The breakfast was a great add-on, as we could eat a good, healthy and filling breakfast without cleaning up or cooking and get out on the slopes in no time. The SPA after skiing was also really nice and mostly empty. The main positive point, beyond the kind staff, was that this apartments are super close to the Matterhorn express lift, which made skiing a breeze.

I am not sure what the beds are made off, but I felt often overheated in the beds. I made sure to check the room temperature and stopped any heating but I think the foam that the mattresses are made off end up creating too much heat for my taste. This made my nights less restful.

The apartments are in a great location for skiers. Very easy walk to the lifts in the morning and not far from the main dining areas of Zermatt in the evening. The apartments are separate from the hotel, but connected via underground walkway. The apartments breakfast area is nice, selection fine for a 5 day stay. Unit (41) was roomy, nice decks on two sides. Though 1 bath for 4 people did get tricky.

Our fridge went out during the stay, ruining some food we had purchased. Management kindly reimbursed us for the estimated cost which was very nice!

The first impression of 22 Summits Apartments was amazing, we got a very warm welcome and were followed to our apartment which was a little away from the reception. All our many questions were answered in the most politeful and helpful way, which made us feel at home right away. The Apartment was absolutely fantastic with 2 big rooms with good space for our clothes and travelstuff, a nice well equiped kitchen and a cozy living room. The bathroom was excellent - very nice and convenient with the drawer for our toiletries (4 persons need some space). The balcony was wonderful with a great view over the valley, river and mountains. We, my daughter and me, also enjoyed the Spa very much - it was my 6 year old daughters best experience in Zermatt 😅 In addition, the breakfast was excellent with enough variety to satisfy our quite different preferences, including glutenfree bread and müsli. Finally, the location was really great - a little outside the center of Zermatt (8-10 min from the railway station), which was quite relaxing. The location is also very close to the lift up to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise.

The worst part of our stay was that we had to leave our new home in Zermatt again. We will definetly book a new stay at 22 Summits Apartments if we travel to Zermatt again. Only one thing I would have liked to be different was the two madresses in the double bed which was not so comfortable - one big madress would have been much better together with a double blanket 😊

We stayed in an apartment. It was spacious, with two bedrooms and access to the rest of the hotel via elevator. The hotel is basically next to the Glacier Express gondola, so no long walking in skiboots required. The city centre is not far away too, and they offer luggage transport from the main train station.

The sauna is not big and first day it was a bit cold and damp. But it improved the subsequent days. The breakfast selection was modest, but enough to have a good breakfast.

A perfect-sized apartment, modern, comfortable and attractive with everything we needed. It was wonderful to have our own patio and a nice view of the surrounding mountains (not of the Matterhorn, but it was around the corner). We were very comfortable, the establishment seemed very well-run, professional and peaceful. We were happy to have a studio apartment for a few days of our trip rather than a hotel. Shopping for groceries at nearby Micros was convenient; the hotel is just up from the center of town a few minutes walk.

Our only problem was not getting the right sized Nespresso cups for the coffee maker, but the desk had some for sale. Not a big deal (once you are properly caffeinated!)

Great location in a quieter part of the village. Good kitchen facilities and a great shower! There was plenty of space and storage and having two sofas was a bonus! Not a great view and felt a bit surrounded by other apartments but we’ve had worse.

Kitchen lacked a toaster - standard piece of equipment where we come from, but maybe not in Switzerland! The apartment was very hot and there was no way to control that as the heating is apparently centrally controlled for the whole place, which seems very odd - had to leave windows open at all times.

We went as three families. Great set up in the apartments, 7 of us split between a bigger apartment and a two bed apartment. Big one was superb and 15 could sit between the huge sofa and chairs around the table. Very close to the Lifts up to Glacier Paradise and ski in to about 150m away. Staff great - always obliging and you never felt that you putting them out. Smiles all around from driver.bar , reception, breakfast staff and cleaners. Rarely have I seen that desire to help and positivity.

Slightly odd lift arrangement to get to the apartments but it does work.

The apartment was very spacious. The beds were also comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well equip so you can cook. However, the apartment given to us, we can't see the Matterhorn, it was on the backside, we can only see Zermatt houses.

The location is near the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise station but it is quite far from the main train station and the central street. However, there was a e-bus stop in front the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise if you don't want to walk.

The breakfast was good with meats, cheeses and fresh breads. There was yogurt and cereals available. It would have been nice to have bacon and eggs available a day or two.

All positive! Would have liked to had an outside hot tub to use after a long day of skiing. It was a little difficult getting from the entrance to our apartment as had to use two elevators. The stairs should have been designed where they could have been taken all the way down without having to use the elevator.

The apartment was gorgeous, very modern and clean with great views. There was plenty of room for our family of four to spread out. Having the washer and dryer in the building were very convenient. The location is a 10-15 minute walk from the train station, but very near the Furi/Matterhorn Glacier Paradise cable car station.

It was more of a walk to restaurants and the grocery store than I realized when booking, but the scenery along the way was amazing!
