffee machine (which was faulty) but no kettle for tea.

Quite, located near at old town. Hotel facility and breakfast are good.

There was one error partly in me and partly on staff. One the day we leave, I booked from front desk of a taxi, then we are early so I booked an uber instead but I told the stay to cancel my taxi order. It might be short time or she forget I booked the taxi so she did not make the cancellation. Anyway missed communication caused me pay the taxi driver 30 Fr even without rode his car.

Hotel is dated. It very clean and still an excellent location and very clean. Could do with a paint to freshen up. Mustard yellow is just weird. Room service and cleaning was excellent. Very comfy bedding and bed. Nice bathroom products.

Communal areas are dated and pretty dull. Lift is tiny. Lighting in rooms is terrible
