The hotel is located conveniently close to Interlaken OST (train station). You can walk with your luggage to the hotel. We got the 3+ bed room. The size was perfect and the room was equipped with an electric kettle and all bathroom supplies. Housekeeping was done everyday and the premises were very clean and tidy. Shout out to the staff for being friendly, professional and accommodating!! We arrived a bit early but they let us store our luggage. The breakfast was great, enough variety foe vegetarians as well. I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel Interlaken is conveniently located. it is a short walk to the train station and several shops and restaurants. This hotel makes a great central location to get to the ski slopes and little towns in the area. The lobby is welcoming and the staff was very friendly. There’s lots of seating in the lobby area and I enjoyed a coffee from the nespresso machine after a day of chilly sightseeing. I recommend their restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The food was very good. My room was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious enough. Overall, this property was a winner. I would stay here again.

Reception staff, cleaning crew, and breakfast staff were all excellent, capable and friendly. Very convenient walking distance to Interlaken Ost train station. Breakfast was great - had everything you could want to start the day. Food was kept hot and replenished as needed. I greatly appreciated that the Hotel contacted me before arrival to say they could give us one of our two rooms with an additional bed, so that my daughter and her two girls could stay together. Prior to that, the hotel was fully booked and not available, but they got in touch when there was an opening for the larger room. Thanks for going the extra mile.

Room sizes are not huge but perfectly adequate. My room was in the "small room with balcony" category, and the description is accurate! Again, it was perfectly fine, clean, cozy and loved having the balcony.

i liked the cleanliness, it was not far from the trainstation , it’s less than a 10min walk. There is a supermarket in the near, restaurants and bar. Make sure you visit the Jamming corner. Breakfast was good, I liked they had Reis and potatoes ☺️. The staff was really helpful and nice, except for the breakfast lady 😅. I would 💯 recommend the interlaken hotel

There was construction outside the building but it wasn’t loud but that’s probably a short time thing. The lady at the breakfast was really moody and sometimes unfriendly to the guests who didn’t understand German.

The hotel is a short walk from Interlaken Ost station and not too far from Interlaken West as well. We reached a fair bit early then our checkin time. We were able to keep our luggae in storage in the meantime. The room was spacious and very clean. The view from the room (which was at the back) was amazing (Image in the review). The room came with a mini fridge and locker (we did not use it though). The breakfast spread was good with a healthy mix of diferent options and the taste was excellent. All in all a very good expeience at the hotel.

The only issue we faced was the wifi internet in our room. It wasn't great but then we did not have a need for ultra fast browsing. We fell back on our mobile data plan.

Hotel itself is very beautiful and lovely designed throughout from reception to dining areas to rooms. Would say it is one of the best in Interlaken Room was generous and large in size, with modern decor compared to others which may be outdated. Room in general is finished to a nice standard Staff was lovely and informative, which makes all the difference! Received endless emails for room extra personalisation requests; bathrobe and slippers were free and approved, but was not provided in room on arrival. Reception did not have any left Floors made a lot of creaking noises when walking, could hear above guests loudly Room itself did not match booking or website images Double bed booking, we received two single beds together

The room is really nice and new, with a "noise cancelation" wall, we are light sleepers but we sleep really well there, we hear nothing from outside or neighbors. The location is also perfect, less than 10 mins to the Interlaken ost station, and 15 mins to the west station.

The only thing is the breakfast, it is a bit overrated, it is lovely but not fabulous. If it shows "good breakfast " then I will have nothing to complain about. Not so many choices but still enough. We both got a bit of stomach pain after breakfast, I believe the fruit is not clean enough. And the bread was empty around 10, I didn't see the refill.

The Hotel is very well situated, near the train station and to a couple of restaurants. Check in was pretty fast, free bus tickets around the village, coupons for some discounts too. The room was big, modern, comfortable double bed (Swiss hotels mostly have 2 single beds together), warm and an amazing view of the mountains in the terrace. The breakfast was great and with good variety, they had steamed white rice too which I loved and the breakfast area was actually very nice. The staff were great and very accommodating. Everything was perfect!

The hotel has a good central location and convenient for the train station. The staff were professional and friendly. The room was comfortable with good facilities. We appreciated having a balcony on the first floor. We had dinner at the hotel and the fondu (chinese) was delicious. Breakfast was excellent too. We left our luggage with the reception staff while we went for a walk the next day before we caught the train.

Our room was very warm in the night but we opened the balcony window. Next time I would book a slightly bigger room.

It’s in the center of Interlaken and easy to go anywhere both east & west.

I have cooperated with the hotel for not to clean the room for saving world energy and I did that for the first two nights while I need to clean & change our towel in the third night and it seemed like the mate weren’t happy with that because when I came back to the room and the weather was very cold, the mate open the door to the balcony !!! even open the air conditioner !!! it took quite long to make the room got warm enough again.
