We loved the apartment at Hotel Shiborn. It was very modern-looking from the inside. very clean. kitchen had all the utensils. It is right in front of quite Wengen station. Nice view of mountains. friendly staff.

Our family of 5 loved the closeness to the train station. Also, the apartment was very spacious and modern. My girls loved sitting at the windows and people watching in the square. The woman at the front desk even gave us a glass of prosecco and my 3 kids orange upon check in. The restaurant was good too!

It was hot for the first night, so we asked for fans. They said they could only provide 2 fans despite being in a 3 bedroom apartment. Thank goodness, one of my kids sleeps through anything. It would have been ok if we opened the windows, but the people at the bar directly under the apartment kept us up all night. When the windows were open, you can hear EVERYTHING just because of its location.

Breakfast was good. Maybe could have done wit more gluten free options. Overall good. Housekeeping staff so so lovely

Pancakes were cold. Plates were always cold for hot food. Coffee machine in our room didn’t work. And boots left outside our room “disappeared”

Very welcoming, clean but homely too. Superb location opposite station & near ski lift, very central in the village.

Improvements: you need additional seating in ski room

The apartment was modern, clean, and well equipped. We loved the balcony and comfortable rooms.

Being located directly in front of the train station was difficult for me because of the constant noise of people congregating. Mountain views were great, but the train station marred the beauty. I would have preferred a quieter hotel away from the Main Street. I was surprised that there was not a single full length mirror given the tons of empty wall space.

Some of instructions are not clear like use of Spa and , house cleaning , people on reception were good and explained when we arrived , but last two days we have someone name Alf , for no reason he was rude and answer rudely for simple questions, not even greeted and even answered greeting rudely , really don’t know his issue may be with certain race of people . If it was not for him I would have given 5 stars

I have been there 3 times so that should say something. Love the staff, Armondo, Alfie and Sebastian were just amazing. Love that they put out blankets and water bowls for my 2 babies. Had all the normal toiletries, breakfast was really nice. Great options. Alfie was vet generous with a late check out. Super grateful for them.

I did not like the sleeper coach as it squeaked everytime I moved. Then the staff in the restaurant make you feel so uneasy, they walk around while you eating, you still have food in your plate and they ask can they take it away. You should try and get a negotiated train ticket up to Wengen. It is ridiculous to pay 7.20 one way when you are coming up at least 4 times a day.

I cannot point out any negatives from my stay. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect, leaving me with no complaints whatsoever.

We rented one of the apartments (Breithornview) so cannot speak to the regular rooms, but the apartment was amazing. It was very spacious - we fit 3 adults and 3 kids. Everything was well laid out and easy to use. The grocery store is next door, so made full use of the kitchen. The hotel spa has spectacular views from the hot tub. Easy access to train station.

First of all, the location of the Wengen Siberhorn is super convenient , just a very short walk from train station, Mannlichen ariel cablecar, and many restsurants. Also, our room for 3 was very comfortable with a mountain view balcony and breakfast was bountiful. There was something to please each of our group. But the very best part of our stay was the “above and beyond” attentive staff, that was able to locate and return to us a bag of goodies left behind at the cafe in Kleine Scheidegg upon our return from Jungfraujoch. Armando and Emra even went to the train station to retrieve the bag from the conductor! Wow! Now that’s great service!
