We had the room on the top floor. The room, the facilities, the view, everything was exceptional. Also the build quality of the room to the last detail was great. The pool was great also, just the right size and great ambient at the pool. Great for kids to have fun and for adults to relax. At breakfast you had a big selection of food. Everything was good. Close to the hotel you have a supermarket, the train to Gornergrat is close as well, the bus stop is also very close. Friendly and helpful staff. If we would come again to Zermatt, we would definitely pick this place again.

Location is very handy, but you are not so close to the city center.

The staff were all friendly from check in to check out and they made you feel welcome. Room was spacious with a beautiful view of Matterhorn. We took the apartment for 4 pax. It has 2 bathroom with toilet and even a bathtub thrown in! Pool with massage feature was top notch. This hotel provides massage services, too bad i didnt get to try it as i found out too late. Breakfast spread includes instant noodles! It has washing machine and dryer FOC which was really fantastic. All you need was to provide your own laundry detergent.

We were very happy to stay here in expensive Zermatt, an easy walk from the train station, supermarket really close by. Bus available but also an easy walk into the town centre. It was great we could do our laundry downstairs, only cost was for the detergent. And even better was that we could buy food from the supermarket for our dinner and save more €. Eating on our balcony looking at the views (not towards the Matterhorn but still lovely) beat paying for inflated restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly, and we enjoyed the breakfast on offer the next morning as well. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

All here are perfect, staff very nice, location is closed to train station, room was bigger and comfortable than I expected. During our stays we faced flooding issues which made us couldn’t back to Zermatt, hotel staff was trying to help and supported us for extended our stays in order to keep our belongings inside the room hotel without extra charge also keep contact with us until public transport were re-operating. If you plan to visit Zermatt, this hotel should be your first choice, I really recommended.

We stayed here for 8 days for a mixture of work and leisure. The room was extremely spacious, tastefully and well designed, and ultra modern, with a lovely bathroom and rain shower and generous cupboards. The kitchenette was small and bare bones in terms of supplies but had everything we needed to prepare several dinners and lunches, as well as teas and coffees. We appreciated having the balcony with Matterhorn view and even got out our binoculars a few times to observe the helicopter flying around it. Because we were working on some days we also appreciated the reliable wifi and the multitude of places to sit (desk, dining table, outdoor balcony table, several chairs and stools). We were blown away by the amazing breakfast buffet – we imagined in an apartment hotel it wouldn't be so good, but because it's the same company as the neighbouring Arca hotel, it was amazing with heaps of variety and top quality food. Was a real treat to start every day in that breakfast room! The reception were extremely helpful with several questions we had and the cleaning staff were friendly too.

The hotel is in the lower, more modern part of town near the train station, which means you do get a little noise from the train sometimes when you're out on the balcony or have the window open, though it wasn't bad, and fortunately there wasn't much pedestrian traffic which meant it was pretty quiet overall. On the flip side we did appreciate the convenience of being a short walk from the train station, the Gorner Grat train, and a supermarket. The views of the Matterhorn are not as close or dramatic as if you stayed further up in town (it's sort of just peeking around the edge of the other mountain), but of course, the prices of closer views probably increase accordingly or the rooms might be less modern and spacious.

This hotel hits the highest mark in every category. the location, the breakfast, the facilities, cleanliness, - all exceptional! Will recommend to everyone and will definitely be coming back soon!! 🫶🏻🫶🏻

We had a last minute business trip to Zermatt in the middle of August, not ideal. This was one of the few places with any space and it turned out to be a good find. Hotel staff were all helpful, responsive and friendly. The hotel has two buildings, an older one -Arco- and one built a few years ago - Naco - where we stayed. The room was large with a generous sized bathroom, desk area (helpful for work) and nicely equipt kitchen area. There was a decent view of the Matterhorn which was nice since we did book a view room. The breakfast varied and interesting and catered to various cultures. The cheese selection was amazing and showed Switzerland proud. We also had a massage and the masseuse was very competent, although the massage area needs a deep clean as it smelled of rancid massage oil on entering. Overall, we would stay again.

One aspect I didn't like and would have been a reason for me not to return was the synthetic fill in the pillows and duvet. However, I learned that down filled bedding is available for Naco upon request. Knowing this enables me to say that we would consider returning in the future. If you have down allergies, you will appreciate that the Naco was outfitted with this in mind!

The breakfast was amazing every morning, and the location was fantastic. A 5-minute walk from the train station after traveling a ton was awesome. The location was close to everything, yet barely a little away from the hustle and bustle which was lovely. There was a grocery store right up the road that was a great convenience for snacks. The hotel also had a happy hour during our stay where they treated guests to local wine/beer, and snacks.

Clean, enough space, comfortable beds and pillows. The wellness pool and sauna were fantastic. Breakfast was good.

No screens on windows that needed to stay open for it to be cool enough, it was a bit loud by the street of foot traffic and loud people talking. Also, while it has a slight bite of the Matterhorn, it is pretty obscured by this location. Not a big deal but for those booking views, just know it is more of a partial view.

Breakfast was great: quite a good spread of cold and warm options. There was even a station to make your own freshly squeezed orange juice! There was a self-serve laundry room which was really useful. The only let-down was it has a standard setting, and so cannot be used for items that must be washed cold, such as wool socks.

The larger bathroom in our apartment was big but also made it too cold for winter, not sufficient heating since it's central. Moreover there was no shower enclosure for the bathtub to trap in the heat from hot water. All of us ended up showering in the smaller bathroom with shower enclosures.
