After reading recent reviews, I was initially concerned of what to expect for our stay. I felt it necessary to leave this review, as our stay was excellent. Check in and out were easy (through the restaurant staff), room was clean and views from the room were 11/10! We requested a waterfall view and it did not disappoint!! It is an older hotel in a small mountain town, so yes, there are some cracks in the walls, etc. that others have complained about, but these did not affect our stay in the slightest (and truthfully are to be expected in most of these older buildings in the area!). Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

I would recommend the 2 bed 1 bath, as long as you don't mind others entering your room. Main bedroom has the bathroom, so all will go through your room.. I didn't mind, but could see some wanting privacy. Restaurant checked me in. Staff nice. Best view is from master window. Balcony nice, but trees are partially blocking view.

A little older, but very similar to all others in the town. Another room's balcony is outside kitchen window, and kitchen window has not curtains or blinds. I little awkward... do you make eye contact or ignore....

We booked a deluxe double room with a balcony. We had fantastic views and a comfy room. We arrived early so were able to find the last free spot in the parking place which was quite small. Overall a good choice! We stayed on the third floor and the absence of lift or the age of the building did not worry us at all. Would stay there again. A bit of advice: be sure to bring a power adapter with you as the reception does not have enough of those to lend out to all guests.

I spent a bit of time figuring out how to lock the door of the room. I needed to lift it using quite a lot of strength before I could lock it. The pipe under the sink in the bathroom was dripping, and that had caused the floor to rot. It needs a bit of light maintenance at least. I could not report this to the reception as it was closed the next morning we checked out.

The hotel is basic and while previous reviews are accurate, it’s well priced and you get what you pay for. Spacious room, comfy king sized bed. Great shower, loo with a view over the beautiful waterfall. Friendly staff who responded quickly to asks for more pillows etc.

As it’s basic there were few sockets and not all of them worked. Had to pay extra for linen and towels but we knew of this beforehand. No restaurant or dining facilities but honestly think we were the only guests so that’s understandable. They do have a ‘sister’ hotel we could have used which was a good compromise. The village was quiet but the hotel perfectly met our expectations and a great base for a few days.

First of all, they have free parking! The room was warm and cosy! The bathroom was clean and had new facilities. I definitely will come back again to the same hotel! It's exactly in the best place for everything you need! Always check if they have deluxe rooms with a balcony and mountain view 😉

Can't see anything I didn't like! Be careful when you are passing by the front door to the Restaurant, very very slippery.

Excellent location to train station. Has parking space. Staff are very friendly and willing to hold luggage in reception area prior to check-in. Room was comfortable and spacious enough to have luggage in.

Bathroom was a bit outdated, but clean nevertheless. There was one window with a missing curtain so sometimes we would get light shining through the window at night but all in all it wasn’t a big deal.

Great location to stay. I was able to see the waterfall and whole town from my porch. Room was okay and staff were also fine.

The door lock was a little tricky and difficult to open. There was no elevator, so you need to carry your bags via the staircase. The bathroom had some broken tiles, and the shower curtain was very small. The staff seemed less concerned about your queries. You are on your own here. 😅

The views were spectacular! We had the perfect room facing the falls so we left our window open and fell asleep to the sound of the river and waterfall! We woke up to amazing views of the mountains! Absolutely the best location we've ever stayed at.

The pillows weren't comfortable and the room felt a little forgotten, patio was dirty and nothing on the walls. The staff was nice but had few interactions with them.

The facilities are ok, little bit old but comfortable. I love the location, I get in the town late at night but they let my room key in one envelope, that was great, thank you so much, I enjoyed the time with my family, I will come back, 😚😚

Everybody in the town go to sleep early, there's nothing to do after 7 pm

The location couldn’t be beat. We had a beautiful view of the waterfall from our room, slept with the window open to hear the wonderful sounds of nature, and woke up literally in the clouds. Unforgettable experience.

We came into town earlier than the check-in time, so they allowed us to store our luggage in a room. This was kind of them, but I wish that room were locked for security.
